"Awesome!" Yin Zhu felt his IQ had been thoroughly insulted. "Leon Zane, I just realized something."

"Chloe Zhu isn’t here!"

"It’s like heaven is helping me out!"

Leon Zane cheered three times in his heart, then turned invisible and drugged Rina Chu.

In less than ten seconds, Rina Chu collapsed, limp.

"What’s happening? Why can’t I even sit up? I feel so weak..." Rina Chu moaned. "Chloe! Chloe!"

"Stop calling her, she’s not even here!" Leon Zane revealed himself.

"Leon Zane? Did you drug me or something? Why can’t I move at all?"

Leon Zane prepared the knockout drug and quietly snuck into the hut.

Chloe Zhu was gone; Rina Chu was meditating inside the hut.

"Hmph! What do you think I’m doing?" Leon Zane grinned wickedly.

"If you touch a single hair on me, I’ll rip your dragon head off!"

"Ha! You wish! Like I’d even want to touch you! Where did you hide the Celestial Lash?" Leon Zane looked around.

The hut was empty except for a bed and a table.

"You’re trying to steal my Celestial Lash?" Rina Chu glared. "No way!"

"Still so stubborn! Must be hidden on you somewhere!" Leon Zane reached into her chest.

Even though Rina Chu was dressed lightly and clearly couldn’t be hiding anything big, many magical items could change size.

"What are you doing? Where are you touching?" Rina Chu glared at his hand. "You pervert! Want me to chop your hand off?"

"Shut up!" Leon Zane pulled out a bunch of stuff from her chest—handkerchief, rouge box, Longyuan identity token, Spirit Alliance badge, and so on...

But nothing related to the Celestial Lash.

"Where did you hide it?" Leon Zane searched her sleeves, then reached for her waist.

As soon as he touched her waist, his eyes lit up—he found it!

"So it was tied around your waist." Leon Zane reached to untie her clothes to get the whip inside.

"Ah!" Rina Chu summoned all her strength and screamed. "Help! Somebody help me! There’s a pervert here!"

"What are you screaming for? Who’s a pervert?" Leon Zane was guilty and worried she’d call Chloe Zhu or Grandpa Gene, so he covered her mouth.

"Stop yelling! If you keep it up, I’ll cut out your tongue."

With that, he tried to untie her clothes again.

Rina Chu glanced anxiously toward the door.

Leon Zane, clueless, kept working at her belt.

"Leon Zane, what on earth are you doing?" Suddenly, an angry voice came from the doorway.

"Who’s there?" Leon Zane froze, his hands still clutching Rina Chu’s belt.

Rina Chu’s eyes lit up with hope.

The door was kicked open with a bang.

Chloe Zhu stood in the doorway, her face dark with anger.

Leon Zane jumped back, hands in the air, trying to look innocent.

Rina Chu struggled to sit up, her face flushed with embarrassment and anger.

Chloe Zhu glared at Leon Zane. "What are you doing to her?"

Leon Zane stammered, "I—I was just helping her look for something!"

Rina Chu snapped, "He’s lying! He tried to steal my Celestial Lash!"

Chloe Zhu’s eyes narrowed dangerously. "Leon Zane, you’ve got some nerve."
