"My heavens."

Wade Wu II, peak Cosmic Eternal Realm cultivator of the Sealed Celestial Path, uttered a cry of shock.

The truth was almost unbearably cruel.

So many Fate Rebels had all failed without exception.

Now it was Humanity’s turn—Primeval Andrew Han had emerged, but it seemed nothing had changed; just like before, nothing was different.

Facing a Supreme Race alone was ultimately futile.

"Then, then..."

Wade Wu II was so shaken he could barely speak.

"This era is not like the past." Supreme Ever‑Extinction looked at his personal disciple with slight displeasure. "Our Human Race now has Heaven‑Venerables standing guard; we have already broken free from the shackles of fixed fate—every destiny is now unpredictable."

"No matter how strong the Shenro Clan is,"

"They cannot overcome Humanity."

Hearing this, Wade Wu II felt reassured and truly let out a long breath.

If Andrew Han’s identity were exposed and the entire Shenro Clan pressed in, war would sweep across Human Territory, bringing a catastrophe of bloodshed and devastation.

War—especially cosmic war—inevitably means blood and sacrifice.

Rubbing his temples, eyes shifting, Wade Wu II suddenly recalled something. He looked up in confusion and respectfully offered advice to his master: "Since we must battle the Shenro Clan whether Andrew Han exists or not, why allow him to go to Light Clan Territory and plant a challenge flag? Shouldn’t we focus on conserving strength and preparing for war?"

Just as he finished speaking.

Wade Wu II realized he had misspoken, quickly shut his mouth, and bowed deeply. "This disciple is only confused, not questioning you. Supreme considerations are truly profound."

He hoped this remedy was clever enough.

Before he could feel relieved—

"Hmph."

Supreme Ever‑Extinction let out a cold snort.

"It’s for deterrence."

Supreme Ever‑Extinction gazed toward the towering Blade‑River at the center of the Archaic Hall and explained simply, "Humanity must appear strong and often—intimidating the Cosmic Myriad Races, including the Nether and Light Clans. Only by doing so can we erase the subtle guidance imposed by the Shenro Clan; otherwise, if all races turn on us, Humanity may not withstand the siege."

A siege by all races?

Wade Wu II’s expression froze.

At first, he didn’t understand; but the more he thought, the more terrified he became—until, in the end, he was utterly aghast, as if plunged into an icy abyss.

If fixed fate used every possible factor to guide the universe’s lifeforms into hostility or greedy malice toward Humanity, it would be an unimaginable disaster—there are simply too many races!

And by then, even if Humanity showed itself, it would be useless.

Endless beings, controlled by fixed fate, would hate Humanity, believing it was their own choice—never realizing that subtle shifts in external factors had already decided everything.

"No wonder."

"That explains it."

Recalling many past events, Wade Wu II couldn’t help but click his tongue in secret.

Humanity must be strong, must be high-profile—otherwise, there’s no way to weaken the ancient Shenro Clan’s fate-guidance… Wade Wu II shivered all over, slowly lifting his terrified gaze, pupils contracting, face pale as paper.

From this perspective—

If Andrew Han’s proactive challenge—his aggressive entry into Light Clan Territory—marks the moment when the Star‑Sky Humans began to act boldly and assertively,

Then—

The war between Humanity and the Shenro Clan—

Has, in fact, already begun! It started quietly—an invisible war!

"I…"

Wade Wu II stepped back two paces.
