Surprise Attack

------------

At this moment, Colonel Hank Han was already leading a dozen members of the Dragonforce Battalion, quietly sneaking up to the V-22 Osprey parked outside Wolf Valley during the chaos. The two pilots and several American special forces soldiers were still eating their 'working lunch,' smoking, and shooting the breeze, completely unaware of the deadly danger approaching them.

Han let out a cold laugh. Instantly, his men spread out into combat formation. As the two snipers set up their rifles and aimed, Han gave the signal to act. The Dragonforce Battalion members swiftly followed him into action.

Moving like ghosts, they silently closed in around the V-22 Osprey, drawing tactical knives from their thighs. After a few agile leaps, they were right behind the unsuspecting American special forces soldiers. With two crisp sniper shots—bang! bang!—blood spurted from the foreheads of the pilots almost simultaneously, and their bodies toppled forward like felled logs. Crimson blood and pale brain matter splattered, soaking the sandwiches in their hands.

The American soldiers were stunned, but their training kicked in. After a moment of shock, they tried to grab their weapons to fight back. Han and his most skilled Dragonforce Battalion members burst from the shadows like wolves, using grappling techniques to pin the Americans down. One hand clamped their mouths shut, while the other slashed their throats with razor-sharp tactical knives—no mercy! The bodies were dragged aside and dumped in a corner.

Han crawled into the V-22 Osprey and began inspecting its structure and equipment. Suddenly, a burst of urgent electronic signals came through the cockpit's comm channel. Han immediately opened the channel and heard the base commander's furious voice from the Humvee Jeep in the valley: "Damn it! There are too many enemies! What the hell are you two doing? I want you airborne now! Get into the valley and blast those terrorists to hell! Move it!"

"Yes, sir!" Han replied fluently in English, then shut off the comm channel. With a sly grin, he waved to his Dragonforce Battalion teammates outside and shouted, "Heh, let's try out this new bird and give the Yankees a little surprise!"

The soldiers' eyes lit up—they knew exactly what Han was up to. Fearless by nature and skilled in piloting all kinds of vehicles, they piled into the plane. Han slipped into the cockpit, glanced at the dashboard, hesitated for a moment, fiddled around, and then fired up the V-22 Osprey's engines. The aircraft shuddered, lifted off, and began circling in the air like a drunken bird, while Han gripped the controls, getting a feel for the interface.

Inside the valley, the battle was fierce. The base commander, hiding in his armored Humvee Jeep, spotted the aircraft outside with binoculars and immediately opened the comm channel, cursing: "You two idiots! Did you spend all night jerking off and now can't see straight? *** Drive properly, will you?! Get your asses in here and blast those terrorists! Use up all your ammo! Got it?"

Han grinned wickedly and replied in his hometown Shandong dialect: "Understand your damn ass! You're yelling so loud my ears hurt. I'll send you a laser-guided rocket soon—let you curse at God in person!"

The base commander, speaking American English, had no idea what Han was saying. He kept cursing into the comm: "Morons, did you get your head stuck in the toilet door this morning? What kind of gibberish are you speaking? *** I can't understand a word! What are you hanging around for—itchy balls? Get your asses in here and butcher those bastards! Fly in now or I'll make you pay!"

Han, finally getting the hang of the controls, wobbled the V-22 Osprey into the valley. As he flew over the Humvee Jeep, he hadn’t figured out how to hover yet, driving the base commander mad. The commander jumped out of the Humvee, waving his comm at the sky and yelling, "You little punks! Hit the hover switch! Turn around and fire at those terrorists! I’m about to get killed here!"

"Oh, thanks for the tip!" Han finally found the hover pedal, turned the plane around, and ran his hand over the row of weapon buttons. He locked onto the base commander, who was still fuming on the ground, then poked his head out of the cockpit, smiled, and waved "bye-bye." In perfect English, he said, "Hey, buddy, since you’re so eager to hit the road, I’ll send you somewhere fun! Bye-bye—" and hit the button!

The base commander was puzzled for a second, then sensed something was wrong. He looked up and his eyes bulged, mouth agape, as he spotted a laser-guided bomb trailing white smoke, coming straight for him from the right side of the V-22 Osprey!

Too bad his legs were no match for a missile. The commander had just taken a few steps when—BOOM! The laser-guided bomb tore through his body and exploded, the massive blast leaving nothing behind! The shockwave even flipped several mercenaries stationed nearby.

The mercenaries looked up in terror, just as the Dragonforce Battalion members on the plane opened fire with the onboard weapon systems—rat-tat-tat! A hail of large-caliber rounds poured down from above, shredding the mercenaries before they could react! Han wasn’t done yet—he locked onto the Humvee Jeep powering the base, and fired a Scorpion Missile—BOOM! The powerful missile turned the Humvee into flying scrap metal!
