Neil Challenges

2/14/2026

Everyone watched as the two men exchanged words, while the fighters in the arena battled desperately. Suddenly, a mound of earth covered the water, shocking the yin-yang-voiced man. He hadn't expected his opponent to counter him with earth attribute, instantly burying him. As he struggled to get up, the other man stepped forward and struck him hard.

The outcome was clear—Victor's side had won. Victor grinned and said, "Neil, looks like we still can't settle things today."

"Don't get too happy. I'll come for you again next time." Neil snorted coldly, then walked over to the yin-yang-voiced man and stomped him down into the packed earth. "Trash."

The crowd watched Neil leave in anger, and Victor also departed. Their simple rivalry left four people terrified and two crippled.

Everyone could only disperse helplessly. They were already used to this—like they'd seen it happen countless times before.

The two men lay there, unmoving, until they could get up again.

The Bald Boss was both shocked and relieved to see the yin-yang-voiced man in such a state—thankful he hadn't lost, because the consequences would have been obvious.

The Bald Boss thought his task was done and that he wouldn't be bothered again, but Neil came looking for him once more.

When the Bald Boss saw Neil, he pleaded, "Neil, please let me go. I've already won a fight today."

"I'm not here to punish you. Why are you so nervous?" Neil said, his face completely expressionless.

“Yeah, that’s right. Not just that, he also—” The Bald Boss sounded a bit unconvinced himself.

“What else?” Neil asked, suspicious.

“He’s crippled in all four limbs.” The Bald Boss remembered Evan Yang’s limp, immobile state and still couldn’t believe he’d subdued both him and the yin-yang voiced guy.

“What? Crippled in all four limbs? Bald Boss, you better not be joking with me. If I lose again, I’ll cripple you!” Neil, thinking the Bald Boss was messing with him, snapped angrily.

“Neil, I wouldn’t dare. Please spare me,” the Bald Boss said, frightened.

“You sure?” Neil asked, seeing that the Bald Boss didn’t look like he was joking.

“Yeah, absolutely,” the Bald Boss replied.

“All right, take me to see him,” Neil said.

The Bald Boss nodded, then checked Evan Yang’s file to find his room. When he found it, he borrowed Neil’s courage and pushed the door open. Evan Yang had just returned and was about to plan his cultivation when the Bald Boss and Neil appeared at the door.

Evan Yang stood there quickly, looking like his arms and legs were broken.

Seeing Evan Yang really had broken limbs, Neil looked him up and down and asked, “Are you the one who injured them with hidden weapons?”

“What, you brought backup?” Evan Yang had no goodwill toward either of them, so he spoke bluntly.

Neil was annoyed by Evan Yang’s attitude. “Kid, you’re a newcomer, but your tone’s pretty big. Don’t you know it’s easy to offend people this way?”

“Do you know how my limbs got broken?” Evan Yang smiled.

“How’d they break?” Neil asked curiously.

“Immortal Lord Lin’s subordinate broke them. But I still talked back to him. What do you think?” Evan Yang answered.

Neil and the Bald Boss were shocked—Evan Yang had actually offended that guy. But Neil quickly calmed down and said, “You do have backbone, but you’ll have to submit to me.”

“Submit to you? Why?” Evan Yang said.

“Why? Because of strength!” Neil hadn’t expected Evan Yang wouldn’t know his reputation, and seeing Evan Yang wasn’t afraid like others, he got stubborn instead.

“You want to fight here?” Evan Yang asked.
