"Very well." Charles Yin nodded. "We'll decide after the Yun Family sends their feedback."
Alex bowed his head and accepted the order. "Yes, sir. Also, Count Phil has arrived in Hokkaido, and seems to be looking for someone."
Charles Yin snorted coldly. "That guy is targeting Cici. What's going on with Mo Zixin? Why didn't he stop him?"
Alex replied, "Max Mo seems to have gone to Okinawa, and he's had some contact with the US military there."
Charles Yin looked a bit surprised. "Max Mo's power is growing! In these three years, it's not just us who've grown—he has too!"
It seems Max Mo brought the tea competition team to Japan just as a cover.
His real goal must have been the US military in Okinawa!
But these matters have nothing to do with him; he wouldn't interfere in Mo Family affairs.
For now, everyone keeps up the appearance of harmony—it's more beneficial than harmful.
When Cici's company goes to the capital, with the Mo Family backing her, things won't be difficult for her.
"Do we need to cover for Max Mo?" Alex continued reporting. "Max Mo's itinerary is secret, but people who are paying attention have guessed it."
Charles Yin took the towel from the butler and wiped his fingers, regretting that Cici's warmth was gone. He asked, "How many people do we still have in Okinawa?"
"There are less than ten people left," Alex reported. "The checks in Okinawa are strict, so it's hard to place our people there."
"Hmm, just give him a gentle reminder." Charles Yin's lips curled slightly. "That's his own business—it doesn't concern us."
"Yes, President." Alex accepted the order.
"Is there anything else?" Charles Yin raised his brow when he saw Little A hadn't left.
"It's news about Helen Jiang." Alex hesitated, then continued, "Word from over there is that Helen Jiang's health is declining rapidly—she might not last much longer."
"Not much longer? That can't happen." Charles Yin's lips curled coldly. "She hasn't tasted enough fear yet. How can she die so easily? Tell them, no matter how expensive the medicine is, use it on her. If I don't approve, no one is allowed to let her die so easily!"
"Yes, President." Alex quickly left.
After Cici returned to her room, she quickly washed up and slipped under the covers.
Ah, this kind of life was something I'd always imagined—and today, it actually came true!
It feels so wonderful, it's like a dream!
Cici hugged her pillow, happily drifting back to sleep.
As she slept, the pillow seemed to shift.
Unwilling to give up, she reached out and found an even bigger pillow. Without hesitation, she snuggled up and hugged it tight.
Hmm, this pillow is so comfortable. It's warm, big, and... it moves.
She slept soundly and deeply.
When Cici woke up, every cell in her body was screaming with delight.
Hmm, it's been ages since I've slept this well...
Especially with such a comfy pillow—it's the best one I've ever used.
Not only is it big, but it's warm too...
Warm...
Warmth...
Cici's eyes snapped open!
What she saw was a broad expanse of smooth skin, healthy and taut ivory white, muscles lurking beneath like a resting leopard—dangerous and irresistibly alluring.
Cici cautiously looked up, only to see Charles Yin's stunningly handsome face right in her line of sight.
Cici nearly jumped out of her skin!
She quickly pulled her hand back, realizing her right hand was wrapped tightly around his waist...
Oh no...
What on earth did I do last night that's so embarrassing?
She checked her clothes—had she really not taken advantage of him while he was asleep?
Ugh, no way!
I'm not that desperate!
She tried to carefully pull her fingers out, but his waist was pressing down, making it impossible.
What should I do? I have to destroy the evidence before he wakes up!
Cici thought for a moment, then quietly rolled over, trying to use her other hand to free her right hand...
But as soon as she rolled over, she realized how childish that idea was!
She couldn't budge him at all!
Just then, Charles Yin seemed to dream about something and rolled over, pinning Cici beneath him!
Oh no...
Cici struggled for ages, but couldn't escape from under his weight!
What is this, seriously?
Wait, when did he come into this room last night?
Why didn't I notice at all?
I remember clearly—when I went to sleep, I was hugging a pillow, a pillow!
How did the pillow turn into Charles Yin?
Before Cici's brain could catch up, she suddenly felt something warm and damp on her neck—a gentle breath landed right on her ear.
Cici froze, thunderstruck, not daring to move.
Because Cici could feel that the little beast on Charles Yin was waking up...
Charles Yin slowly opened his eyes above her, his gaze soft and watery, full of tenderness. The reaction of his 'Little Mole' made him extremely satisfied!
Charles Yin glanced sideways, raising his brow as he saw Little Mole's ears flush red. Mischievously, he bit her delicate earlobe.
Cici shivered all over, her eyes widening in disbelief.
He... he... actually... actually...
But thanks to Charles Yin's action, Cici was sure he was awake now.
Cici reached out to push Charles Yin away, panicking and trying to escape.
But she was pinned down so tightly—how could she possibly escape?
"Morning." His lazy voice sounded above Cici's head.
Cici's face was as red as a tomato. She stammered, "Morning."
Charles Yin seemed to forget he was still pressing down on Cici, simply enjoying the intimacy.
Cici couldn't hold back: "Um... can you get off me first?"
Charles Yin raised his brow. "Why?"
Why? Is that even a question? He's pressing on me—of course it's not right!
Cici was just about to come up with some excuses when Charles Yin suddenly rolled away.
Cici's mouth hung open, but she couldn't get a single word out!
This guy never plays by the rules!
Charles Yin rolled out of bed and yanked open the curtains. Sunlight streamed in, bathing the whole room in warm spring light.
Cici quietly climbed out of bed, then remembered to question Charles Yin: "Why... did you sleep here too?"
"There's only one master bedroom here." Charles Yin looked innocently at Cici. "You wouldn't make me sleep in the servant's room, would you?"
He really makes it sound so reasonable...
After all, he's the owner here. It wouldn't make sense to put the host in the servant's room...
"Besides, we get along so well!" Charles Yin said innocently. "Such a big room, such a big bed—letting just one person sleep in it is a waste!"
Hmm, that doesn't sound wrong either...
"This is just a seaside villa, not a mansion on land. There aren't that many rooms..." Charles Yin continued to play innocent.
Cici thought about it—he hadn't really done anything to her, except for that wild little beast this morning...
Before Cici could finish worrying, Charles Yin turned and pressed the phone: "Come in and tidy up."
A moment later, the door was knocked. The butler led the maids in, and they replaced everything in the room with new items.
One maid bowed to Cici. "Madam, which outfit would you like to wear today?"
Before Cici could answer, another maid had already opened the wardrobe, inviting her to choose an outfit.
Cici glanced at Charles Yin, who, with the butler's help, picked out a pair of light blue casual pants and a matching T-shirt, then went to the dressing room to change.
Cici pointed at a long white cotton-linen dress. "This one."
The maid quickly selected the dress and paired it with a silk scarf.
Cici went to change, and when she came out, there were hardly any people left in the room.
Everything in the room looked brand new.
A fresh bouquet of lavender stood quietly in the vase.
A maid stood at the doorway, smiling at Cici. "Madam, the weather is nice today. Would you like to visit the flower fields on the shore? This season, the Hokkaido flower sea is at its best."
Cici thought for a moment, then answered with a bright smile, "Sure!"
Since I'm in Hokkaido, I shouldn't waste such a wonderful opportunity!
The beauty of Hokkaido is something I've always longed for.
There's nothing pressing right now, so why not go out for a stroll?
After happily finishing breakfast, Charles Yin smiled and said, "You want to see the flower fields? The car's ready. We'll drive over and see lots and lots of flowers along the way."
Cici's eyes lit up. "I get to drive?"
"Sure." Charles Yin affectionately patted Cici's head. "You drive."
Eagerly finishing breakfast, Cici walked down the long wooden corridor and headed ashore.
Sure enough, a Range Rover was parked by the roadside.
Cici got in, waited for Charles Yin to take the passenger seat, then started the engine and drove off slowly.
Soon, vast fields of flowers appeared on both sides of the road!
"Wow, it's so beautiful!" Cici slowed down, grabbed her phone, and snapped photos to send to Rona Mu and Mo Zixuan.
Good things are meant to be shared with friends!
Watching Cici have so much fun, Charles Yin leaned back in his seat, never taking his gentle gaze off her.
As long as he's with her, even the simplest moments are the most beautiful scenery.
After finishing her photos, Cici asked Charles Yin, "Are these flower fields all your private property too?"
