Red Light 6

Lisa may be a robot, but her reasoning and associative skills are just as sharp as any human.

She instantly understood what Lily meant and said, "Colin Gu is connected to the Prophet. Back during the fire rescue, he already figured out I’m a robot. So if I go alone, odds are they won’t confront me directly. I’d just make a trip for nothing—with zero payoff."

Lily nodded, "But if he discovers my mere mortal body went along too, maybe... we’ll get a surprise!"

So, just like that, Sandy took Lily’s projection along to the museum.

On the big screen, the elevator reached the bottom.

But the doors didn’t open.

Inside the elevator, the attack on Sandy changed—from lasers to invisible pulse waves.

But she was still completely fine.

Not only was she fine—she started pushing open the elevator doors.

Only now did Lily realize that Sandy’s strength was way beyond the ‘little pup’ she used to be.

With just a push of her hand, the heavy elevator doors began to deform, bend, and even melt.

Once the gap was big enough, she stepped right out.

Inside, it was pitch black at first.

Probably because Sandy took control of the circuits—she’d barely entered when the lights snapped on.

The space wasn’t all that big.

Sandy scanned everything quickly, then strode ahead.

On the big screen appeared a very strange, massive stone—about the size of a Jeep.

This stone was unlike anything they’d ever seen before—dark gray, with a truly uncanny vibe.

It looked as if it was made of unimaginably fine particles—neither exactly stone nor not.

There was a hollowed-out depression inside it.

It was as if something had originally been inside, but was taken out.

As Sandy walked further, another display counter came into view nearby.

Inside the counter, locked away... were some kind of fragments.

"It looks like a fossil, kind of like amber. They took whatever was inside and left those metal shards in the cabinet," Max Mo commented from the side.

Lily nodded and asked into her phone, "Sandy, what are those metal shards?"

"They’re not from Earth—they’re from an outer-realm civilization," Sandy replied. "The energy blocking my scans is connected to them."

"So, you mean that energy is coming from those fragments?" Lily asked.

Sandy answered, "No. The thing those fragments made up... should be an ancient Dimensional Shuttle. The energy that blocks me comes from its core power unit. The fragments are just the shell—the core isn’t here."

"Dimensional Shuttle... what’s that?" Lily asked.

Sandy said, "It’s a machine that can open up passages between different realms. In the Interstellar Alliance, these things were phased out millions of years ago."

Lily said, "...Your Interstellar Alliance’s civilization really is way ahead of Earth’s."

"It’s not about being ahead or behind," Sandy said coldly. "You’re a low-grade realm—you’ll never break your own limits and reach the level of a high-grade realm."

So basically, even if the solar system is destroyed, they’ll never reach the technological level of the Interstellar Alliance?

Lily was a little frustrated and didn’t say anything else.

"There’s a door over there," Sandy said, heading to the very back. "There’s intense blocking energy behind it. I can’t see through it, but I can open the door."

Lily instructed solemnly, "Be careful."

Sandy nodded.

Just then, a net dropped from the ceiling, aiming for Lily.

Of course, the net missed.

Sandy smiled faintly and reached out to push the door open.

At that moment, a sudden red beam shot through the door, striking at Sandy.
