God-Demon Corps

With temporary residence permits secured and a rented courtyard to settle in, Ian Song distributed one hundred god-crystals to each of his eleven followers—Nathan Southwind, Easton Cloud, and North Sky among them—so they could all begin secluded cultivation.

Ordinary Mid‑Rank Gods usually consume one god‑crystal per month for cultivation, but Ian isn’t an ordinary Mid‑Rank God—he burns through a god‑crystal every single day.

Half a year slipped by, and Ian’s cultivation made solid progress—he’d reached the peak of early-stage Mid-Rank God.

He’d only paused his cultivation because he wanted to visit the Flying God Platform for news—specifically, whether Hannah Murong had ascended yet. After all, half a year in the God Realm meant eighteen thousand years had passed in the Immortal World.

He strolled out to the plaza in front of the Flying God Platform, where stewards and managers from various clans were busy trying to rope in newly arrived gods.

"What brings you here?"

A female god asked. Half a year ago, Ian had chatted briefly with her—he remembered she’d introduced herself as a steward from the Hu Family.

Ian smiled, "Hello, Sister Hu. I’m just here to ask if any of my relatives have ascended lately!"

The female god replied warmly, "Oh? Which Immortal World did you ascend from? Tell me—if any of your kin have come up, I might know something!"

Ian said, "I’m from the Langya Immortal World."
