"Is that you?"

I stared in disbelief at the Golden-Eyed Doppelganger standing before me. He stood quietly in this black-and-white interlaced space, gazing at me with eyes full of indifference.

"Coexistence—what does it truly mean?"

The Golden-Eyed Doppelganger asked. For a moment, I had no idea how to answer. He began to approach me, step by step.

The Golden-Eyed Doppelganger spoke, raising his hand. Instantly, the scenes around us shifted. They were all me—my own memories. I stared in astonishment. It was the very beginning. Eyes wide, I watched myself walking in the surging crowd, head down, silent, saying nothing.

The Golden-Eyed Doppelganger and I floated silently in the air, watching as I walked alone through the bustling marketplace, head lowered, wordless, a solitary figure among the crowd.

"You..."

Seeing this scene, my heart began to ache again. I clutched my chest. I could still clearly remember—this was truly the beginning of everything. From that moment on, it felt as if my heart had already died.
