Nick Ning's Tears

"Oh? It's actually a Cosmic Teleportation Stone..." As soon as Quinn Moten landed, he exclaimed in surprise.

Joe Di said from the side, "The rules of heaven and earth in the Trinity Universe are complete, unlike our Five Elements Universe. After entering through the vast, chaotic cosmic vortex passage, you have no idea where you'll end up."

"Who are you?" Several cultivators guarding the teleportation passage saw Joe Di and Quinn Moten step out from the teleportation platform and immediately surrounded them nervously. Both Joe Di and Quinn Moten were unfamiliar faces—definitely not ones who had left from the Trinity Universe.

"Get lost." Joe Di raised his hand and slapped out. The several Realm Genesis cultivators felt an overwhelming force crushing down on them. They had no chance to resist and were sent flying.

Quinn Moten exclaimed in awe, "Brother Joe, your strength far surpasses mine now."

This was the first time Quinn Moten had seen Joe Di take action. That slap from Joe Di contained a power of Dao rules he had never witnessed before. Not to mention those ordinary Realm Genesis cultivators—even he would have to exert himself to block it.

"Who dares to cause trouble in my Trinity Universe..." Almost at the same time that Joe Di sent the Realm Genesis cultivators flying, Henry Vaughn strode forward, followed by several Convergence Realm experts.

"Henry Vaughn, it's been years. You're still the same—how disappointing." Joe Di chuckled, showing not the slightest guard as he landed in front of Henry Vaughn.

"It's you." Henry Vaughn's expression darkened. If Joe Di had come to the Trinity Universe with him years ago, he would have been thrilled—because back then, Joe Di would have been easy prey.

But now that Joe Di had come alone, there was not a trace of joy in his heart. He had crossed paths with Joe Di before and knew how terrifying he was. It was certain that Joe Di had made tremendous progress over the years—he was likely at the Convergence Realm now. At the very least, Henry Vaughn could no longer clearly sense Joe Di's cultivation level.

"Congratulations on your successful Convergence, Joe Di. But if you've already attained the Convergence Realm, why come to trouble the Trinity Universe?" Henry Vaughn asked, his tone probing.

If Joe Di truly had reached the Convergence Realm, his strength might not be far from Henry Vaughn's own. The Trinity Universe wasn't ruled by Henry alone, even if he was its current Dao Lord; he could not afford to be injured.

Joe Di replied coolly, "Whether I've reached the Convergence Realm has nothing to do with you. As for why I'm here in the Trinity Universe, don't you have any clue? Today I'll see just how strong you are, Henry Vaughn, to dare covet my Five Elements Universe."

As he spoke, Joe Di drew his Azure Veil Blade, and a torrent of killing intent seemed to surge at his call, swirling into a vortex that swept across the sky.

Joe Di hadn't yet swung his Azure Veil Blade, but its formidable aura threatened to crush the entire Trinity Universe. Countless powerful cultivators sensed the terrifying blade intent and rushed over from all directions.

Henry Vaughn's expression changed. Even before Joe Di made his move, he could tell that Joe had advanced—and his power was likely every bit a match for his own.

He didn't even bother to extend his own domain. Instead, he said gravely, "Joe Di, we should be allies, not enemies. If you wish to enter Genesis City, you ought to cooperate with me. As for the Five Elements Universe, fortunately, the damage wasn't too great. If you're willing to reconcile, these items will serve as my compensation for once destroying a domain of your universe."

With that, Henry Vaughn produced a ring and let it float in the void. Joe Di only needed to sweep it with his Spiritual Sense to see its contents clearly.

As for Henry's claim that he'd destroyed a domain of the Five Elements Universe, that wasn't meant for Joe Di—it was for the cultivators of the Trinity Universe to hear.

After all, Joe Di had forcibly used the Trinity Universe's cosmic teleportation channel and, upon arrival, taught a lesson to several of its guardians. If the other cultivators learned that Henry Vaughn was offering compensation to Joe Di, his prestige in the Trinity Universe would be lost.
