Sevenfold Heavenwood Tower

1/5/2026

Obviously, that's the case. Right now, Primeval Heavenwood is acting super excited—clearly it's run into its own kind, or else it wouldn't be reacting like this.

And to put it another way, those three monsters actually recover energy even faster than Ryan Ling in some respects—which pretty much proves they're carrying treasures of this type.

Thinking this through, Ryan Ling couldn't help but suck in a breath—sticking it out in a brawl with these three monsters was definitely the right call. Otherwise, there’s no way he’d have stumbled into this surprise windfall.

Right now, one of Ryan’s most urgent goals is to hunt down the rest of the Primeval Heavenwood remnants. If he can fuse those with his current Heavenwood, not only will he grow way more Heavenwood Fruit, but he’ll actually have a shot at absorbing immortal qi!

That would be absolutely massive for Ryan’s power boost!

"Ryan, you can't hold out any longer—run for it, quick!" Inside his body, the Ghost Elder was yelling, obviously realizing those three monsters weren’t planning to drag things out anymore. They were about to hit Ryan with a full-force combo attack, and at this rate, his safety was seriously in danger.

And it wasn’t just the Ghost Elder—Marshal Zhong Kui was already starting to lose his nerve. After all these battles, Ryan and even the whole Huaxia side had racked up insane achievements. The Kunlun League was basically wrecked, the Western Pacifying King’s camp took heavy losses, and even America had surrendered!

Even though Wu Yinxiong didn’t get killed, this kind of epic win is more than enough to make the whole world think twice before messing with them!

A smart hero knows when to cut his losses. Right now, those three monsters teaming up are honestly terrifying—their cultivation is sixth-layer Heaven-Tribulation, and even if Ryan’s got crazy strength, at best he’s only at peak third-layer.

Blocking them at third-layer Heaven-Tribulation is already pretty damn impressive!

If Ryan backed off now, nobody would blame him!

But right at this moment, instead of leaving, Ryan suddenly stomped the ground and shot forward—charging straight into the middle of those three monsters.

"Ryan, what the hell are you doing?" The Ghost Elder was shocked and yelled out loud.

Even Marshal Zhong Kui and the thousands of ghost generals outside were stunned—no one expected Ryan to risk his life like this.

Even the three Kunlun League monsters didn’t see it coming—what Ryan was doing looked like a straight-up suicide run to anyone!

"What a total idiot—die!" Seeing Ryan recklessly charging in, the three monsters didn’t hold back at all. Instantly, an even more violent force exploded out, sweeping madly across the battlefield and forcing Ryan onto a dead-end path in the blink of an eye.

"Ryan, did you figure something out?" Watching Ryan risk his life like this, the Ghost Elder suddenly realized something and shouted, face pale.

"Exactly. You gotta risk it for the biscuit—there’s no way out for me now, so I have to gamble everything!" Ryan shot back.

The Ghost Elder was still panicking, but he nodded anyway. Ryan’s move was dangerous, sure, but it was also the right call—if he could seize the chance to find the rest of the Primeval Heavenwood remnants, the value would be beyond words. Judging by the aura right in front of them, the Heavenwood those three monsters had might even be stronger than Ryan’s current one.

It’s just that the Heavenwood remnants on those monsters probably haven’t been fully put to use.

"Watch out!" Right now, all the Ghost Elder could squeeze out was those two words.

He couldn’t do anything to help Ryan now—he could only pray that fate would tip in their favor one more time.

Facing the three monsters’ berserk kill-spree, Ryan didn’t hesitate. He fired up all his power, stacked on Primeval Heavenwood’s divine force, and even fused the essence of all those Heaven-Tribulation experts he’d absorbed—instantly melting it down into his own strength. For a moment, Ryan went wild, brawling head-to-head with them.

"Kid, you’re straight-up insane!" The three monsters gritted their teeth, shot each other a look, then shouted in unison: "Sevenfold Heavenwood Tower—attack!"

The moment that thunderous shout rang out, Ryan’s eyes couldn’t help but snap toward them!

This was obviously the three monsters’ ultimate move, but even faced with this wild attack, Ryan didn’t flinch—because that so-called Sevenfold Heavenwood Tower was pumping out an insanely strong Primeval Heavenwood aura.

Clearly, this trump-card treasure was exactly what Ryan was after!

Awesome!

Below, Marshal Zhong Kui’s face went deathly pale, cold sweat pouring down—he clearly couldn’t make sense of what Ryan was doing.

But Ryan Ling had zero time to explain—good stuff like this could disappear in a flash. Sure, the artifact’s power was insane, and maybe it could shatter every defense Ryan could muster, but he wasn’t scared. His Primeval Heavenwood had a ‘like attracts like’ connection with it. As long as he got enough time, he could absorb all the Heavenwood aura from this thing into his own stash. That would be a massive win!

In an instant, Ryan was completely sucked into the Sevenfold Heavenwood Tower—no questions asked.

“Perfect, just perfect! This idiot walked right into his own death trap. Nobody to blame but himself. Now, let’s join forces and refine him alive—he’s strong, so if we pull this off, we’ll have ourselves one hell of a magic weapon!” One of the monsters was practically bouncing with excitement.

“Yeah! Refine him!” Instantly, all the monsters started shouting.

Down below, Marshal Zhong Kui and the others turned completely green. Clearly, nobody had a clue what to do.

Meanwhile, Ryan wasn’t scared at all. He was deep inside the Sevenfold Heavenwood Tower now, and he could finally see everything clearly—the tower’s structure was exactly Primeval Heavenwood wood, and it was made from the main trunk, no less. But these monsters were idiots; instead of nurturing it into a living Heavenwood tree, they’d hammered it into a gold tower. If they’d grown it right, its value would’ve shot up a hundredfold!

Right now, with Heavenwood protecting him, Ryan felt uncomfortable all over, but nothing was truly threatening him yet.

“I have to dissolve this Sevenfold Heavenwood Tower ASAP—either absorb its power or merge with it. Only then can I really use it!” Ryan knew he was safe for now, but inside a top-tier magic weapon, one wrong move and it could all go up in smoke.

“Got it!” Ryan nodded, not hesitating for a second. He unleashed the Primeval Heavenwood roots from the Demon-Snaring Bowl, sending them out like crazy. Instantly, waves of ultra-pure Heavenwood power started pouring into his own Heavenwood.

“Damn, that’s some pure power!” Ryan could see the energy surging inside the roots—the Sevenfold Heavenwood Tower’s Heavenwood force was on a whole other level.

“Refine, refine!” But outside, the three monsters were desperately trying to refine Ryan alive. Their power kept stacking, and it was obvious Ryan didn’t have much time.

Just then, Primeval Heavenwood inside Ryan started shaking violently. Its life essence—the spiritual liquid—was actually getting sucked away instead.

“Crap, the Sevenfold Heavenwood Tower’s developed its own consciousness—it knows we’re siphoning its power and it’s fighting back!” Ryan broke out in cold sweat. He totally hadn’t seen this coming.

“We have to pour power into Primeval Heavenwood—maybe even break the Sevenfold Heavenwood Tower itself!” The Ghost Elder was panicking now. The tower was way stronger than Heavenwood, and with this backlash, half the leaves shriveled in an instant. If this kept up, it’d all be toast!

“Fighting it head-on won’t work—we have to break it! But how the hell do we do that?” Ryan was totally flustered by this sudden twist, completely at a loss.

“Ryan, I—I can’t take it anymore…” Jean Chen, who’d been hidden in Ryan’s inner space, finally couldn’t hold out. She collapsed right next to him, stark naked and flushed, and for some reason, fluid was leaking out down below.

That fluid seemed insanely destructive. Even in this deadly situation, nothing dared come near Jean Chen—the aura around her was totally untouched.

“Ryan, I’ve got it! The Sevenfold Heavenwood Tower is afraid of a woman’s scent—go have sex with Jean Chen and max out her aura!” The Ghost Elder shouted urgently…
