Setting Out Again and the Graywhite Aura

1/11/2026

Sen, at last, has returned—and has successfully cultivated the Profound-grade Star-Flame Cloud Trait!

This news silences countless people, for Sen's reputation still looms large.

But the next news spreads almost to the point of madness, stirring excitement beyond measure—Sen intends to challenge the Neutron-Star Simulation Sector alone.

The Neutron-Star Simulation Sector!

It is the symbol of Chenriver Palace's highest honor!

Since the founding of Chenriver Palace, through its long and storied history, countless cultivation geniuses have emerged—yet only two have ever cleared the Neutron-Star Simulation Sector!

"Really?"

"It's true. Sen didn't just complete a Profound Trait—he wants to prove himself."

"But that's the Neutron-Star Simulation Sector, modeled after the harsh environment around a neutron star. I remember someone tried last time—just stepping inside, they were instantly crushed by the terrifying pull of infinite gravity and nearly died on the spot."

Sen's return was but a ripple, yet this news turned that ripple into a tidal wave, sweeping through every corner of Chenriver Palace, drawing the attention of the Stellar Palace tier, and prompting cultivation geniuses to set out for the scene.

The Starfield Simulation Zone sits at the edge of the core region; for an ordinary cultivation genius to reach it, it takes nearly a full day and night.

Thus, traces of many warp craft appear, departing from the Color-Cloud Palaces in a flash, heading deep into the nebula.

As the warp craft activate and arrive one after another, everyone sees Sen.

Sen's skin remains pink, but now carries a tinge of crimson. Behind him floats an incomparably dazzling nebula, slowly burning, shining with starlight—clearly the Profound-grade Star-Flame Cloud Trait!

Buzz!

The Star-Flame Cloud slowly rotates, shrouded in flames, endlessly alive.

From a distance, it resembles the fiery cloud spectacle of a life planet's atmosphere—but far more vast and magnificent, carrying the boundless meaning of a nebula. At the cloud's edge, streams of flame flow and leap, scorching the nebula space, throwing the surrounding temperature into chaos.

Majestic, powerful, dazzling—leaving all who witness it awestruck.

This is the Profound-grade Star-Flame Cloud Trait—most here have never seen even a single Profound Trait with their own eyes.

Facing the crowd's varied gazes, Sen stands with hands behind his back, sweeping his eyes over the field, a trace of disappointment flickering in his eyes. The one he most wished to see has not come.

"Andrew Han!"

"Could it be that you don't care about me risking the Neutron-Star Simulation Sector? Hmph, I'll wait a bit longer." Sen closes his sharp eyes with a snort, standing quietly.

He ignores the turmoil of the outside world.

Sen disdains issuing a direct challenge to Andrew Han, so he uses the Neutron-Star Simulation Sector to tell all of Chenriver Palace that he is stronger than Andrew Han—once, now, and in the future.

Buzz buzz!

The Star-Flame Cloud continues to float, crimson light reflected on the faces of those present, making the air feel scorching.

The relatively weaker cultivation geniuses can't get close; only after retreating a hundred thousand meters does the burning heat fade, leaving them shocked.

A single Profound Trait—could it really wield such power?

It's simply unbelievable!

Some marvel, some pale, and of course some voice their doubts: "Wait, wasn't Sen's Star-Flame Cloud golden before?"

"That was the fusion state. Now that Sen has achieved his breakthrough, the Star-Flame Cloud has turned crimson. The burning flames fuel the flow of starlight—an ordinary strike could kill a peak Starlight-tier genius."

"Sen possesses a Profound Trait—clearly superior to Andrew Han."

"No wonder Suweng hasn't changed Sen's ranking in the Chenriver Palace roster. It seems Sen still stands atop Chenriver Palace—Suweng truly sees things with perfect clarity."

Everyone murmurs, sighing in awe.

Sen's majesty is plain to see—so it's clear who is stronger, Sen or Andrew Han.

"Profound Trait."

Dan Booth of the White-Horn Clan stands a hundred thousand meters away, staring blankly at Sen's Star-Flame Cloud.

With a crack, as if struck by lightning, it's as though cosmic thunder splits his soul, shattering his once-unshakable confidence in Andrew Han.

Only by witnessing a Profound Trait firsthand can one grasp its true terror.

No matter how outstanding Andrew Han is, for now he cannot reach the Profound Trait level.

Dan Booth closes his eyes in frustration and pain: "This...this... We've overlooked something. Andrew Han is growing stronger, and so is Sen."

This is the vast starfield!

Life's cultivation and evolution—countless streams surge forth!

Standing at the front, Third Princess Mora's round face changes color: "As the Third Princess, I know better than most what a Profound Trait truly means. According to Father, with two Profound Traits, one can challenge the honored geniuses—the true prodigies, recognized by the Starfield Human Clan."

"But Profound Traits also differ in strength and rank."

"The Star-Flame Cloud Profound Trait is only mid-tier—Andrew Han still has hope for the future."

Mora blinks twice, suddenly realizing she's instinctively standing with Andrew Han, tugging at her princess gown and silently warning herself not to get carried away.

The scene falls silent.

Only Sen stands with hands behind his back, surrounded by countless floating symbols.

Heavy, nimble, and solid symbols shine with light, forming a massive pattern like a starry phantom, swirling and spinning—almost like a translucent giant screen holding up the starfield itself.

"Sigh."

Sen lets out a soft sigh and turns to look toward the Colorful Cloud Palace.

His sharp eyes grow even sharper, so piercing that no one present can meet his gaze. Clearly, Sen is waiting for Andrew Han to arrive—but Andrew Han does not come.

"I've waited so long, and still you haven't come."

"Once you break through the Neutron-Star Simulation Sector, it's the highest honor. If I pass through alone, let's see if Andrew Han can still hold back." Sen shakes his head and strides toward one of the translucent symbols.

Sen is confident he'll break through the Neutron-Star Simulation Sector.

The cosmos is vast beyond measure, and so the types of celestial bodies are endlessly varied.

For example, a neutron star forms when a star reaches its final stage—collapsing under gravity and exploding as a supernova, becoming one possible endpoint for a star.

Besides neutron stars, stars have other possible endpoints—the most common are white dwarfs and black holes.

But neutron stars—

exist between white dwarfs and black holes!

The phantom symbol representing the Neutron-Star Simulation Sector radiates a deep, terrifying aura. Sen transforms into a streak of crimson light and charges into the symbol, with the Star-Flame Cloud trailing a long tail of fire behind him.

Whoosh!

All eyes are on Sen as he enters the Neutron-Star Simulation Sector.

Meanwhile, Dan Booth of the White-Horn Clan hurriedly takes out his communicator, already prepared, and sends Andrew Han a video.

The signal crosses a vast distance.

Arriving deep within the Azure Cloud Palace.

Ding! The sound breaks the palace's deep, shadowy silence.

"Hmm."

"A message from Dan Booth."

His azure robe remains perfectly still, drifting lightly as Andrew Han rises to his feet.

He takes out the communicator and watches for a moment. In truth, Third Princess Mora already told him about this; Andrew understands Dan Booth's concern, and he chuckles softly, his expression calm and unruffled.

Neutron-Star Simulation Sector?

The highest honor in Chenriver Palace?

None of this shakes him—Andrew Han has his own cultivation goals and plans. Blind comparison is the root of life's tragedies.

Besides.

Why go to the Starfield Simulation Sector? It's a waste of time!

Time is extremely precious to Andrew Han—not a moment can be wasted. Rather than watch from the sidelines, he'd rather begin his own explosive cultivation plan.

"Bailey."

Andrew Han quietly calls out in his heart.

Bailey replies in a whisper, "Master, there's a Void-Hole level presence in Chenriver Palace. I advise you not to contact Bailey too often—such a precious intelligent core mustn't be exposed."

Andrew Han considers this and thinks to himself, "It's true—Chenriver Palace isn't convenient for me. I should leave and continue my journey to seek out Graywhite Aura!"

Graywhite Aura is absolutely vital!

From the very first trace, then a wisp, and now a whole current of Graywhite Aura—the benefits have only grown stronger. Andrew Han once sensed a whole stream inside a meteorite; merging with it brought tremendous effects.

As for the Dreamso Sub-Administrative Star from a few days ago—its landmarks and ancient sites are much like Azure Earth, each containing only a trace or wisp of Graywhite Aura.

So Andrew Han didn't linger, planning instead to search the starfield.

However—

He was new to the starfield and lacked the strength to handle its harsh environments; wandering at random would be reckless. This vast starfield is nothing like the peaceful Azure Earth!

Only now does Andrew Han feel confident—

Setting out again, searching for Graywhite Aura, eager to elevate his soul and consciousness cultivation!

......

Half a month later.

Darkness fills the starfield, cold and deathly silent.

A teal warp-craft activates its glide boosters, traveling through the starfield. In the control room, Andrew Han stands before the glass, hands behind his back, gazing at the distant, shattered meteor belt.

"Preliminary estimate—"

"The meteor belt is five thousand kilometers wide, with at least a million meteorites. It's a treasure trove—if I search each meteorite, I might find a thousand streams of Graywhite Aura."

Click!

The hatch opens!

Andrew Han steps out, extending his right palm—a vast teal giant hand, like an endless seal, sweeps forward to envelop the meteors!
