After unlocking the fourth floor, the first task was complete, and the Legacy Jade Scroll should now contain new instructions.

The fourth floor is the Celestial Library.

So, back then, Luke Kee's wife was pregnant but poisoned by Winterbane, and her life hung by a thread.
Luke Kee sealed her inside the Frostbound Casket.
