Not Happy

Monkey King casually conjured an identical Peach of Immortality, placed it on the tray, and dashed out of the room.

Belle stood frozen, clutching the Peach of Immortality in her hands, staring as Monkey King's figure vanished into the night sky. For a long moment, she couldn't process what had just happened.

"Telling a lie is damn hard!" Monkey King swaggered through the streets with the fake peach, quickly arriving at Jade Cauldron Immortal's door.

Jade Cauldron Immortal, who had just finished dinner and was discussing something with the craftsmen, opened the door. Seeing Monkey King grinning with the peach in hand, he was stunned—mouth slightly open, unable to speak before Monkey King shoved him inside and shut the door behind them.

Just as Jade Cauldron Immortal finally recovered and was about to protest, saying he didn't want the peach, he saw the Peach of Immortality in Monkey King's hand vanish into thin air!

Only now did Monkey King finally breathe a small sigh of relief. Inside the room, Jade Cauldron Immortal and the two demon craftsmen stared in utter shock.

"Are you... here to frame me?" Jade Cauldron Immortal glared at the empty tray, his beard bristling.

Ignoring the presence of the two demon craftsmen, Monkey King grinned and dragged Jade Cauldron Immortal aside, gesturing as he spoke: "Don't make it sound so ugly—just us Blossom Mountain demons know, no outsiders will ever hear of it. Just admit you ate the peach."

"What exactly are you trying to do?" Jade Cauldron Immortal gaped, at a loss for words.

"Come on, Jade Cauldron, just admit it." Monkey King pointed menacingly at the two demon craftsmen present. "You two still want to keep working on Blossom Mountain, right? Speak! Did Jade Cauldron Immortal just eat the peach or not?"
