The Visitor

2/14/2026

These past few days.

Leo Li didn’t get mad at Queenie. Slouched in his wheelchair, he shot Serena and Queenie a lazy glance and said, "But do you even know? Master Lin from Seacrest’s got, like, four days left—tops."

Leo glanced up at the flaming walls overhead, his tone cold: "He’s totally out of his depth going up against Grandmaster Victor Zhou. Dude’s basically asking to get wrecked."

The name 'Master Lin from Seacrest' has become the hottest topic across Hong Kong Island.

"It's already the third day, but Master Lin from Seacrest hasn't made a single move. Is he not eating or drinking inside those fire walls up in the sky?" On the street, someone looked up at the spectacle, full of amazement.

"I want her to play nice this time and just let the Hong Kong Li family take over Angel Epoch—hand over the pill recipes and the whole company, no fuss!"

Rumors about Master Lin from Seacrest keep multiplying.

Some even dug up all sorts of stories about Master Lin from Seacrest back when he was in the mainland.

Thousand-Saints Burial of Mo Yang.

Pointing-to-Mystery Realm at eighteen.

And the teenager who turned all of Beijing upside down.

"Did you show up just to get your ass kicked?"

Yvette Locke, still sprawled out in the pool, didn’t even bother to turn her head, sounding lazy: "Master Lin from Seacrest? No way he’s losing."

Top floor.

After finishing her minimal red-carpet duties for the film festival, Serena stayed in the hotel with Queenie and Yvette Locke for several days straight.

Originally already a star, Serena has become the most dazzling figure in the entire film festival thanks to the Master Lin from Seacrest incident.

Countless reporters crowd around her, and almost all their questions are about her connection to Master Lin from Seacrest.

"If you guys wanna be stubborn, then whatever—nothing left to say."

With the heat of this story only growing, and Evan Lin still blazing in the sky, the attention of everyone on Hong Kong Island is completely focused—nothing else matters.

Even the entire film festival has become dull and flavorless by comparison.

Every celebrity who showed up became nothing but a backdrop.

Director Gavin Yu, thanks to signing Serena for his next film, also got a huge boost in attention. Even Leon Yuan rode the wave, suddenly gaining fame and enjoying a moment in the spotlight.

Serena and Queenie sat on the sofa, while Yvette Locke lounged in the rooftop pool, her head tilted back as she stared at the fire walls in the sky without blinking.

"Serena, looks like you really hit the jackpot this time. Every circle I know is talking about you."

Sitting across from Serena, Leo Li—now in a wheelchair—spoke with a slight smile, his gaze full of open admiration and heat.

Beside Leo Li stood a burly bodyguard and two silent young men whose eyes were especially fierce; all three radiated a strong aura.

The atmosphere created by these three was intense.

Actually, aside from the burly bodyguard, the two silent young men were both disciples of Grandmaster Victor Zhou.

Ever since Aiden Zhou lost and Evan Lin made his agreement with Grandmaster Victor Zhou, both the Zhou faction and the Hong Kong Li family have kept a low profile these last few days.

"Thanks for the attention," Serena replied.

"Yeah, yeah, who on Hong Kong Island doesn’t know you’re friends with Master Lin from Seacrest? And who doesn’t know how insanely strong he is?"

Leo Li didn’t get angry at Queenie’s words. Sitting in his wheelchair, he leaned back and looked at Serena and Queenie, speaking calmly: "But do you know? Master Lin from Seacrest has at most four days left to live."

Leo glanced up at the burning walls of fire in the sky, his tone icy: "He’s way out of his league going up against Grandmaster Victor Zhou. He’s basically asking to die."

"Four days from now, the news of Master Lin from Seacrest dying at Coldspire Peak will spread not just across Hong Kong Island, but all over the mainland."

"So my second demand is for you to help me contact Angel Epoch’s person-in-charge, Lily Zhong."

"I want her to cooperate this time, let the Hong Kong Li family take over Angel Epoch completely—hand over the pill formulas and the whole company, nice and obedient!"

Leo Li sat there, sounding absolutely certain.

As he spoke, he reached for a cigar from the side, not even getting the chance to light it.

A sharp crack rang out.

A blazing whip of fire snapped his cigar clean in half.

The fierce whip energy made Leo Li shudder all over.

"Are you here just to get beaten up?"

Yvette Locke, still lounging in the pool, didn’t even turn her head, sounding lazy: "Master Lin from Seacrest? There’s no way he could lose."

"Believe it or not."

Leo Li, still trembling from the whip, quickly got himself back together.

He glanced nervously at Yvette Locke. He’d already heard from Aiden Zhou and Liam Li just how terrifying her strength was.

"I only came over to give you a good option."

"Since you’re so stubborn, there’s nothing left to talk about."

"You guys just don’t get it—not at all. You have no idea how special this Coldspire Peak Summit is going to be!"

"I’ve said what I came to say. Whatever you decide, it’s up to you."

With that, Leo Li had his burly bodyguard wheel him out.

Serena and Queenie frowned as they watched Leo Li leave, while Yvette Locke looked like she couldn’t care less.

She tilted her head back, staring up at the sky, eyes wide open.

"When you come out, maybe I’ll just go tie up Grandmaster Victor Zhou myself first?"
