A Man's Desire to Conquer

Outside the villa gate, the two women left behind were stunned into silence. After a long awkward pause, Sherry Shawn couldn't hold back her curiosity anymore and quietly asked Fiona Nangong beside her, "Fiona, didn't you say Shawn Young's injuries were really serious? How come he looked perfectly fine just now?"

"Oh, that guy's just putting on a brave face! His injuries are actually quite severe. The stab in his chest went right through him—just a little further and it would've hit his heart! And that cut down below nearly chopped off his troublemaking little buddy! But he still sneaks out looking for girls like nothing happened. I honestly don't know what to say about him—" Fiona Nangong said, her cheeks flushed with frustration.

"Uh—Fiona, you mean he got stabbed down there too? And it almost... got cut off?" Sherry Shawn asked in a low voice, her pretty face turning red. She seemed especially concerned about this detail.

"Yeah, that's right. That stab is exactly why he started yelling as soon as he woke up! He thought his little buddy was done for and insisted on finding a woman to test it out! Honestly, he drives me crazy! Can't he just wait until the wound heals before trying anything?" Fiona Nangong huffed, her face bright red with anger.

"Hehe—Fiona, that's where you're wrong. I don't think you really understand how men think!" Sherry Shawn giggled.

"Hmm? I don't understand men? Fiona Nangong has managed the Southwell Family business for years and dealt with plenty of so-called successful men. I can usually guess what they're thinking! Are you saying I don't get men at all?" Fiona retorted, obviously unconvinced by Sherry's claim.

"Uh—Fiona, that's not what I meant—" Sherry blinked innocently.

"Oh? If that's not what you meant, then what is it?" Fiona Nangong asked, her curiosity piqued.

"Well—because of my job, I sometimes have to figure out what people are really thinking. So I've read a lot about the psychology of men and women. According to the research—those so-called successful men you mentioned, most of them are always polite and respectful to you, right?" Sherry Shawn started her explanation.

Fiona Nangong tilted her head and thought for a moment, then nodded, "Yeah, that's right. Any man who does business with the Southwell Family or has connections with us is usually polite, refined, and respectful to me. I know there are two main reasons for that—one, because of the powerful background of the Southwell Family behind me, and two, because my own abilities are on par with theirs! So I think most decent men will respect and treat capable women well."

Sherry Shawn nodded and continued, "Yeah, Fiona, you're smart. That's definitely part of how men think. But among those men, do you think any of them would really open up to you?"

"Uh—well—actually, not really. Maybe I'm too sharp and can always see through what they're thinking, so... they're kind of afraid of me!" Fiona Nangong admitted after a moment's thought.

Sherry Shawn just smiled, "Hehe—Fiona, I always thought it was fine for women to be strong. There are plenty of capable women in the world! Most of the women I know are both talented and beautiful. But a lot of them think like you do—and the result—"

"So what happens? Too strong, can't find a man good enough to handle them, so most of them end up single?" Fiona Nangong laughed.

"Exactly! That's how it is. You know as well as I do, the more outstanding a man is, the less he cares about society's rules. As long as he has enough power and ability, he'll do whatever he wants. And it's not uncommon for a capable man to have several women at the same time!" Sherry Shawn explained.

"Uh—yeah, that's true. If you look at the direct descendants of the Three Great Houses of China, there are plenty of men like that. I used to really dislike it, but now I'm used to it—doesn't even surprise me anymore!" Fiona Nangong said, looking a bit frustrated.

"Exactly! That's just how men are. Lust is buried deep in their bones, but from another angle—like biology or evolution—it's actually a primal drive! That drive is called the desire to conquer!" Sherry Shawn said.

"Oh, I get it! Men want to conquer the world, and they want to conquer women too, to prove their strength! Is that what you mean?" Fiona Nangong nodded.

"Exactly. It's that desire to conquer—men feel fulfilled when they overcome harder and harder challenges. The process might be violent or bloody, but that's also what keeps human civilization moving forward—" Sherry Shawn said seriously.

"Uh—Sherry, so according to your theory, men conquer women to satisfy their animal instincts—and that's somehow helping human progress?" Fiona Nangong pursed her lips, clearly not agreeing with this point of view.

"Well—not quite that extreme, but from a big-picture perspective, it's kind of true. After all, there's no such thing as absolute fairness in the world, especially between men and women. Most of the time, relationships grow from mutual needs and desires. Sometimes I wonder if women are getting the short end of the stick, but now I realize—there's no one answer to this! Every woman has her own answer." Sherry Shawn said thoughtfully.

"Oh, I admit you've got a point—but I still stand by my view! Hehe—I'm not some goddess, but I won't just settle for any man. I'd rather stay single," Fiona Nangong said after thinking it over.

"Hehe—I stand by my view too. No matter how strong or capable a woman is, she still wants a man to lean on. Sometimes we're just emotional creatures—one impulsive moment, or a tiny thing, and we end up with a man, not even caring what he does or why. We just want to be with him—it's that simple! I've seen it happen plenty of times," Sherry Shawn said, sharing her own life philosophy.

"Uh—I can't really say... just take life as it comes," Fiona Nangong replied. She wasn't an ordinary woman, so she knew what Sherry said was true for many, but she couldn't help feeling a bit powerless and just shook her head with a sigh.

While these two stunning women were outside discussing "life philosophy" and the "science of development," behind the villa door, things were getting wild—an intense, passionate, and tangled "close-quarters wrestling match" was underway.

Shawn Young was gripping Mai Kanda's fragrant shoulders, thrusting into her from behind with relentless energy. At first, Mai Kanda worried that Sherry Shawn and Fiona Nangong might hear them outside, so she bit her lip and tried not to make a sound. But as Shawn's wild 'big bird' worked her over, her willpower slowly crumbled. Even with her lips pressed tight, soft moans kept escaping from her nose.

Those sounds in Shawn Young's ears only fueled his desire to conquer. Excited, he picked up the pace and intensity, the 'smack-smack-smack' of their bodies mixing with splashes echoing all around.

"Oh—oh—ah—ah—" Mai Kanda couldn't fight the overwhelming pleasure any longer and finally opened her mouth, crying out in ecstasy. Her voice rose and fell, sometimes sweet, sometimes urgent—music to Shawn Young's ears, making his desire burn hotter and driving him to conquer her even more fiercely!
