Treasure, Take Your Position

Before the man with the strange, enchanting eyes could finish asking who it was, a young man dressed in simple clothes suddenly appeared before him.

The entire outer hall was surrounded by restrictions, and not just here—the Starblade Sect was filled with barriers everywhere. How did this person get in?

While the man with the strange eyes was still in shock, Jason Ren burst out in wild joy, shouting, "Sect Master..."

"Are you Joe Di?" Hearing Jason Ren's words, the man with the strange eyes finally realized who the young man before him was. The founder of the Starblade Sect, Joe Di—the very one who destroyed the Bay of Legends—was the person they'd been waiting for.

Joe Di ignored the man's words, instead turning to Jason Ren and asking, "Sect Master Ren, what's going on?"

Until he fully understood the situation, Joe Di wouldn't make a move. Even though Jason Ren had been sealed by a restriction, Joe Di couldn't be sure if it was the work of the man with the strange eyes.

Jason Ren finally caught his breath, his eyes brightening. "Sect Master, this man is Bryan Bay..."

Before Jason Ren could finish, Joe Di blurted out, "From the Bay Family of the Bay of Legends?"

"Hahahaha..." Bryan Bay burst into wild laughter, his aura suddenly surging. In a matter of moments, he transformed from the Realm Genesis Stage to a true Creation Realm powerhouse, his cultivation now completely stabilized at the Creation Realm.

Joe Di paid no attention, not even a flicker of emotion in his eyes. This man had hidden his cultivation at the Realm Genesis Stage, but Joe Di hadn't noticed simply because he hadn't used his divine sense to probe him. If he had, no matter how strong the concealment, he would have seen through it. To Joe Di, whether the opponent was Realm Genesis Stage or Creation Realm, it made no difference at all.

Knowing the man was a remnant of the Bay Family, Joe Di immediately understood—he was here for revenge.

"I heard that while I was away, the Poison Sovereign went and destroyed the Bay of Legends, and you were his companion. I haven't wronged you, have I?" As Bryan Bay spoke, his aura fully formed a new domain around him.

Jason Ren's mouth hung open, and he instinctively swallowed the rest of his words. Bryan Bay was already strong, but he never imagined someone so powerful would go to the trouble of hiding his true strength—this was simply...

"Were you afraid I wouldn't dare return, so you concealed your cultivation and waited here just for me?" Joe Di asked calmly, unfazed by Bryan Bay's overwhelming pressure.

Jason Ren understood now—it was clear Bryan Bay had come for revenge.

Although Joe Di wasn't the one who destroyed the Bay of Legends, Bryan Bay clearly blamed him for part of it. Worried Joe Di wouldn't return, Bryan Bay not only hid his strength but also slowly weakened the Starblade Sect, allowing them to send word to their sect master at any time.

Bryan Bay chuckled, "You're partly right, but don't worry. As long as you take me to find the Poison Sovereign, I'll allow you to reincarnate."

As he spoke, his gaze fell on Jason Ren. "You've lost your value. You can die now."

With that, he flicked his hand, sending out several waves of Way Resonance.

Crack, crack! Jason Ren felt a series of faint pops in his meridians and spiritual sea. His face turned deathly pale—he knew he was finished.

Jason Ren was still overwhelmed with excitement. For a powerhouse like Bryan Bay to be reduced to an ant in Joe Di's hands showed just how strong Joe Di was.

Five of our Starblade Sect's Dao Integration Elders and three late-stage Primordial Deacons disappeared without reason—they must have all fallen to this man. He stayed in our sect not just to wait for your return, but likely for another purpose as well... Jason Ren replied, still unable to calm his excitement.

He knew Joe Di was powerful—otherwise, he couldn't have stopped the Bay Family's invasion. But he had never imagined, or even dared to imagine, Joe Di was this strong.

Bryan Bay immediately realized something was wrong. Without outside help, Jason Ren absolutely couldn't have recovered, and Bryan Bay's final Way Resonance shouldn't have simply disappeared.

"Why are you still here?" Joe Di tightened his grip, and Bryan Bay felt his spiritual sea and soul begin to burn, his whole body trembling.

Moments later, Joe Di's expression changed, and with a flick of his hand, Bryan Bay was reduced to nothingness. He urgently told Jason Ren, "Immediately reorganize the Starblade Sect, hand over the sect, and then enter the Gate of Creation to the Saint Seat Plaza for realm creation. I have urgent business and must leave right away."

Joe Di didn't move at all—he simply extended two fingers. The moment his fingers appeared, time seemed to freeze. In this domain, everything stopped except for Joe Di's hand. Even though the white light had crossed space, in this frozen moment, it couldn't advance another inch. In the next instant, Joe Di's fingers had already caught the white light between them.

Bryan Bay's face changed drastically. He never imagined that anyone other than his master could catch the killing force of his Dao Severing Gourd with their fingers.

Although his gourd was modeled after his master's, the materials were absolutely top-tier, and his master had personally crafted it. How could there be such a powerful figure who could catch his Dao Severing Gourd?

If Joe Di was this powerful, why would he have needed the Poison Sovereign to destroy the Bay of Legends with toxins in the past?

"This thing looks familiar..." Joe Di said, reaching out to grab Bryan Bay's neck.

Bryan Bay's face instantly turned pale, cold sweat beading on his forehead. The Joe Di before him was no weaker than his master—Bryan Bay even suspected Joe Di might be slightly stronger. After all, everything Bryan Bay had learned was known to his master, yet this was his first time meeting Joe Di.

Crack! Bryan Bay heard the sound of bones breaking in his neck, and his heart sank into despair. Too strong—why, after cultivating to the peak of the Creation Realm, was the very first person he encountered such a monster? Could the opponent have already stepped into the Fourth Step? Impossible. His master had said that in this vast universe, no one could surpass that limit—no one could cross into the Fourth Step here.

"I've heard of a man named Lucas Tyrant who owned an artifact called the Immortal Severing Gourd. What is your connection to him?" With Bryan Bay's neck in his grip, Joe Di easily lifted him up and asked calmly.

"You know my master?" Bryan Bay's tone grew fearful. Only now did he realize how hopeless it was to have his life in someone else's hands.

"Heh, your master doesn't have much taste. Last time he took in someone named Lucas—I killed him. Today it's someone named Bay, and I'll have to kill you too..." Joe Di sneered.

"Joe Di, you can't kill me..." Bryan Bay started to protest, but couldn't finish the sentence. Threaten Joe Di with his master? Joe Di had just made it clear he'd killed Lucas, so what threat could he pose?

"Sect Master Ren, how many of our Starblade Sect members has this man killed?" Joe Di ignored Bryan Bay and directly questioned Jason Ren.

"Why are you still here?" Joe Di tightened his grip, and Bryan Bay felt his spiritual sea and soul begin to burn, his whole body trembling.

Joe Di didn't hesitate—he pressed his palm to Bryan Bay's brow. Even though Bryan Bay was at the Creation Realm, Joe Di still searched his soul.
