At this moment, Ryan Ling was clearly maxed out—his strength had hit the absolute peak. The power he erupted with wasn’t something any ordinary powerhouse could even imagine. Sure, he was only at the Primordial Immortal Realm, but the force he let loose already totally outclassed any Ancestor Immortal out there!
In an instant, a wild surge of aura blasted out, straight-up injuring both Ancestor Immortals. Their faces went ghost-white—this power was way too much, totally beyond what they’d just thrown down. Honestly, they couldn’t believe it: Ryan Ling had somehow boosted his Primordial Immortal strength to this freakish level. It was unheard of, straight-up unimaginable!
"There’s no way we’re just gonna roll over and lose like this!"
"Unleash the Ancestor Immortal’s ultimate power!"
...
Right then, those two Ancestor Immortals went absolutely nuts, howling at the top of their lungs. The Ancestor power inside both their bodies exploded to the max—pure quality, pure muscle. In a flash, all of War City was boiling over, like the whole place had been dumped into a giant frying pan. Everything around felt like it was sinking into an endless hell; the city itself was practically living out doomsday. Scenes like this? Even in the Immortal World, you’d barely ever see it.
"Kid, tonight I’ll bury this whole city with you!" One Ancestor Immortal roared. The other, not to be outdone, whipped out a massive flag—totally different from the rest, inside and out it oozed this freaky yin-cold vibe. Just that aura alone was enough to make any powerhouse’s guts clench in terror!
Ryan Ling knew instantly—this flag was no ordinary junk, it had to be a top-tier divine artifact. If those two Ancestor Immortals didn’t have this thing, they’d have bailed ages ago.
"This thing’s on a whole other level!" Ryan Ling muttered, feeling that flag’s power—way beyond any soul-calling banner, more like a soul-calling banner times ten million.
The moment Ryan Ling laid eyes on that flag, his Primordial Immortal power actually started to ripple—totally bonkers, since he’d already hit Primal Unity Qi mode, and no normal artifact should even budge him. But here he was, feeling waves in his core. That proved the other side’s artifact was seriously OP, way past anything he’d imagined!
"Kid, looks like your aura's getting a little shaky. If you wanna wipe out Heaven-Earth Sect, you're still way too green!" One of the Ancestor Immortals barked, voice all tough-guy. He obviously knew his flag could actually rattle Ryan Ling!
"Oh yeah? Then let me show you what I've got!" Ryan Ling didn't hesitate for a second—he dove straight in. Right now his power was totally off the charts, Primordial Immortal energy basically overflowing. In a flash, he blasted one Ancestor Immortal clean out of the way, and nearly every Heaven-Earth Sect disciple got yeeted out of War City. It was so epic, nobody could believe Ryan Ling's Primordial Immortal power was this insane—seriously, he was blowing everyone's minds!
But even with all the Heaven-Earth Sect goons sent flying, that Ancestor Immortal with the flag didn’t budge an inch. He just kept waving his flag, and Ryan Ling’s Primordial Immortal power started getting diluted—then the flag’s suppressive field began creeping closer. It was way nastier than anything Ryan had expected, pure unstoppable force!
"Damn, that's strong!" Ryan Ling was going all out, his power maxed, but he still couldn’t break through that flag’s might. The guy with the flag just rounded up all the Heaven-Earth Sect disciples who’d been scattered before, pooled their power with the flag’s, and went full send at Ryan Ling.
Ryan Ling actually started to feel the strain—first time ever! Not even when he fought the Saint Immortal did it get this wild.
"He’s not that tough—everyone, get him! Rip him to shreds!" Seeing Ryan Ling starting to lag, all the Heaven-Earth Sect disciples went full berserk, shouting like maniacs. It was like they really thought they could dogpile him for the win!
Ryan Ling could still block them for now, but wiping them all out? No way. These guys were legit maniacs under the flag’s protection, swarming him like rabid dogs. The flag’s power was just too much, totally beyond anything Ryan had pictured—almost felt like it was draining his Primordial Immortal energy dry!
For once, Ryan Ling felt like he couldn’t even use his power right—never happened before! The flag was locking him down, inside and out, like he was all tied up. If he couldn’t break free, he wasn’t just gonna lose—he’d be toast!
And to make it worse, those Heaven-Earth Sect guys were loving it—they’d tasted blood and were going totally psycho on Ryan Ling. Nobody could stop them. Worse still, more Heaven-Earth Sect disciples kept pouring in—turns out those defeated Ancestor Immortals had already called for backup. Now every neighboring city’s powerhouses were closing in. No Ancestor Immortals in the new batch, but at least a thousand Primordial Immortals. With a mob that size, Ryan Ling alone couldn’t hold the line. The whole situation flipped in seconds—way past anything anyone expected!
"Go! Everyone, go nuts! We gotta eat him alive!" The Heaven-Earth Sect disciples were screaming like lunatics, totally possessed—the whole scene was straight-up chaos.
Ryan Ling broke out in a cold sweat—he knew if he couldn’t fight back soon, even his maxed Primordial Immortal power would eventually run dry!
Worse, the crew from War God Manor—including Marcus Wu—were totally spent from the battle, some even badly injured. If they didn’t get help fast, their lives were on the line.
Even the Golden Immortal Conch had taken a beating—if it wasn’t fixed soon, the friends and family sealed inside would be in serious danger. The situation was critical; if Ryan Ling didn’t come up with something, things were about to get way worse!
Right then, the Elysium Sect girl shouted, "Ryan Ling, wow, my brain must be fried—I've actually got something that might block that flag!"
"You had something this whole time and didn’t say? Hand it over, quick!" Ryan Ling yelled. The Elysium Sect girl didn’t hesitate—she started stripping right then and there.
"What are you doing? This is not the time for that kind of thing!" Ryan Ling was almost mad, but the girl didn’t say a word—she just took off her underwear and handed over a dudou-looking item. Ryan was totally stunned, but then he felt the Saintess Corset’s power: loaded with blazing yang qi, the kind that could punch through heaven and earth. The Ancestor’s flag was pure yin, but this Saintess Corset was the perfect counter!
Ryan Ling noticed a name stitched on the dudou—Lynn Long. Turns out that was the Elysium Sect girl’s name. Ryan Ling was speechless; after all this time together, he’d never even asked her name until now.
"Hey Lynn, you gave me this thing but didn’t tell me how to use it! What am I supposed to do?" Ryan Ling shouted, super awkward.
"Dummy, just put it on! This is an Elysium Sect treasure—the Saintess Corset. Once you wear it, you’ll totally block that flag!" Lynn Long shouted. Ryan Ling was still embarrassed—he was really about to wear a girl’s dudou…
