A tall young man stepped out of the BMW Z4. He wore a limited-edition Adidas sweatshirt and bright red Nike basketball shoes, with a sunny, handsome face.
As soon as he got out, his gaze swept over the girls standing beside Mandy Yu, then over the plainly dressed boys and girls. A hint of disdain flashed deep in his eyes, but his face stayed all smiles: "Mandy, these are all your classmates?"
"Yeah, they're all my junior-high classmates." Mandy Yu replied, her face lit up with a smile.
The young man naturally reached out and put his arm around Mandy Yu's waist. Mandy blushed but didn't pull away. He looked around, laughed, and said, "Hello everyone, I'm Mandy's boyfriend, Raymond Rong."
Hearing Raymond Rong's words, most of the girls shot Mandy Yu looks full of envy, while the boys were clearly jealous. Raymond was the textbook 'tall, rich, and handsome.'
"Mandy, I can't believe you landed such a great boyfriend! If you get a chance, hook me up with one of his rich friends, okay?" joked a short, dark-skinned girl, her eyes sparkling as she looked at Raymond and giggled.
"No problem! Raymond's got plenty of cool buddies," Mandy Yu replied with a big smile.
Then someone glanced at Ken Feng and called out, "Hey Ken, weren't you always looking for Mandy Yu? Now that she's here, why aren't you making a move?"
A boy shouted at Ken Feng.
"Ken Feng, are you jealous? You and Mandy Yu were desk buddies for three years, and now that Mandy's got such a great boyfriend, you should be happy for her, right?" teased the short, dark-skinned girl.
Quite a few eyes turned toward Ken Feng.
Raymond Rong also glanced at Ken Feng. He was much taller than Ken, and with a smirk, said, "You must be Ken Feng, right? I'm Raymond Rong—Mandy mentions you often."
Raymond Rong walked up and extended his hand. Ken Feng hesitated a moment, then reached out too, and they shook hands.
"I'm Ken Feng..." Ken started, his expression a little downcast, but suddenly he stiffened up and gritted his teeth.
Evan Lin frowned slightly, watching Ken Feng and Raymond Rong shake hands. He could see Raymond's hand was squeezing down—his palm was much wider and more muscular than Ken's.
"Ken Feng, that's a pretty good name," Raymond Rong said, showing no sign of letting go. He grinned, eyes full of playful challenge.
Ken Feng's right hand was caught in a death grip, unable to pull free. He stared at Raymond Rong, gritting his teeth and trying to endure the pain. The intense pain made cold sweat break out down Ken's back.
"Ken, why do you look so pale? Are you feeling sick? Or are you just too excited to see Mandy Yu?" giggled the short, dark-skinned girl nearby.
Most of the people watching Ken Feng had teasing looks in their eyes, but even more were just enjoying the spectacle.
"Maybe he's just too happy, right?" Raymond Rong's lips curled up as he looked at Ken Feng and squeezed even harder.
Raymond Rong worked out regularly, and being a few years older than Ken Feng, his arm strength was way higher.
At this moment, in Raymond Rong's eyes, Ken Feng looked just like a lamb waiting to be slaughtered.
Ken Feng's face turned bright red as he gritted his teeth, stubbornly refusing to cry out in pain.
Beside him, Evan Lin stayed calm, reaching out and lightly tapping Ken Feng's back with his right finger.

"I'm fine, but you don't look so good. Is the food in Whitewood not to your taste?" Ken Feng squeezed harder, and Raymond Rong felt like his hand was caught in an iron clamp, cursing inwardly at the pain.
