"Leo Li!" Adrian Drake slammed his hand on the table, face stormy. "What is going on here?"

But Leo Li stubbornly denied it: "I have no idea! That person in the Clarity Charm isn't me—someone was impersonating me! Qilin Divine Lord Soren Lann, did you even ask Keane Shui who that actually was?"

"Once I opened my Heaven's Eye and saw Evernight Divine Lord's true form, of course I could see you just as clearly," said Keane Shui, calm as ever. "That was absolutely you."

"You're lying! Don't tell me—even the Qilin Divine Lord's attendant has been bribed by Sean Shaw?" Leo Li shot back. "Qilin Divine Lord, shouldn't you be interrogating Keane Shui instead?"

"Hmph! Is that so?" Adrian Drake sneered, then asked, "Do you dare swallow a Divine Crimson Pill? I just happen to have one right here!"

Leo Li's face changed slightly. He fell silent.

Adrian Drake strode up to him, holding out a bright red pill in his palm.

Leo Li panicked for a moment, but quickly covered it up and said, "No matter what, Sean Shaw committed a capital crime! He’s been hiding inside the Wildlands Tribulation Thunder Array, refusing to come out. I was just trying to lure him out and bring him to justice!"

Adrian Drake: "So those cities... you really did slaughter them?"

Leo Li: "If you insist on putting it that way... yes, that's right!"
