One Blade, One Fist

The Man in Black's expression shifted dramatically. To him, the Immortal Realm was nothing but a world of ants—yet here, in this so-called nest, someone had shattered his divine spatial technique. Had he not experienced it himself, he would have thought it a farce.

But that wasn't all. The slash from this 'ant' had locked away every escape route he had. With this single strike, the spatial rules of the entire world were wielded to perfection.

A faint crack sounded—"Ka!"—and the Man in Black felt his soul tremble. It was the sound of his domain splitting apart.

He had underestimated his opponent—never once considering Joe Di a threat. The consequences were devastating: once his domain was torn apart, his rule talisman would likely be next. If that happened, Joe Di wouldn't need to lift a finger—the cosmic laws themselves would crush him.

The Man in Black summoned a streak of red light, blasting it toward the blade aura that had pinned him in place.

Boom! Violent primordial energy erupted, and the surrounding heaven and earth qi exploded, causing even the fabric of space to collapse.

Whether it was the gravely wounded Master Bowie Zhou, Rona Snow, Leon Yue, or the unscathed Felix Fang and Marlon Jace, all were battered by the wild surge of primordial energy, spraying blood. In that instant, their only choice was to retreat desperately—any hesitation, and they feared their bodies would be ripped apart by the raging force.

Everyone wore strange, uneasy expressions. The Man in Black was likely from the Upper Realm, and such overwhelming power—though shocking—was something they could accept.

But Joe Di...

Not only did Joe Di clash head-on with the Man in Black, he seemed to have the upper hand. It was almost unbelievable... How long had it been since they'd last seen Joe Di? How could he have grown so powerful in such a short time?

Felix Fang's expression shifted. The pride in his gaze just moments ago had been replaced by utter disbelief. In the recent clash between Joe Di and the Man in Black, it was obvious—Joe Di held the advantage.

But how could this be possible?

Possible or not, it had already happened—right before his eyes.

Bang! Joe Di's wild blade aura was shredded by the opponent's red light, sending him hurtling backward. His chest felt as if struck by an iron hammer weighing countless tons.

This man was terrifyingly strong. Joe Di was secretly shocked, and quietly triggered the killing array he'd set up with rule flags.

"You're strong..." A flush of red swept across the Man in Black's face before fading. He looked at Joe Di, his voice calm and emotionless.

But deep inside, he was gripped by fear—only he knew how dire his predicament was. Though he'd shattered Joe Di's blade just now, the faint crack in his rule talisman told him he could no longer fight. Another attack, and the cosmic laws themselves would crush him to oblivion, even without Joe Di's intervention.

The Man in Black didn't move, but Joe Di had no intention of letting him go. He stepped forward again, Azure Veil Blade humming, sweeping up the killing intent that filled the space around Demon Garment Mountain.

As the force of Joe Di's Azure Veil Blade grew, the Man in Black's face darkened. He tried to steady his voice: "I admit I underestimated you, but I advise you not to continue. Otherwise, your Dao will end here today."

Joe Di replied coolly, "Whether my Dao ends today is none of your concern. Since you dared to harm my brother, you can die now..."

Stop! Unless you intend to remain in the Immortal Realm forever, once you ascend to the Upper Realm, Lord Jiang will kill you instantly. You won't survive even a breath! Seeing Joe Di unfazed by his threat, the Man in Black finally panicked.

Joe Di acted as if he hadn't heard. His Azure Veil Blade swept out another bluish blade aura, as if to tear apart the very sky, surging toward the Man in Black.

The fourth blade—Rule Splitter.

The Man in Black's face turned ghostly pale. Forced to act, he swept up a red glow with his giant red pickaxe and simultaneously activated a talisman.

As he wielded the giant pickaxe, terror and disbelief twisted the Man in Black's face. He realized his attack held no divine power—Joe Di's blade had shredded the rules behind his technique.

This was the splitting of the cosmic rules...

The Man in Black's pallor turned to a flush of red. He finally understood—Joe Di must possess a primal chaos treasure capable of splitting the very fabric of the cosmos. Otherwise, how could he break the rules of this world and erase his technique's laws? This was beyond defiance of the heavens.

He absolutely could not die here—the talisman was already activated.

Joe Di's blade tore apart the Man in Black's technique. He surged forward, still airborne, and unleashed a punch.

Peaks gathered like furious waves—whether you flee or resist, all is reduced to nothingness beneath this punch.

Boom!

The first fist mountain smashed straight into the Man in Black's chest. The massive fist condensed into a single blow, boring a bloody hole from his chest clear through to his back, blood erupting in a torrent.

The Man in Black activated his talisman—Bang! The talisman's radiant force was blocked by something unseen.

Terror flashed in the Man in Black's eyes as he finally realized—Joe Di had quietly set up a Deathtrap Array here.

No matter how strong Joe Di was, he should only be an Immortal Emperor in the Immortal Realm. Yet he'd managed to set up a Deathtrap Array that even the Man in Black hadn't detected—right under his nose. That was truly terrifying.

Even Lord Jiang might not be able to pull this off—no, he definitely couldn't.

The Man in Black no longer cared for his own life—he began burning his endless lifespan.

Crack! With the talisman and his burning lifespan, he finally tore open Joe Di's Deathtrap Array, revealing a pitch-black hole in the void.

Bang! The second fist wind, formed by gathered peaks, finally struck, exploding the Man in Black's arm.

Meanwhile, the Man in Black vanished into the black hole, disappearing into the void.

He actually escaped—Joe Di was far from satisfied. He raised his hand and swept up a ring, instantly recognizing its aura as Changsun Huang's.

At this moment, Changsun Huang had already sat up. Joe Di handed him a healing pill, tossed the ring to him, and asked, "Who was that man? Why did he attack you all?"

Joe Di wasn't worried—he was certain the Man in Black was doomed. The Man in Black's escape talisman probably tore open the interface, but Joe Di's Deathtrap Array blocked it, so it couldn't fully break through.

In other words, the Man in Black had at most escaped into the void between interfaces. Joe Di's gathered peaks had gravely wounded him, and even in the void, it was a dead end.

Even if the Man in Black survived, Joe Di could still find him. The aura of Joe Di's punch would linger wherever the Man in Black went.

What's more, Joe Di even suspected the Man in Black's rule talisman had shattered. If so, the Man in Black wouldn't need Joe Di to finish him—he would be crushed to pieces by the cosmic laws.

The only reason he hadn't chased after him was because he had other matters to attend to.

"I had just come out of the Demon Garment Mountain secret realm when the Man in Black stopped me. He gravely injured Brother Hei and stole my ring." After taking Joe Di's healing elixir, Changsun Huang quickly recovered.

You don't need to leave. Was it you who called the Man in Black? Joe Di stared coldly at Marlon Jace, his voice icy.

Marlon Jace shivered, but before he could speak, Felix Fang shouted, "Brother Di, it was Marlon Jace who called the Man in Black! Marlon wanted the Extreme Abyss Dao Fruit in Changsun's ring, but couldn't handle us, so he summoned a terrifying expert."
