Beauty Vanished

Actually, with Samuel Tian's authority, he could have arranged a large spaceship for Ian Song. However, that would have meant waiting another half hour.

Right now, Ian was desperate to get home—even waiting a single minute felt unbearable, let alone half an hour.

Amid the vastness of space, a medium-sized spaceship glided silently. Inside the cabin, Ian Song wore a gloomy expression, his eyes tinged red and filled with murderous intent.

The ship had already been flying through space for a full day and night. During that time, Ian kept trying to call Lynn Ning, but her phone never connected.

Meanwhile, Keiko Yamaguchi hadn’t let him down—her investigation found Lynn’s last appearance was at the starport terminal.

The Tian Clan’s forces and the Gui Brothers were also present at the same time.

But for deeper details, even Keiko’s abilities couldn’t reach that far—whatever happened at the starport that day, Ian would have to investigate in person.

Unfortunately, it would still take two more days to reach the Homeworld.

"Master, please don’t worry too much. Mistress Lynn is blessed by fortune—she’ll be fine," Joy came over to Ian’s side and comforted him softly.

"Leave me alone for now. I just want some quiet," Ian waved her away.

"Yes." Joy cast a worried glance at Ian before quietly leaving the room.

"Damn!"

A cup shattered in Ian's hand. Just thinking about Lynn Ning made it impossible for him to control his emotions. He knew it was because he cared too much about her—and also because the negative aura inside him still hadn't been fully purged.

On top of that, regret weighed heavily on him. If he hadn't left Lynn Ning alone on the Homeworld, none of this would have happened.

Two days passed.

Three days passed.

Finally, the ship landed at the Homeworld's starport terminal. When Ian stepped out, he looked utterly exhausted.

Meanwhile, inside the Tian Clan's study.

Long Tian sat at the head seat, while Jared Jiao stood respectfully before him.

"How are the arrangements?" Long Tian asked calmly.

Old Jiao smiled confidently. "Master, rest assured. This time, even if Landon Lu grows wings, he won't escape."

"Good. Don't disappoint me again, or else...!" As he spoke, Long Tian's gaze suddenly turned cold, a chilling light flashing in his eyes, making everyone shiver.

The starport building was especially quiet today.

As Ian Song and his two companions stepped into the hall, they immediately sensed it. Suddenly, the corner of his lips curled into a cruel, cold smile.

"Move!"

Twelve figures suddenly flashed into view, appearing around Ian Song and his two companions.

Their bodies darted rapidly, weaving through the space, and in an instant, a formation was set.

Next, twelve tangible waves of attack blasted toward Ian Song's trio.

Inside the starport's control room, two elderly men stood watching with smiles, their eyes fixed on the screen. The footage showed Ian Song and his companions surrounded by twelve peak War Gods.

"Old Jiang, isn't Chief Jiao making a bit too much fuss over this?" Old Hu complained.

Old Jiang chuckled. "He can't afford not to be careful. If this capture fails, the Master definitely won't let him off. That's why he sent both of us together—just to make sure nothing goes wrong!"

Old Hu nodded. "True enough. But I doubt we'll even need to act. The battle array formed by twelve peak War Gods would take serious effort for even us to break. No matter how strong Landon Lu is, he can't withstand that—especially with two little girls by his side."

Meanwhile...

"Master, let me handle this!"

Cici called out softly, then vanished in a blur.

"Splat! Splat! Splat! Splat!"

Blood mist sprayed everywhere, screams rang out, and in an instant, all twelve peak War Gods clutched their throats and collapsed.

"What... how is that possible? Those were twelve peak War Gods!"

Inside the control room, seeing Cici kill all twelve peak War Gods left Old Hu utterly stunned, and Old Jiang was no better off.

"Old Hu, this can't be real!"

Old Hu took a deep breath. "Old Jiang, it's real. We've completely underestimated Landon Lu's strength. This time, our Tian Clan has provoked a monster!"

"That's right. Your Tian Clan really shouldn't have messed with me!"

A sudden voice rang out, and the man and two women who had just been on the screen now appeared inside the control room.

Bang! Bang!

The next moment, Old Hu and Old Jiang's bodies slammed into the wall.

Watching them struggle to get up, Cici and Joy looked at them with disdain. "You two pieces of trash think you can ambush our Master? Dream on."

That's right—when Ian Song appeared with Cici and Joy, the two old men immediately attacked, but were sent flying by a single punch from the maids.

"Capture them!" Ian Song said calmly.

"Yes, Master!"

In the blink of an eye, Cici and Joy moved again, and the two elders were subdued alive.

Crack! Crack!

Ian Song quickly tapped two fingers, sending Puppet Mastery sigils into their brows.

Soon, both men knelt on the ground and addressed Ian Song as 'Master.'

These two were Tian Clan enshrined protectors, each having reached the Transcendent realm.

The Federation Empire publicly claims that warriors have only five ranks: Warrior, War General, War King, War Saint, and War God. In reality, peak War God is only about equal to a late Grandmaster, and actually a bit weaker, mainly because martial arts and techniques in this world are so crude.

These two old men had surpassed War God level, but their strength was only about equal to an early-stage Martial Saint. Ian Song could easily defeat them, not to mention the monster maids Cici and Joy.

Old Hu's name was Hank Hu, already over 200 years old. Old Jiang was Jack Jiang, about the same age.

Both were high-status enshrined protectors of the Tian Clan, so they knew quite a lot.

For example, information about Lynn Ning.

When Ian Song learned that Lynn Ning hadn't actually fallen into Tian Clan hands, his confusion only deepened.

According to what they said, the soldiers on the scene heard a beautiful song, and when they woke up an hour later, Lynn Ning was gone.

Later, the Tian Clan checked the starport hall's surveillance, but all they got was static—nothing at all.

Even though the Tian Clan didn't capture Lynn Ning, Ian Song had no intention of letting them off so easily.

With a thought, Ian Song activated Star-Fate Divination.

Star-Fate Divination looks impressive, but it has many limitations—for example, it can't calculate beyond a single planet.

After a while, Ian Song put away the star field above his head.

It failed—he couldn't divine Lynn Ning's whereabouts at all.

There are two possible reasons for this: first, Lynn Ning is no longer on the Homeworld; second, someone powerful is at her side, shielding her fate so Ian Song can't find her.
