The Might of a Human Immortal, Unstoppable

1/5/2026

"Who the hell is that?" As Ryan Ling burst out of hiding, the surrounding third-rate family goons all froze for a second—then immediately started looking down on him.

"It's that bastard! So he really was hiding here. Now that we've bombarded this place with dozens of people, he can't hold out anymore and had to show himself!"

"That's right, this guy's finished. If he's come out, that means it's his death day. Brothers, surround him—let's finish this punk off for good!"

"Heh, this kid's not even that strong. I've fought him before—if Celia Xiao hadn't been there, he would've died ages ago. Today I'm gonna make him wish he was dead!"

...

Right now, seeing Ryan Ling suddenly charge out, all the surrounding goons started shouting with contempt—their words made it clear they didn't take him seriously at all!

"Brother Feng!" Deep inside the bunker, the four loli maids were already exhausted—they'd poured almost all their Void Immortal power into Ryan, and now could barely protect themselves. Not that they cared; right now, all that mattered was worrying about Ryan. He was facing a siege from seven or eight third-rate families, with four or five late-stage Void Immortals, even a peak Void Immortal, plus hundreds of lesser experts. Even though Ryan had just broken into the Human Immortal Realm, this situation was still insanely dangerous!

"Relax, I'm fine!" Ryan wasn't scared at all. He didn't have absolute confidence, but breaking straight from ninth-layer Heaven-Tribulation to Human Immortal—his power had skyrocketed beyond belief.

This was way beyond the little boost you get from a tribulation breakthrough. Ryan felt like he'd gotten billions of times stronger, with Human Immortal power surging inside him, almost ready to explode.

Back when he was only ninth-layer Heaven-Tribulation, he could already hold off three Void Immortals. Sure, those Void Immortals weren't nearly as strong as these guys, but now—as long as no True Immortal shows up, Ryan isn't scared at all. He doesn't even need to use Primeval Heavenwood's power!

Even though all the immortal qi stored in Primeval Heavenwood got used up during this breakthrough, the moment Ryan advanced, Heavenwood's absorption rate shot up by several orders of magnitude!

In just a flash, he'd already absorbed over a thousand strands of immortal qi—and the craziest part was, the intake was so intense that the qi was actually starting to turn into liquid!

It used to be just gas, but now it was slowly condensing into liquid form. Just thinking about how strong that liquid immortal power would be made Ryan's heart race!

Clearly, becoming a Human Immortal comes with way too many perks!

So even with all these Void Immortals attacking, Ryan wasn't panicking at all!

But the real kicker was, at the exact instant Ryan broke into the Human Immortal Realm, Primeval Heavenwood's massive root system managed to connect directly to Celia Xiao!

Celia Xiao's situation was definitely critical right now!

But for the moment, her life wasn't in danger—plus, Ryan was already channeling a steady stream of spiritual energy to her through those roots!

This was pure Immortal Domain spiritual energy, and at the very least it was enough to keep her alive for now. Of course, breaking through all the seals trapping her would be a whole different story—even if Ryan suddenly jumped to Void Immortal, he wouldn't have the muscle for that yet.

But Celia Xiao had already sent Ryan a message—right now, if he wanted to flip this whole situation, he had to go ask for help from the Long Family!

The Long Family and Xiao Family are allies—and that alliance is all thanks to Celia Xiao.

Celia and Joanna Long—the Long Family's young miss—are basically sisters, best friends since childhood. Now that Celia's in trouble, there's no way Joanna would just stand by. So Ryan has to get in touch with Joanna ASAP. If the Long Family steps in, maybe this whole mess can be flipped!

But for now, Ryan's top priority is to wipe out every single enemy here!

...

"Brothers, kill him!" One of the Void Immortal experts shouted, absolutely furious.

In an instant, all the surrounding Void Immortal experts attacked at once. The first to move was the same clan head who'd gone after Ryan at the border!

"You bastard, this time Celia Xiao isn't here to save you. Let's see you try to turn things around—go die!" That clan head was a mid-stage Void Immortal, not the strongest among the group, but he'd fought Ryan before (and always had the upper hand), so now he went straight for the kill, hoping to grab all the glory!

But Ryan couldn't care less. He moved in a flash, Human Immortal power soaring!

"Well, well, you've got some potential—actually managed to break through to Human Immortal so fast. But around here, Human Immortal means nothing. You're dead either way!" The clan head sneered, not taking Ryan seriously at all. But before he could finish, Ryan smashed him aside with a single slap.

Bang—a deafening explosion!

That clan head was sent flying, half his face ripped clean off by Ryan.

"You? Die!" Ryan didn't hold back for a second. As soon as he spoke, that clan head's Void Immortal flesh and qi were instantly sucked into Ryan's body. Not that Ryan even needed it right now—but for Primeval Heavenwood, that blood and meat was perfect fertilizer!

Seeing Ryan take down a mid-stage Void Immortal so easily, the other Void Immortals around him couldn't help but gulp—they honestly couldn't believe it!

"Ryan, you're seriously amazing! If I hadn't seen it myself, I'd never believe it—you actually took down someone way above your level, and you made it look easy!"

"Yeah, no wonder Sister Celia likes him—he really is a dragon among men!"

"If a woman ever gets married, she should marry a guy like this!"

...

That last comment came from Holly, and the other three girls all blushed bright red!

Meanwhile, the remaining Void Immortals all gritted their teeth. After all, the one who died was just a mid-stage Void Immortal—there were still several late-stage Void Immortals here, and now they all rushed in together.

"Nobody panic! This kid is tough, sure, but look—he's just barely broken through to Void Immortal. If we keep our cool and attack together, I don't believe we can't take him down!"

"That's right! All of us late-stage Void Immortals go in together—he's finished!"

"Stay sharp, everyone—let's take him out together!"

...

In a flash, five or six late-stage Void Immortal powerhouses attacked at once. This time, they weren't fighting solo—almost everyone struck together for maximum safety.

Six waves of Void Immortal power exploded toward Ryan!

Several nearby mountain peaks were instantly blasted flat, and the area all around Ryan was swept clean!

"Holly!" The girls hiding deep in the bunker were terrified, clutching Holly tight. Holly's face went white too—she'd never seen an attack this fierce. Even a peak Void Immortal probably couldn't survive a blast like that.

"Ryan!" Holly was a bundle of nerves.

And it wasn't just her—even the only peak Void Immortal present was turning red and pale, honestly embarrassed. Using this much force against a Human Immortal was overkill—and Ryan was from Earth, a world way behind the Immortal Domain!

Still, in everyone's eyes, Ryan was a real threat—they had to go all out to kill him!

Just as that thought crossed his mind, another round of explosions rocked the area around Ryan—this one felt like a last-ditch, kill-or-be-killed strike.

"That bastard's gotta be dead now, right?" The peak Void Immortal finally let out a breath. With a blast like that, no Human Immortal could possibly survive!

The Void Immortals who attacked all grinned—Ryan had to be dead now. They even started whistling with excitement!

But right as they finished speaking, a jarringly discordant voice rang out: "You really think just a few of you can kill me?"

"Impossible!" The peak Void Immortal's face went green. Right in the blast's center, a figure slowly rose—it was Ryan...
