It’s It

The fifteen Commanders have already been selected.

General Meng led the fifteen Commanders through the opening beneath the ink-black giant gate, entering the base within to discuss plans for now.

The rest waited quietly outside.

Yet in front of the ink-black giant gate, a strange atmosphere continued to spread without end.

No one spoke.

Nor did anyone move in the slightest.

It was as if a blanket of utter silence covered the four corners of the field, as if the image of mountains collapsing and earth splitting seeped into the depths of everyone’s heart, as if an unfathomable emotion struck every part of their being.

Silence!

A silence like death!

The sun had completely dipped below the horizon, leaving only a dim light faintly illuminating the open ground before the ink-black giant gate. Around fifteen hundred martial prodigies stood rooted in place, unable to forget the shocking scene they had just witnessed.

Did they see it wrong? No!

Were they dreaming? No!

Having witnessed Andrew Han shatter the Jue-Ore Test Stone with Inspiration, it felt as if a thunderbolt had struck their minds, sending waves of emotion rolling, obscure and impossible to express.

"Inspiration."

"Can Inspiration really be that strong?"

No one knew who asked this question.

This single, doubt-filled question, like a sharp crack, transformed into a shock that shook the will and spirit of everyone present, sweeping through the hearts of countless prodigies and finally becoming a roaring, unstoppable tsunami.

Strong! Strong! Strong!

Number one Martial Arts Program student, contemporary Peerless, top-three Coiled Dragon—these so-called titles all pale in comparison to witnessing the shattering of the Jue-Ore Test Stone!

......

To the side.

Jason Jiang, disciple of Sacred Spring Sect, no longer had a trace of his former domineering swagger—only a heartfelt acceptance remained.

Faced with such extraordinary Inspiration, who could possibly stand against it?

"Sigh."

If I were to fight him, I’d have to guard against Inspiration erupting at any moment. Even Li Gang, First Coiled Dragon, might not be able to defeat Andrew Han.

He thought to himself.

If it were before, perhaps Jason Jiang would have harbored a trace of unwillingness and wanted to challenge Andrew Han again in the future, to test his own Peerless philosophy.

But now.

Jason Jiang had awakened—he no longer wished to keep dreaming.

Though the taste of delusional hope was sweet, he now understood what made Andrew Han so terrifying. Just his Inspiration alone was already so fearsome, and with his mastery of techniques, how could anyone hope to match him?

No one could match him.

Leo Liu was likely the same." Through the dense crowd, Jason Jiang glanced at Leo Liu, Peerless of Empire Academy, standing by the ink-black giant gate. This thought brought him some comfort.

Andrew Han—he himself could not compare.

But at least there was a third Peerless—Leo Liu—to share the bottom rung. Yet Leo Liu did not look back at Jason Jiang; he too seemed stunned by Andrew Han.

............

At the same moment.

Inside the giant gate.

This was the interior of the Jue-Ore Mine.

The mountain body formed a simple hollow structure. After entering the giant gate, the first thing that greeted them was a gathering hall over a hundred meters long and wide.

The ground was dark in color, marked with neat and orderly lines and patterns—likely used to tally the number of people assembled. Nearby, some unknown equipment lay covered in dust, appearing rather old and worn.
