Four Kills

Hearing this, Ian Song's brows furrowed slightly. He said calmly, "I'm here because your young master invited me. Are you sure you want to do this?"

"Hahaha!"

Hearing Ian Song's words, all four guards burst out laughing arrogantly.

One of the guards was especially rude, pointing at Ian and saying, "Kid, you think too highly of yourself. Who do you think you are? Just a country bumpkin from the Tang Dynasty. In our young master's eyes, you're nothing but an ant he can crush at will."

At this point, a playful look appeared on his face. "Of course, if you don't have the guts to fight us, then crawl between our legs!"

As he spoke, the four of them spread their legs, signaling for Ian to hurry up and crawl.

"In that case, I won't bother going in!" Ian turned to leave.

"Stop right there!"

In a flash, the four guards moved to surround Ian.

"Kid, you think you can just come and go as you please? You think this is some place where you can do whatever you want?"

Ian's brows furrowed even deeper. He asked in a low voice, "So what exactly do you want?"

"What do we want?" All four sneered. "Either beat us fair and square and go in, or crawl between our legs!"

"Is there a third option?"

Ian suddenly smiled.

"No, just two options. Don't test our patience—are you crawling or fighting your way in?" The four stared at Ian with playful eyes, as if he was already meat on their chopping block.

"Sigh."

Ian let out a soft sigh. "I just arrived and wanted to keep a low profile, but some people simply won't let me. In that case, I guess I'll have to go high-profile again."

With that, he slowly swept his gaze over the four and smiled. "Are you coming at me one by one, or all together?"

"All together? An ant like you dares to boast? You're really overestimating yourself!"

The four were annoyed by his words.
