Idiot, Serena Feng Is Humiliated

2/14/2026

Hearing Serena Feng's words, Jada Tang and Mira Tang's eyes sparkled with tears. Finally, their young lady was acting like a true noblewoman.

A maid's duties aren't just managing the master's food, clothing, and daily life—they also have to help with social affairs and personal connections outside.

Actually, Serena Feng had plenty to handle every day, but she was always lazy about it and never bothered with these trivial matters—unless it was something huge. Otherwise, she just let Jada and Mira take care of everything.

Jada and Mira remembered how Serena Feng stared blankly at the sky this morning, and wondered if something had rattled her. Afraid she’d change her mind, they quickly listed out everything she could do today.

Of course, things like tea parties, poetry salons, and flower gatherings had already been crossed off the list. The two maids knew perfectly well that Serena Feng would never attend such boring events, so they only mentioned the important ones: “The young madam of the House of Earl Everley sent an invitation this morning, asking Miss to join her for tea.”

“House of Earl Everley? Do I even know their young madam?” In the Capital, plenty of people knew her, but she knew very few in return. After all, there weren’t many young noblewomen as notorious as her—and that kind of fame wasn’t something anyone would want.

“The young madam of the House of Earl Everley is the eldest Miss of the Wen Clan,” Jada gently reminded her.

“Got it. I’ll go today.” This Wen Clan young lady was the new patient the Marchioness of Jinyang had referred to her—a woman who hadn’t conceived after years of marriage. Turns out, there was nothing wrong with her; Serena had suggested her husband get checked instead, and it looked like they’d finally agreed.

“The Commander of the Bloodcloak Guard’s wife sent an invitation, asking you to visit in three days.” Jada’s mouth twitched—she really didn’t want Serena Feng to get involved with the Bloodcloak Guard. That kind of reputation was just too risky.

Unfortunately, Serena Feng couldn’t hear Jada’s worries. Besides, Serena actually liked Lady Lu: “We’ll set a specific time with Lady Lu later.”

"Yes." As a proper maid, even if you're dissatisfied, you still have to follow your mistress's wishes.

"Lady Ning, Heir's Consort of Duke Ning, sent over a zither score called 'Mist Over Ancient Strings.' She said it's for you to pass the time." Jada Tang's lips twitched again. Her young mistress couldn't play the zither at all—she was probably about to let down Lady Ning's kind intentions.

Jada Tang and Mira Tang still had no idea about Serena Feng’s looming showdown with Su Wan.

"The House of Duke Ning is very thoughtful. Make a note of it, and when the twins turn a hundred days old, prepare a suitable gift for me to send."

In Eastlyn, children’s three-day, full-month, and hundred-day celebrations were grand affairs. Serena Feng looked forward to attending the twins’ hundred-day party—she’d missed the earlier milestones, but this one, she would definitely join. Lady Ning and her daughter-in-law had sent invitations three times already.

"Understood."

Jada Tang and Mira Tang continued reporting, but from here on, it was just a string of gift deliveries. Unsurprisingly, every single present was tied to Serena’s upcoming challenge with Su Wan.

"The Crown Prince’s Palace sent over a rare calligraphy scroll for you to admire." There were only three such scrolls in all of Eastlyn—two in the imperial palace, one in the prince’s own hands.

"Reject—no, just accept it." Serena Feng knew she couldn’t turn down the prince’s present.

Jada Tang kept her face blank as she jotted it all down. In her eyes, Serena Feng could handle any gift that came her way.

...

For the rest of the trivial matters, Serena Feng listened for a moment, then impatiently cut them off and let Jada Tang and Mira Tang handle things themselves.

The two maids silently shut their mouths. Clearly, they’d overestimated their young mistress—Serena Feng still couldn’t stand these petty affairs. The two loyal maids quietly withdrew.

That morning, Serena Feng was in her study, flipping through her Smart Med-Pack and preparing for surgery two days later. As for the duel with Su Wan? She’d stopped caring—holding onto it did her no good.

That afternoon, as scheduled, Serena Feng went to the House of Earl Everley. Maybe because they’d interacted before, the Wen clan’s young madam didn’t put on airs—she poured Serena a cup of tea, exchanged a few polite words, then called her husband in.

The Wen clan young madam’s husband was the second son of the Everley house—a legitimate child, but with no rights to inherit the title. Still, being born of the main wife meant he’d get a larger share of the family fortune later.

The second son looked the part of a gentleman, fanning himself like a scholar, but his eyes were shifty and his gaze floated restlessly. Dark circles under his eyes betrayed his excesses. Serena Feng disliked him immediately—but as a doctor, she couldn’t pick her patients.

Besides, most noble sons in the Capital were just like this—born with titles and wealth, they grew up pampered. When they came of age, they inherited high office without ever working for it.

These noble houses tried to educate their sons well, but most of them ended up spoiled rotten—good at nothing but eating, drinking, gambling, and bullying anyone weaker. Compared to true clan heirs, they were useless. Even William Wang Jinling or Nolan’s mere pinky could outclass them.

When the second son first walked in, he pretended to be proper. But as soon as Serena took his pulse, his eyes turned predatory.

His lustful gaze stuck to Serena Feng, refusing to leave. He blatantly ogled her from head to toe, finally lingering on her chest, blinking at her suggestively every so often.

Seriously... What a creep!

A female doctor getting harassed by male patients wasn’t unheard of—Serena had dealt with it before. Most of the time, you had to tolerate it, but sometimes, like now, it was just too much.

Never mind that she was already in a bad mood—even if she’d been feeling great, facing a sleazy noble son who stared at her so brazenly would have ruined it.

He actually dared to harass her to her face—did he think she was some pushover, just there for anyone to grope?

Everley’s second son was such a fool—Serena saw no need to be polite. She withdrew her hand, her entire demeanor turning icy. Rising, she addressed the Wen clan young madam coldly: "Madam, your body is perfectly healthy. You can conceive at any time. The real problem is your husband—he has a hidden condition and is unable to get a woman pregnant."

Saying a man has a hidden condition is basically calling him impotent. Serena Feng’s words were brutally direct. The Wen clan young madam’s face fell, but knowing her husband was at fault, she forced a smile, just about to speak—when her husband cut in first:

"Miss Feng, are you sure you’re not making a mistake? How could I possibly have a problem? When it comes to bedroom matters, I’m an expert. My equipment is big and thick—every woman I touch ends up soaked, begging for more. I can handle several women in a single night, no problem. If you don’t believe me, just ask my wife—she’ll tell you how impressive I am."

His tone was sleazy, his words disgusting. Even the Wen young madam’s face changed. This kind of talk would be considered filthy even in a brothel—saying it to Serena Feng was a deliberate humiliation.

"Is that so?" Serena Feng replied coldly, her eyes flashing with danger. "Several women in a night? That’ll be history soon enough. I’ll make sure your precious equipment rots away bit by bit."

It wasn’t that Serena Feng was cruel. In modern times, saying something like that to a woman would be grounds for a sexual harassment lawsuit. In ancient times, it was even worse—women who heard such words would want to smash their heads against a wall.

In ancient times, it was even more unforgivable—women who heard such insults were utterly disgraced.

"If Miss Feng doesn’t believe me, you can—" The second son hadn’t finished his sentence before his wife cut him off.

"Miss Feng, I apologize. My husband’s words are out of line. I’ll come to your estate personally to apologize another day." The Wen clan young madam’s face went pale, but she kept her composure. Serena Feng could see the pain and humiliation in her eyes.

It made sense—a noblewoman marrying such a shameless man was a tragedy for any woman.

Women suffer most at the hands of other women. Serena Feng felt no sympathy for the Wen young madam: "Madam Wen, you’re too kind. If there’s nothing else, I’ll take my leave."

She didn’t even call her ‘madam’ anymore—a clear sign she was angry. She also made it obvious that the person who’d offended her was the Everley house, not Wen clan.

"Feng—" The Everley second son, realizing he’d been ignored, flared up. Just as he opened his mouth, his wife blocked him: "Miss Feng, please, after you."

Serena Feng didn’t bother with pleasantries—she turned and left. As she stepped out, she heard a crisp slap behind her, followed by the crash of a chair overturning.

"You bitch! How dare you block me? You’re such a pain—can’t even have a child, and now you embarrass me in front of everyone! Wen clan, Wen clan—what a joke, even the great Wen clan has to sell off their daughters!"

When Serena Feng glanced back, she saw the Wen young madam knocked to the ground. The second son wasn’t done—he kicked her again.

Domestic violence! Serena Feng had no intention of intervening and kept walking.

In this world, there were powerful families like the Wang and Xie clans, shining in the sun—and there were houses like the Everleys, bright on the surface but rotten underneath. None of it mattered to her.

"Serena Feng, that little tramp already touched me, and she still pretends to be some chaste lady. She’s just a toy—what’s so special about her? She’s already been played with by Ninth Royal Uncle and the Wang heir, and she still acts pure in front of me. Who knows how debauched she is under them? Damn it, I thought I’d get to share her with them, but all I got was a taste. What a ripoff!"

Serena Feng’s steps halted at the threshold. She turned, her gaze icy, and looked back at the second son storming away.

A son uneducated is his father’s fault. The Everley house is finished—and as for this second son?

Serena Feng turned away, her eyes flashing with ruthless resolve.

There’s a type of man called a ‘prison bully’—locked up for decades, vicious and cruel, their favorite pastime is tormenting the weak.

They prefer women, but after years in prison, with no women in sight, they have to settle for men to satisfy their urges.

Serena Feng thought, this Everley second son would probably fit right in there...

As for how to make it happen, Serena Feng wasn’t worried. All she had to do was drop a hint about today’s events—whether to Nolan or the Wang clan, the Everley house would be finished.

Plenty of families had gone to prison for offending a physician. The Everleys wouldn’t be the first, nor the last—but Serena Feng was sure their fate would be the worst of all.
