That kiss sent a shiver of electricity through Ryan Ling's whole body!
Paula Bloom was absolutely a veteran in the game of love—way more experienced than Ryan ever imagined. Their tongues tangled, and her breathless moans rose and fell, totally out of control!
Right then, the two of them dropped down fast—landing smack in the forest park at Southcape University. Couples everywhere were cuddling and whispering sweet nothings, but Paula suddenly cried out loud.
Instantly, a bunch of eyes turned their way.
"Keep it down!" Ryan quickly covered her mouth.
But Paula couldn’t hold back at all—she grabbed Ryan’s fingers and sucked them into her mouth.
"So naughty!" Ryan groaned helplessly, but at that point, he couldn’t care less about anyone else—he started moving in earnest.
"Whoa, he’s wild!" The girls nearby were totally stunned.
Just then, a dorm monitor swung a flashlight around and yelled, "Who’s making all that noise?"
In a flash, all the girls scattered in a panic. But when the monitor checked the forest park, there was nobody left—just two soaking-wet pairs of panties!
By then, Ryan and Paula were long gone—holed up in the most luxurious five-star hotel in Southcape, where they went absolutely wild all night, soaking the sheets through!
At dawn the next day, Ryan had already vanished.
But Paula lay there for ages, replaying everything—her heart fluttering like a little deer!
......
A new day. Morning sunlight flooded all of Goldridge City, burning away weeks of haze in an instant—like a sign that a new era was about to begin.
"How’s the situation?" These past few days, General Kenneth Li, commander of the Jinling Military Region, hadn’t slept a single peaceful night. His deputy, Gabriel Xue, had locked down the entire Yangtze River defense line, with over a hundred thousand Southriver troops standing guard day and night. Even though their hearts trembled, not a single face showed fear.
Alongside them, Warren Yuan, Harvey "Million" Jin, Jason Lin, and other top battlefield commanders guarded every nearby fortress. They were all ready to die at a moment’s notice—honestly, going up against Jiangnorth’s forces was like eggs against a stone, but nobody flinched.
Beyond the military, Serena Yan and the other female elites kept all the Southriver aristocratic clans connected. Jinbiao Chen ran himself ragged keeping Goldridge’s economy afloat, while Anqi Chen, Rose Yates, Sophie Su, and the media team worked their massive influencer network. Ever since the Jiangnan Martial Arts Tournament, their self-media platform had exploded—now it had over a million daily users, and they’d set up countless servers to keep information flowing. Every day, messages poured in by the tens of millions.
Obviously, open information was the only real leverage Southriver had to keep going!
"So far, things are okay. The boss’s rampage in South Asia totally shocked Jiangnorth—their moves have slowed way down!" Gabriel Xue finally cracked a smile; he’d been tense for days, but today he actually looked a little relaxed.
"Good, the tide’s finally turning back toward Southriver. Ryan’s moves have been so huge that, according to Dragon Group informants in Imperial City, the World Dominion Society is in chaos. Victor Hua is under fierce international fire, and even though Chairman Deng is still locked up, his situation is way better than before!" Kenneth Li finally let out a sigh of relief.
"Things are looking up, and we just got the latest intel—the boss is about to arrive!" Gabriel Xue said, his smile getting even wider.
"Got it. As long as Ryan’s here, we’ve got a shot at turning the tables. We may not match Jiangnorth in raw power, but with careful prep and public support, no matter how ruthless the Kunlun League gets, they can’t swallow China’s Divine Dragon whole!" Kenneth Li said, just as a burst of excited cheers rang out from outside—Ryan was finally back!
......
Meanwhile, up north in Imperial City, rain drizzled down over the capital.
Inside the imperial precincts, the atmosphere was even heavier.
Several top leaders were holding a meeting: Victor Hua, Zane Ouyang, and other official heads of China, plus the Century Witch from the Kunlun League, and a few masked figures. Everyone looked grim—they’d just gotten word that all fifteen top Kunlun League chiefs in South Asia had been wiped out!
"How did this happen? When has the Kunlun League ever suffered something like this? To get swept in one pot—that guy’s just too strong! We’ve really raised a tiger in our own backyard!"
"What’s the point of talking now? He’s already back—get the defenses up! We finally took control of China’s top leadership, we can’t lose it now!"
"Defend with what? All fifteen chiefs are dead—how are a handful of us supposed to stop him? The army and World Dominion’s defenses are basically cannon fodder now. Didn’t you see? Even South Asia’s Grand Chief Mengzan tried to nuke him with spirit-qi and got shut down. What could possibly stop that kid now?"
......
"Enough!" The Century Witch slammed the table, then shot a look at another Kunlun League member. "When are the Hell King, the Earth Tyrant, and the Death Wraith arriving?"
"Should be soon—they’re rushing in from Niyama. This time, their northern training paid off: every one of them has hit the Supreme tier, way past the old martial peak, and they’ve all survived nuke strikes. Their strength is nearly on par with Ryan’s!" another Kunlun League member replied.
"Good, with their help, that kid won’t have a chance!" The Century Witch steadied herself and pressed on, "And what about the Thousand-Year Lord? Did he show up yet? Before those three arrive, he’s our best bet!"
"I’m here!" Just as she finished, a raspy voice rang out. In strode a eunuch in a Qing dragon robe, face purple with pride, flanked by two jaw-droppingly gorgeous women—absolute perfection, not a single flaw in sight.
For a moment, Victor Hua and Zane Ouyang were both stunned. But neither dared be rude—they rose together, even though they were nominally China’s leaders, they’d become puppets of the Century Witch. At this point, they barely mattered.

"Thousand-Year Lord, you honor us!" The Century Witch sprang up, all smiles.
"Please, the Kunlun League gives me face, I’ll return the favor. But you know I don’t work for free!" The Thousand-Year Lord didn’t bother with pleasantries—he plopped right down in the main seat.
"Don’t worry—if you help us, all the northern black-soil lands are yours! I’ll even call you King of the Central Heartland!" The Century Witch promised eagerly.
