Blood Rose Returns

Nangong Family estate.

At Nathan Nangong's excuse of 'urgent business,' Felix Nangong and Ray Nangong both hurried back to the family estate.

Inside the conference room.

"Nathan, now that both Ray and I are here, you should tell us what this is all about, right?" Felix Nangong looked at Nathan Nangong, speaking slowly.

"Elders, do it." Nathan Nangong ignored Felix and instead spoke to the three Elders.

"Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!"

The three Elders lunged forward. Instantly, a series of heavy thuds echoed as Felix Nangong and Ray Nangong's guards and bodyguards were all knocked to the ground.

"Nathan, what is the meaning of this?"

Felix Nangong abruptly stood up, his gaze toward Nathan Nangong now edged with caution. His right hand unconsciously drifted to the pistol holster at his waist.

Ray Nangong also stared at Nathan Nangong in shock, his expression heavy. "Nathan, you owe us an explanation."

"Felix, Ray, don't blame me. I can't go against the Master's orders!" Nathan Nangong said painfully. Although he had become Ian Song's puppet, his original feelings remained, but he was powerless to defy Ian's commands.

"Nathan, what is going on here?"

"Let me explain!"

At that moment, a sudden voice rang out. Felix Nangong and Ray Nangong simultaneously turned to look at the conference room doors, where a tall, handsome young man was striding inside.

"Ian Song, it's you?"

"You've got some nerve, Ian Song! What did you do to Nathan?"

Both men shouted angrily, a sense of unease creeping into their voices.

Ian Song stopped three meters away from them and smiled. "It's simple. I used a divine ability to enslave Nathan Nangong, along with the three Elders of the Nangong Family. Now, they all follow my every command."

"Impossible! There's no way such a terrifying, bizarre power exists in this world!"

Felix Nangong shouted in disbelief. At the same time, he drew the pistol at his waist and aimed it at Ian Song, snarling, "I order you to lift this sorcery right now, or I'll kill you!"

"You think that scrap metal in your hand can threaten me?" Ian Song's face showed a trace of disdain.

"Whoosh!"

As soon as he finished speaking, Ian suddenly vanished from where he stood. The next instant, he reappeared right in front of Felix Nangong, reached out, grabbed Felix by the throat, and lifted him into the air.

Felix Nangong was overwhelmed by a suffocating sensation, a terror unlike anything he'd ever felt rising from deep inside. "No... Don't kill me!"

"Pathetic!"

Ian released his grip, letting Felix Nangong drop to the floor. Then he pressed a finger to Felix's brow and activated the Puppet Mastery Divine Art.

Felix Nangong's strength was even weaker than the Third Elder's, so he was instantly enslaved by Ian Song. He immediately knelt respectfully before Ian and said, "Felix Nangong greets the Master!"

"Monster! You're a monster!"

Seeing this, Ray Nangong nearly lost it. He turned and bolted for the conference room door.

"Whoosh!"

A coin flew out and struck Ray Nangong on the head, knocking him unconscious.

After midnight, once Puppet Mastery Divine Art refreshed, Ian Song enslaved Ray Nangong as well. With that, the entire power of the Nangong Family fell under his control.

As for Justin Nangong, who was still in the hospital, Ian didn't even bother to enslave or kill him. Without his father's support, a spoiled playboy like him couldn't stir up any real trouble.

"Take me to the vault!"

Ian Song said to the three Nangong brothers.

The keys to the Nangong Family vault were jointly held by the three brothers. Only when all three were present could the vault be opened.

Fingerprint verification, iris scan—after passing both checks, they arrived before a massive alloy gate.

Without needing Ian's instructions, the three brothers each took out a metal key and inserted them into the keyholes on the alloy gate...

"Rumble!"

With a thunderous roar, the alloy gate swung open, and the Nangong Family's vault was fully revealed before Ian Song.

"Please, Master."

The three brothers said respectfully.

Ian Song nodded and stepped into the spacious vault. With a sweep of his gaze, he saw the vault was clearly organized into sections: antiques, calligraphy and paintings, gold and silver, jewelry, martial arts manuals and elixirs, and weapons—though only cold weapons were stored here.

The antiques and artwork were priceless, but the sheer quantity of gold, silver, and jewels was worth no less than fifty billion.

All of it was his for the taking.

After a brief moment of excitement, Ian calmed himself and walked over to the martial arts manuals section.

After flipping through dozens of manuals, he couldn't help feeling disappointed. Compared to the Zhao Family's scripture pavilion, this was sorely lacking. There were only six Innate manuals here: three cultivation methods and three martial techniques. The rest were all Acquired manuals.

Only the elders were allowed to train with the Innate manuals. As for the guards and the like, unless they performed extraordinary feats, they would never be granted an Innate manual.

Setting the martial arts manuals aside, Ian moved on to the elixirs section.

The elixirs were all stored in jade bottles, with dozens of varieties in different sizes.
