The Million Dollar Briefs

"Ah! Th-this is... a pair of underwear!" Shawn Young's eyes widened in shock.

"Yes, to be precise, this is a pair of anti-espionage underwear!" Colonel Hank Han said with a dead-serious face.

"Uh—anti-espionage underwear? But it looks just like regular underwear!" Shawn Young looked at the wrinkled black pair, puzzled.

Sherry Shawn giggled, "Hehe—these anti-espionage undies look ordinary, but they're made of astronaut-grade nylon and special composite metals, just like what astronauts wear! Waterproof, fireproof, radiation-proof, and they even have a secret compartment. Black Eye used it to smuggle intel. We don't even have these in our country yet!"

Shawn Young exclaimed in awe, "Whoa! With underwear this awesome, you mean it can get past even the tightest security?"

Sherry Shawn nodded, "Yup! I hacked into the Pentagon this morning and found out these undies are the latest invention from Northrop Grumman's Secret Frontline Lab. Super high-tech! Costs at least a million bucks. The best part? It blocks all scans and alarms. Black Eye used it to sneak past all the advanced scanners at Eastern Star Aerospace Institute! Now we've finally got our hands on one so our scientists can study it. Maybe we'll make our own anti-espionage undies soon!"

"A million bucks?! And Black Eye just ditched it?" Shawn Young blurted out, amazed.

Colonel Hank Han groaned, "Well, last night I was with General Ethan Tang at Eastern Star, checking out the new chopper for our special forces. I noticed something off—surveillance was down, and Black Eye, disguised as a researcher, tried to escape through the bathroom vent. I grabbed his undies during the scuffle! That guy's slippery as an eel, used his anti-tracking powers, and still got away with the intel! Damn it—"

"So what kind of top-secret info did Black Eye steal?!" Shawn Young pressed urgently.

General Ethan Tang said gravely, "It's the blueprints for our fifth-generation stealth fighter, the Feilong-2, and the latest turbine engine—decades of our scientists' hard work! This isn't something money can buy. Now it's been stolen by the Americans! We must recover it at all costs. Shawn, we really need your help this time."

"Of course! If it's a matter of national security, I won't refuse. I'll use the Clairvoyant Light Technique to find Black Eye right now! Colonel Han, hand me the underwear!" Shawn Young said quickly.

Colonel Hank Han handed over the underwear, asking curiously, "So, Shawn, do you need to sniff it like a bloodhound to track that guy's scent?"

"No need to sniff! Just watch." Shawn Young placed the underwear on the floor, closed his eyes, and began chanting. His hands moved rapidly, channeling his Qi, and a white light enveloped the underwear as he recited the incantation.

As Shawn finished, a white light flashed over the underwear, revealing a clear image—a short, ordinary-looking Asian man in a yellow jacket, riding a shaky bus surrounded by Chinese and foreigners. The bus read 'New International Passenger' in Chinese and English.

Colonel Hank Han squinted, "Wait—that's Black Eye? He didn't look like this when I saw him. Are you sure?"

Sherry Shawn didn't reply at first, her fingers flying over the keyboard. "No mistake—that's JS's ace agent, Black Eye. He's Asian. I just checked Pentagon files via satellite. He's now on an international bus from Xinjiang to Pakistan, and soon he'll be in Afghanistan!"

Shawn Young finished his spell and asked, "Wait, how did you hack the Pentagon? Isn't that supposed to be the most secure place on Earth?"

"Oh, I'm the leader of the Red Cyber Consortium. Now I work for National Security, and hacking satellites is my specialty!" Sherry Shawn said proudly.

"Wow—the Red Cyber Consortium! I heard those guys are legendary, able to go toe-to-toe with America's cyber forces!" Shawn Young said, impressed.

"Well, that's old news. Now our Red Cyber Consortium has members from all over—Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America, even Russia. Some are like mercenaries, working for whoever pays. They'll hack any country's network for the right price." Sherry Shawn explained.

General Ethan Tang asked curiously, "I've heard the US military keeps tight control over their satellites. How did you get in?"

"We set up a super network using mini-supercomputers and Iridium phones, connecting to 66 US low-orbit satellites. That's how we tracked Black Eye—until he realized and shut off his signal, sneaking across the border the old-fashioned way. Now we need Shawn's Clairvoyant Light Technique to keep tracking him!" Sherry Shawn said quickly.

General Ethan Tang asked, "Sherry, what's the best plan for this operation?"

Sherry Shawn thought for a moment, "Black Eye's heading into Pakistan, then Afghanistan. He's highly trained and knows how to avoid tracking. Our team needs weapons and gear, ready to intercept him before he reaches the US military base in Afghanistan. The Americans will send their best, maybe even superpowered agents."

"Alright, let's move! Shawn, your Clairvoyant Light Technique is crucial. We need you for this mission—it's a matter of national security!" General Ethan Tang said earnestly.
