Searching for the Satellite Jammer

Edward Zhang, the eldest son of the Zhang Family, let out a sigh of relief and said, "It's just a bunch of metal scraps. Are they really as important as those people claim? Could they just be making excuses to fool you?"

The man replied, "Young Master, those things were painstakingly acquired by Zachary Zhang. He must have his reasons. It's best for us not to break the rules."

Edward Zhang snorted disdainfully and said, "He always likes to play tricks and act mysterious. Fine, let's go and have a look ourselves. Let's see what these things actually are."

"Uh..." The man hesitated, "You haven't officially gained authority yet. If you go now, won't it be..."

"This position is already guaranteed to be mine. Even if it's not me, it'll be my son. What's the difference?" Edward Zhang flicked his sleeve and said, "I'm just taking a look ahead of time. What's the harm?"

"Yes, yes, you're absolutely right," the man quickly flattered. "This way, please."

Cherry Miller immediately crouched behind the Shrine statue, peeking down below.

She saw Edward Zhang and a man in a blue robe walking toward the right side of the Shrine's wall.

The man in blue knelt down, feeling around for something, and pressed lightly.

The previously flat floor suddenly sank with a series of clicks, revealing a stone-paved passage that stretched downward.

Cherry Miller stared intently at that spot.

No wonder she hadn't been able to find it no matter what she did.

Turns out, it was hidden underground.

What a clever design.

She had wiped that floor several times and still hadn't noticed any mechanism there.

How exactly was it hidden?

At this moment, the man in blue stood up and said to Edward Zhang, "There's a door down there that requires your authorization. Hmm... It needs your fingerprint to open it."

Edward Zhang nodded happily, "No wonder the old man made me press my handprint. So this is where it's used. Come on, let's go take a look!"

"Yes, sir."

The two of them quickly headed down the passage.
