Supreme Emperor’s Body Perishes but His Dao Endures, Lana Vale Steps Onto the Emotion-Extinguishing Path

2/14/2026

Ever since Cloud-Venerable first set foot in this unfamiliar land, he visited often, advising the Creators and teaching Lana Vale and the others all manner of strategy—trying to help them understand deception. But his efforts met with little success.

This was shaped by the environment the Creators lived in.

All the Creators here longed for a carefree life; otherwise, they would never have fled here and founded the Grand Void Expanse.

It was also determined by how they cultivated their divine sense.

Among the Creators, there was no need for lies or deception. Their divine sense allowed them to communicate directly; with a gentle touch, they could know each other's thoughts completely. Deceit and lies had no soil to grow here.

Back then, the reason Ancestor-Spirit Loren Shaw could leave the Grand Void Expanse to gather information elsewhere was that he was the smartest among the Creators.

Yet even Loren Shaw never learned how to deceive.

What Lana Vale and the others never expected was that Cloud-Venerable's final lesson to the Creators would be so cruel.

So cruel that it meant deceiving their kin on another continent, sacrificing a million lives, and destroying the Grand Void Expanse just to limit Supreme Emperor's power!

And yet, the ninety-eight elders and chiefs actually agreed to his plan!

Cloud-Venerable and the ninety-eight chiefs and elders intended only to trade a million lives for a hundred thousand.

On this day, the young Lana Vale was in a daze.

She watched another Grand Void Land be utterly destroyed: that vast continent, the starry sky created by the Creators, billions of stars, the mountains, rivers, lakes, seas, and all living things they made were annihilated, turning into a flood of ownerless divine sense.

The consequences of the collapse of divine sense were severe, plunging the entire Grand Void Land into a horrific state where whatever one thought would immediately become reality.

Heart demons made this place terrifying; the chaotic, ownerless divine sense would sense the demons in your heart and manifest them in reality!

Likewise, this terrifying divine sense would touch yours and corrupt it!

This supreme pure land was completely polluted. The other Grand Void Land would soon be destroyed as well, for Supreme Emperor had arrived!

The ninety-eight chiefs and elders, following the plan of Cloud-, Moon-, and Ling-Venerables, fought Supreme Emperor in a bloody battle, dying one after another, finally luring him into the trap. The trap was designed by Cloud-, Moon-, and Ling-Venerables to target the weaknesses in Supreme Emperor’s Grand-Luo Supreme Divine Sense.

Yet the price was also horrifying.

To kill Supreme Emperor, they did not hesitate to let him destroy the Grand Void Land, flooding it with chaotic, ownerless divine sense to suppress his cultivation.

To kill Supreme Emperor, they nearly sacrificed all the sacred objects that countless clans had worshipped day and night, just to trap him.

They lured Supreme Emperor onto the Lotus Continent, activated the trap designed by the three Venerables, and used the Dao of Creation to restrain his divine sense constructs. Countless thick root-tendrils burst from his legs, piercing the flesh, anchoring him to the continent.

They fought desperately, forcing Supreme Emperor to unleash his Supreme Divine Sense Domain, but once he did, his death was sealed.

At the same time, their own deaths were sealed.

At that moment, the three young Venerables acted together, inverting the Supreme Divine Sense Domain and sealing Supreme Emperor along with the remaining chiefs and elders inside.

Supreme Emperor's Supreme Divine Sense Domain became the final straw that ended him.

The three young Venerables stood outside the Supreme Divine Sense Domain, watching everything with mixed emotions.

Even the Heavenly Emperor leading the ancient gods could not defeat Supreme Emperor Julius of the Juyu Clan, but now he was slain by their hands.

Supreme Emperor, revered by the Creators for his invincible body and divine sense, now had both destroyed and sealed forever—all at the hands of three young human Venerables.

You three!

Supreme Emperor's divine sense was frozen in his own domain, still violently surging, but gradually calming.

He looked at the three young faces outside the domain, using the last of his divine sense to make his voice echo through the world: "I will kill you three one by one to avenge today's deep hatred! You are destined to die at my hands, your corpses will become my trophies..."

Ling-Venerable raised a finger, tiny runes danced at her fingertip, filling the Supreme Divine Sense Domain.

It was as if she completed the last piece of the puzzle—the trap was fully activated, and Supreme Emperor was completely sealed!

"Supreme Emperor is finally dead. We should return," Ling-Venerable said.

Moon-Venerable looked around; the remaining Grand Void Land was full of monsters born of heart demons, now uninhabitable. She showed pity and said, "What about them...?"

Cloud-Venerable approached the surviving Creators. The few remaining chiefs and elders told him, "We will lead the survivors to migrate to the other shore of the Grand Void Land, following the Ancestor-Spirit's second prophecy, building the Void Bridge, and establishing a carefree world there."

Cloud-Venerable nodded: "I will continue to help you until you have created the other shore world. Moon-Venerable will help design the entrance from the Void Bridge to the other shore, with three houses to guarantee no one else can find it."

Then he went to Lana Vale's side. The young Lana Vale was still immersed in immense sorrow.

"I once liked you, but from now on I never will."

The young Creator girl stood still, suddenly crying, but her tone was unusually calm. Following the large migration, she did not look back and said, "I think I will never like anyone again. Cloud, your last lesson moved me deeply. For my race, I will become another you."

Cloud-Venerable stood there, watching her figure recede, suddenly feeling a stab of pain in his heart.

He wanted to tell her she didn't have to be like him, wanted to see her carefree as before, wanted to call out to her and promise something.

In the end, he wore a faint smile and heard himself say, "All right."

Lana Vale heard these words, her body trembling slightly, but she made up her mind and walked away.

Moon-Venerable and Ling-Venerable came to his side. Cloud-Venerable brushed away his melancholy, cheered up, and smiled: "We should go too. Humanity still needs us."

The three of them left this shattered land.

Unintentionally, they looked back and saw the surviving Creators migrating like their ancestors, walking through the ruined world of the Grand Void Land.

From here to the other shore world, how many of the surviving hundred thousand Creators will make it?

Cloud-Venerable and the others did not know the answer, but Quinn once heard Lana Vale say that only a little more than twenty thousand made it alive.
