First Awakening of the Cloud Parasite

“Not an ordinary person? Dad, what do you mean by that? Does he have some special identity?” Tina Cloud asked, puzzled.

“I’ll tell you if we make it out alive. There’s no point in telling you now.” Lynton Cloud sighed.

Tina Cloud understood what Lynton Cloud meant. Her own actions had made things bleak for him, but she had no choice. Most importantly, she had learned her true identity—not a member of the Cloud Family. Still, she didn’t blame Lynton Cloud; instead, she was grateful for all his years raising her, even though he’d raised someone who could one day become a madwoman.

Both knew their predicament, so they slowly relaxed until Patriarch Song arrived with several others, smiling. “Finished reminiscing? And your little brat—is he hiding somewhere, planning something? If so, he’d better come out now, or the consequences will be severe.”

“What, even Patriarch Song gets scared?” Lynton Cloud laughed.

“Afraid? You think I’d be afraid of someone not even an Earth-Immortal? I just don’t want to see such an annoying fly. But I’m done caring—everyone, take Miss Cloud away.” Patriarch Song smiled.

Patriarch Song’s men took the paralyzed Tina Cloud, while Lynton Cloud cursed, “Song, you villain! I’ll never forgive you.”

“Forgive me? Look at your situation now.” Patriarch Song smiled, then took Tina Cloud away. Lynton Cloud’s cries were useless. Tina Cloud held back tears, looking at Patriarch Song. “Are you planning to turn me into a killing tool?”

“What, your father really told you?” Patriarch Song smiled at Tina Cloud.

“Yes, my father told me. I didn’t expect my own body to be like this. But you’d better be careful—if you fail to control me, your Song Family could be drenched in blood.” Tina Cloud threatened.

“You dare threaten me? You’re overthinking it. I’ve hired plenty of people—they’ll help me, and that’s enough to make you my killing tool.” Patriarch Song smiled, ignoring Tina Cloud’s struggles.

Tina Cloud was brought to a secret chamber, where dim light and darkness mingled, making the room appear shadowy.

Several masked men stood around, their eyes shining as Tina Cloud entered, clearly interested in her.

“She’s here. Please, do your part,” Patriarch Song said to the masked men.

“Don’t worry, we’ll handle it. Just stay aside,” one of them replied.

Tina Cloud was placed in the center as the masked men formed a circle around her. Patriarch Song sat nearby, watching the proceedings.

The masked men raised their hands, each releasing a force that instantly entered Tina Cloud’s body, filling her with overwhelming power and causing her great discomfort.

“Ah!” Tina Cloud cried out. It felt just like her usual headaches, only much worse—she was on the verge of qi deviation. Unwilling to submit, she shouted at them, “You’re despicable! I won’t let you get away with this!”

The masked men ignored her, intensifying their efforts. Tina Cloud grew increasingly faint, her voice weakening, while her aura changed—an immense power seemed to awaken within her.

Patriarch Song’s eyes reddened—this was a sign of successful activation. When the time was right, one masked man said, “Patriarch Song, use your blood now.”

Patriarch Song knew he needed Tina Cloud to ingest his blood to make her obey—the blood command. He created some blood, which floated above Tina Cloud’s head and then sank into her.

Tina Cloud sat unmoving, eyes closed, until she opened them—her eyes were blood-red, and the blood had vanished. Just as everyone thought it had worked, Tina Cloud said, “I want to kill you all.”

Everyone was shocked. One person said, “Her will is too strong—keep going, we haven’t succeeded yet.”

Seeing they still hadn’t succeeded, Patriarch Song panicked and quickly tried again, but it was useless. After five attempts, Tina Cloud still repeated, “I want to kill you all.” The men grew terrified, their legs weak, fearing they wouldn’t escape if they kept going. At last, one said, “Try one more time—if it doesn’t work, kill her!”

Patriarch Song hated the idea, but if they didn’t kill her, it would mean their own deaths.

They tried one more time, but the result was the same. Just as they were about to give up, Tina Cloud howled in anger, grabbed several men, and crushed them to death with one hand. Patriarch Song was stunned, frozen in place.

Tina Cloud was about to kill Patriarch Song, but after hesitating in front of him, she said, “Can’t kill,” and then vanished.

Patriarch Song was shocked to see that everyone he’d hired was either dead or unconscious. He walked over to a barely breathing man and helped him up, saying, “Brother Li, how are you?”

“Patriarch Song, it looks like you’re half-successful.” he replied.

“Half-successful? What does that mean?” Patriarch Song exclaimed. “It means she won’t kill you, but she’s not under your control. She’ll kill whoever she wants.” Brother Li sighed, feeling things were worse than expected.

Patriarch Song hadn’t expected this. He was shocked—he’d created a killing tool, but it wouldn’t obey him. What was the point? He quickly set Brother Li down and left the chamber. Outside, he was horrified: everyone he could see was lying on the ground, blood everywhere, and Tina Cloud was gone.

“How could this happen? My son—where is he?” Patriarch Song hurried to the underground chamber, finding some people hiding there. Seeing him, their anxiety eased.

“Dad, what happened?” Young Master Song asked, terrified.

“Nothing. Where is she?” Patriarch Song now wanted to know where Tina Cloud had gone.

“No idea. After she killed our clansmen, she left. We were afraid she’d kill us too, so we came out.” Young Master Song recalled Tina Cloud’s rampage, tense.

“Good thing you’re all safe. Stay here for now,” Patriarch Song said.

At that moment, Lynton Cloud shouted from the cell, “Patriarch Song, get in here!”

Patriarch Song walked over and, seeing Lynton Cloud in the cell, asked, “What is it?”

“What happened to my daughter, you beast?” Lynton Cloud demanded, only wanting to know about Tina Cloud.

“She’s become a killing monster, but she won’t obey me,” Patriarch Song said, frustrated.

“Damn you, you freak! I won’t let you get away with this!” Lynton Cloud cursed, thinking of Tina Cloud’s ordeal.

“Cursing me won’t help. You’d better hope she doesn’t find this place, or she’ll kill you too—then the real show begins,” Patriarch Song snorted.

“You… you… I won’t let you get away with this!” Lynton Cloud raged.

“Say whatever you want, I don’t care,” Patriarch Song said, then turned and gave Young Master Song and the others instructions before leaving to search for Tina Cloud—his creation, and he couldn’t just let her go.

Following traces of blood, Patriarch Song found that many bandit dens in nearby mountains had been wiped out—dead bodies everywhere. Seeing the carnage, Patriarch Song frowned.

Meanwhile, in a grand hall inside Cloud’s End Palace, a group of people were arguing.

“What’s going on? Is it true?” someone asked.

“Looks like it’s true—over ten thousand killed, and the method matches the Cloud,” another replied.

“How could a Cloud appear? We should’ve noticed,” someone said.

“Judging by the method, she must’ve been furious—she killed without hesitation,” another said.

“No matter what, send people to find the Cloud immediately. We must kill her before she reaches peak Emperor Realm—if she does, she’ll be much harder to destroy,” the leader ordered.

“Yes.” The group nodded and left, heading for the area where Tina Cloud was active.

The man who’d just given orders sat in a daze. “It’s been years since a Cloud appeared—how is it happening again? Strange. I need to consult the elders.”

He left his seat and went to a building where each floor housed different people. He reached the eighteenth floor, finding an elder conducting research.

“Master,” the man greeted respectfully.

“You haven’t visited in ages. What brings you here today?” the elder asked, setting aside his work.

“Master, don’t say that. I’ve just been busy, so I haven’t come often,” the man replied awkwardly.

“Little Ping, you think I don’t know your personality? You’re just afraid I’ll drag you into experiments,” the elder laughed.

“Master, you’re being ridiculous,” Little Ping replied, embarrassed.

“Alright, enough joking. What’s the matter?” the elder smiled, seeing Little Ping’s expression.

“Recently, over ten thousand people died in one place. Judging by the method and clues, it was likely the Cloud,” Little Ping said.

The elder’s smile faded. “Impossible! The Cloud was wiped out. How can one appear again?”

“I don’t know. I’m puzzled too. We’re sending people to search, and if found, she’ll be executed,” Little Ping said.

“So strange… what’s going on? The last powerful Cloud was wiped out years ago, and now another appears. Is Cloud’s End facing a crisis again?” the elder wondered, knowing a Cloud’s appearance would bring trouble to Cloud’s End.
