Lucy Luan: "Huh? Who is it?"

A figure stepped out from the side, dressed in black, his hair damp, which made his rosy lips and white teeth stand out all the more—clean-cut and strikingly handsome.

"Fifth Highness..." Lucy Luan was utterly surprised.

Him?

Helping Mia clean her room?

Sean Shaw: "I'm here to help Mia clean her room."

"Uh... this..."

Mia grabbed his hand and pulled him inside.

Lucy scratched her head, still feeling like something was off.

Once inside, Lucy led them to meet Soren Lann.

"Divine Lord, let me introduce you," Lucy said. "This is Fifth Highness, Sean Shaw. And this is—"

"Mia." Soren Lann already recognized Mia Quinn.

Mia grinned widely. "Mia greets Divine Lord! Why are you here at Sister Lucy's so late?"

"I'm here for the Celestial Emperor's birthday banquet, and thought I'd visit my Senior Sister while I'm at it," Soren replied.

Sean Shaw also paid his respects. "Greetings, Divine Lord."

Soren's gaze lingered on him for a moment. "It's pretty late—what brings you all here?"

"Here's the story." Lucy explained that Mia was moving in with her. "I got delayed today because I had to redo my exam, so I couldn't help her clean her room. That's why Fifth Highness came to help."

"Oh... Fifth Highness truly has a kind heart." Soren smiled and gestured toward the door. "Go ahead."

Lucy led Mia and Sean next door.

Once they opened the door, they found the room fully furnished but a bit messy and barely cleaned.

"Sorry about this, Mia," Lucy said. "You two go ahead and start cleaning. I'll go keep Divine Lord company, then come help you later."

"Okay! Go ahead, Sister Lucy!" Mia replied sweetly.

So Lucy went back to continue hosting Divine Lord Soren.

Sean turned to look toward the next room and didn't move for a long time.

"Fifth Highness?" Mia called him. "Aren't you here to help me clean?"

Sean glanced at her, then pulled out a piece of talisman paper and drew a Cleaning Talisman.

With a Cleaning Talisman, the whole room could be spotless in an instant!

"Hey, what are you doing?" Mia slapped her hand down on the talisman.

"It's a Cleaning Talisman," Sean said.

"Why use a Cleaning Talisman?" Mia shook her head. "We're supposed to use rags and wipe everything bit by bit!"

Sean Shaw: "Why go to all that trouble?"

"Work slowly!" Mia winked at him. "We're reconnoitering enemy territory! The enemy situation is pretty intense, you know!"

Sean studied her—this kid was so sharp, did she get it from her dad or her mom?

Next door, Lucy and Soren caught up on each other's lives. Soren casually asked, "I heard that since you arrived at Drake Abyss, you've received stacks of love letters?"

Lucy laughed. "I haven't read a single one! I've let Lian-Lian handle them all for me."

Soren smiled. "That's good. I was worried you might pick the wrong guy!"

"Ha! Not a chance," Lucy said. "I'm completely focused on cultivation. If I don't ascend to High God, I won't even consider such things. So there's no way to pick wrong."

Soren suddenly said, "Even if you do ascend to High God, you can't let your heart wander here in Drake Abyss."

"Huh?"

"Your parents only have this one daughter. Of course you need to stay with them in the Lumina Realm."

Lucy laughed.

"Besides," Soren looked her straight in the eyes, "I'm waiting for you to come back too!"

"Ha! Really?"

"Mm-hmm," Soren said. "Not just me—my mother is hoping you'll come back too. She even came to Drake Abyss this time just to see you!"
