What really drove Eastlyn’s soldiers crazy was that by the time they stormed into Lyndaria Imperial Capital, the Westlyn Emperor had already fled by boat. Eastlyn’s navy got the news long ago and was already in hot pursuit, so the land troops had no chance to compete for the credit.
