Army Assembled and the Reversed Offering
Five Gods Hall was thrown into chaos after Elder Mason brought back news. In the main hall, the Lord of Five Gods Hall was furious: "Outrageous! Just a single world has reduced all of you to this state—over a hundred people, and yet..."
The more the Lord of Five Gods Hall thought about it, the angrier he became—he wished he could kill Evan Yang on the spot. Elder Mason said gloomily, "Lord, I don't know how that brat did it, but he changed the world itself. Once our people went in, their strength dropped to just one-tenth of normal."
"Are you all out of your minds? What kind of place is this? I've never even heard of such a thing!" The Lord finally exploded with rage.
Elder Mason replied, "If you don't believe me, Lord, you can go see for yourself."
"Fine, I want to see what kind of world this is! Gather all the Heavenly Dao experts for me!" the Lord said, his anger barely contained.
Elder Mason hadn't expected the Lord to be this furious and hurried off to gather everyone. Meanwhile, the Lord went to a special altar in Five Gods Hall. Floating beside the altar was a small, pitch-black object. The Lord looked at it and muttered, "It's time for you to reunite with your partner."
The Lord took the pitch-black, human-sized object and stored it in a magical artifact before leaving the altar.
When he returned to the main hall, everyone was already assembled. The Lord of Five Gods Hall announced, "Good, then let's head out."
And so, Five Gods Hall departed with their forces. This was the largest operation in the Hall's history. Meanwhile, Evan Yang had no idea that capturing over a hundred people had so thoroughly enraged Five Gods Hall.
At that moment, Evan Yang was still planning out his world. This world had become a safe haven—everyone knew that even Heavenly Dao experts would have their strength limited here. As a result, people no longer feared encountering powerful enemies.
Seeing his world-realm grow stronger day by day, Evan Yang was overjoyed. But Gavin White frowned beside him and said, "There are still over a hundred people from Five Gods Hall locked up here. They definitely won't let this go."
Evan Yang replied, "I know. They'll definitely come for them. But look at our world-realm—how many people can it hold? Even if all of Five Gods Hall shows up, I can still take them down."
"But nothing is ever absolute. There will always be a flaw somewhere. I'm worried about your world-realm," Gavin White said, frowning.
Evan Yang nodded when he heard Gavin White's words. "You're right. Nothing is absolute. There is a flaw in this world-realm, and I'm searching for a way to fix it."
"What kind of flaw?" Gavin White asked, worried.
Evan Yang smiled. "It's not a big deal for now, but if someone discovers it, things could get dangerous. Do you know what the flaw is? If a person or an artifact erupts with power far greater than mine, they could temporarily break through the laws of this world-realm."
"If that happens, wouldn't everyone here be in danger?" Gavin White frowned.
"Yeah, so I haven't figured out a solution yet. But I'm working on it—I'm sure I can fix it. As long as no one with seven or eight hundred strands of Heavenly Dao Intent shows up, we'll be fine," Evan Yang sighed.
"Seven or eight hundred? In the whole Chaos World, people at that level can be counted on one hand. We can't be that unlucky, right?" Gavin White muttered.
"Then that's fine," Evan Yang said, relieved to hear there weren't many at that level.
