Little Temptress Picked the Wrong Book
The book lay open, its scandalous illustrations right there for the two of them to see.
Lucky's mouth twitched. "Wife, after all that fuss, is this what you wanted to show me?"
"No, that's not it!" Lily Evans fumbled to toss the book aside, grabbed another, and flipped it open. "I picked up the wrong one—I meant to show you this one."
Lily looked down at the new book, only to be met with an impossible pose of Diao Chan worshipping the moon.
Oh no, she picked the wrong one again!?
Lucky took a deep breath. What are you up to tonight, you little minx!?
Lily's face flushed bright red. She stammered, tossed the book aside again, crawled out of Lucky's arms, and rummaged through the pile of books, muttering, "Where's my fairy tale book? I swear I left it right here!"
But in that pile, aside from the property deeds given by the villagers, all the books were those risqué picture books gifted by Cynthia Wu and Mark Hunter!
Thanks to Lily's frantic flipping, countless provocative poses were now spread out on the bedside, bombarding Lucky's already overstimulated nerves.
At this point, Lily was completely flustered, still leaning over the bed searching for her book, totally oblivious to the fact that she was only half-dressed, her upper body draped in a thin robe, half out of the covers, her silhouette flickering in the lamplight...
