Saving the Gu Family
Su Li said coldly, "Why did Principal Gu leave Wutong Academy to me and not to you? Why don't you ask him yourself instead of coming to me? Grand Tutor Gu, please step aside!"
"Su Li, you can't leave!" Gu Liangzhe blocked the way, refusing to move no matter what, looking on the verge of madness. "Wutong Academy belongs to my grandfather, so it's mine!"
"Hmph, so you know Wutong Academy belongs to your grandfather. He can leave it to whoever he wants. If he gives it to you, you can take it; if not, you can't just snatch it!" "Su Li, you're a clever woman, truly silver-tongued." Gu Liangzhe stared at Su Li. "Is this how you tricked my grandfather into leaving Wutong Academy to you? Hmm!? Su Li, today you must agree to hand over Wutong Academy, or you won't leave the Gu family!"
"Hmph, you insolent fool! Is my princess consort someone you can threaten?" Xiao Zetian stepped forward, shielding Su Li behind him. His cold, murderous aura surged, as if the air itself had frozen.
Gu Liangzhe was intimidated by Xiao Zetian's presence and instinctively took several steps back.
Xiao Zetian snorted coldly, glanced at Su Li, and protected her as he strode out of the courtyard, ignoring Gu Liangzhe.
While Gu Liangzhe was still stunned, Xiao Zetian had already escorted Su Li out of Principal Gu's residence.
Gu Liangzhe desperately wanted Wutong Academy, hoping to one day defeat Xiao Zetian in court and dominate the political scene. How could he accept that the academy would fall into the hands of Xiao Zetian's wife?

Gu Liangzhe steadied himself, his face clouded as he entered the room. Looking at his grandfather on the bed, he took a deep breath. "Grandfather, please rest..."
Principal Gu opened his mouth as if to say something, but lacked the strength and soon fell back into sleep.
Standing by the bed, Gu Liangzhe's eyes flashed coldly. In the end, he had other members of the Gu family take care of Principal Gu and hurriedly left the house himself.
