"There's no 'but' about it. He's definitely dead. Someone once said, anyone who falls into a spatial crack never survives." The Blue Clan Patriarch laughed.
"Alright then, I'll head back. If anything comes up, contact me—especially if that kid somehow comes back alive, you must let me know." Without his avatar, Benson Blue could only speak to the Blue Clan Patriarch.
The Blue Clan Patriarch laughed, "He can't possibly come back. You can rest easy there."
"Then I'll go." Benson Blue calculated that he'd been out for a long time, so it was time to return. He said his farewells and left.
The Blue Clan Patriarch made new plans, so a few days later, another massive war broke out in Central Province—mainly the Blue Clan chasing Demon Sect members.
Demon Sect was caught off guard, and with so many Spirit‑Wandering experts from Blue Clan, they quickly cleared obstacles, letting Terry Blue and Bennett Blue lead their troops to reclaim cities.
A sea of blue—most cities in Central Province returned to Blue Clan domination.
Demon Sect suffered heavy losses—even their generals died in batches.
"Didn't expect the news of that kid's death to drive Blue Clan mad," the Demon Sect Master slapped the table, surprised Blue Clan retook their territory so quickly.
"Sect Master, what do we do now?" someone asked worriedly.
"Everyone withdraw and work in secret. We'll deal with the rest later." The Demon Sect Master pondered for a moment, then left.
Then he headed straight for Joel Qiao's location.
When the Demon Sect Master told Joel Qiao what had happened outside, Joel wasn't interested in Blue Clan's actions, but was intrigued by Evan Yang falling into a spatial crack. "What? You said he fell into a spatial crack?"
"Yes, in the Death Crystal Field, and it was Connor Hawke who personally sent him in," replied the Demon Sect Master.
"Connor Hawke sure has guts, actually sent him into a crack," Joel Qiao muttered after sitting down.
"And that woman?" The Demon Sect Master still wasn't sure if Evan Yang was really dead.
"Keep her around. I just have a feeling he won't die that easily." Joel Qiao didn't believe Evan Yang would die so easily either.
"What about those Blue Clan cities?" The Demon Sect Master still couldn't let go of that prize.
"I told you last time, except for matters concerning Evan Yang, I don't want to deal with anything else right now," Joel Qiao sighed.
The Demon Sect Master knew the person before him wouldn't act against Blue Clan anymore, so he could only say helplessly, "That person hasn't come for a long time."
