"Hey, what's with all that flute playing? If you're upset, just admit it. Blowing on that thing isn't going to fix your mood!" Butterfly Rogue shouted. Just thinking about his beloved woman and that idiot guy splashing around together behind the little hill made him furious!
"Will you shut up already? You're so annoying!" Normally calm Ethan Chu was uncharacteristically agitated. Maybe it was remembering that scene at dawn yesterday, seeing her soaking wet and so tempting, and now about to be claimed by some childish fool—he just couldn't stand it. Really couldn't.
"Hey, don't act like you're the only one suffering. I'm annoyed too! Man, why couldn't my mom be that awesome? If she had those skills, I could've married Xin'er ages ago!" Butterfly Rogue said, full of envy.
"Isn't that a little... unethical?" Eli Crane paused his flute, unable to resist commenting. He'd never met his own parents, but these guys had both parents and still acted like this...
Ethan Chu saw the deep sadness in Eli Crane's eyes, and guessed what he was thinking. "Ignore him. That guy is a total creep!" he said.
"You're the creep! I'm just being normal, okay?" Butterfly Rogue retorted, puffing up in indignation.
Seeing this, Ethan Chu teased, "Hey, you were a flower thief for so long—you must've stolen a ton of flowers, right? Now that you've retired, are you feeling pent up? Why not go steal a few more? We promise not to tell Xin'er."
"Hey, Number Six, what are you implying? Yeah, I was a flower thief and stole plenty, but ever since I met Xin'er, I've stopped! Look, I know I can't compare to you virgins, but I'm sincere. Even if Xin'er never lets me touch her, I won't go after any other woman!" Butterfly Rogue declared loudly.
Eli Crane smiled slightly. Sure, Butterfly Rogue's past was a little shady, but Eli could tell how much he cared for Xin'er. Even when he joked around, that mischievous look in his eyes always showed his deep fascination and attachment.
"Yeah, that's our Number Five—got guts!"
"Hey, Number Five, you—" Ethan Chu couldn't believe it. Butterfly Rogue really ran off!
A moment later—
"You guys..." Butterfly Rogue had just found a thick patch of grass to lie down in, only to discover two others had joined him.
"Shh!" Ethan Chu quickly made a 'quiet' gesture.
"He dragged me here," Eli Crane said awkwardly, turning his head away. Xin'er, don't blame me—I really didn't want to come, seriously!

"Mmm..." Ivy Shen couldn't believe it. She'd just helped him check the abacus, both of them leaning in, and she looked up to tell him the abacus was totally fine.
But as she looked up, whether by chance or fate, their lips just happened to meet.
"So fragrant..." Caleb blurted out, forgetting himself. He dropped the abacus, grabbed her by the back of the head, and kissed her like there was no tomorrow.
"Beijing Fragrant! Beijing Fragrant!" he muttered childishly between kisses, and while Ivy was still dazed, he slipped his tongue right in.

The moment he entered her mouth, a musky orchid scent overwhelmed him, making him dizzy with pleasure.
*Gulp!* Butterfly Rogue and Ethan Chu swallowed hard, totally awestruck.
Eli Crane, meanwhile, just blushed and looked away, utterly embarrassed.
Right now, Ivy's skin was as flawless as sheep-fat jade, glowing tenderly in the moonlight. Her swan-like neck was so pale and delicate it made people want to reach out and touch it. Her chest wrap was soaked, showing off her curves; water droplets slid down her shoulders, neck, and chest, finally landing on her long, beautiful legs. The whole scene was so perfect, it could make anyone's nosebleed.
"You guys okay?" Eli Crane couldn't watch anymore and turned to ask the others if they wanted to leave. But when he looked over, he saw the two of them with massive nosebleeds, looking totally wrecked.

"I'm dying here, losing too much blood!" Butterfly Rogue flopped onto his back—if he didn't lie down, he'd bleed out for sure. Ethan Chu was in the same boat.
"You guys okay?"
"Don't be so smug! If you hadn't touched Xin'er, your nosebleed would be even worse than ours!" For a former flower thief, this was beyond humiliating. He'd seen all kinds of women, but now he looked like he hadn't seen one in centuries. So embarrassing!
"Exactly!" Ethan Chu chimed in. No way could they let the others see them like this, or they'd be roasted for sure!
Seeing this, Eli Crane stopped looking at them and accidentally glanced at the pair in the hot spring. Suddenly, he frowned. "Something's not right..."
"Uh, what's not right?" Butterfly Rogue asked from where he was lying down, confused.
"The Crown Prince seems..."
"Seems what? Don't tell me he already... got Xin'er?" Butterfly Rogue couldn't bear to look, his heart breaking as he asked.
"Seems like he's regained his memory," Eli finally said after watching for a while.
At that, the other two jolted upright, forgetting all about their nosebleeds, and pressed themselves back down into the grass to investigate.
"Look closely—he's not acting like before, especially that sly grin on his lips!" Eli observed in detail.
The other two immediately widened their eyes and stared over.
Right now, as Caleb kissed Ivy, his heart was pounding out of control. No one knew how much he trembled when their lips first touched. That soft, lingering sensation made him want to explore even more, and his hands couldn't help but roam her smooth white back, his burning kisses leaving marks on every inch of skin he wanted to claim.
Ivy, meanwhile, was baffled. Do men just get super skilled at this kind of thing, even if they lose their memories?!
"I saw it! That scheming smile at the corner of his lips!" Butterfly Rogue clenched his fists. That guy must've gotten his memory back, still pretending not to know, just to monopolize Xin'er.
"Yeah, I saw it too!" Ethan Chu gritted his teeth, equally annoyed.
"Let's go!" The next second, Ethan Chu and Butterfly Rogue jumped up, dragging Eli Crane along between them.
"You guys..."
"Xin'er cares about you. With you here, we'll be fine!" Butterfly Rogue explained quickly.
"Wow, Number Five, look at the moon tonight!" Ethan Chu suddenly shouted. Ivy and Caleb both froze, and Caleb had no choice but to let go of Ivy. But it was obvious—they both saw the annoyance in his eyes!
"What are you guys doing here?" Ivy asked, a little embarrassed. No wonder—this spot was sheltered, so she hadn't noticed them over there.
"We're here to bathe! Right, Number Seven?" Butterfly Rogue and Ethan Chu nodded, then pulled Eli Crane's hand and all three jumped in together.
Splash! The huge wave drenched Caleb's face, and he was seriously annoyed!
"What are you guys doing here?" Caleb demanded, clearly irritated.
"What are we doing? We're here to watch your performance! Caleb, stop pretending. You've totally regained your memory and you're still acting dumb—so shameless!" Butterfly Rogue shouted angrily.
Caleb froze. Ivy looked at him, her eyes growing more and more angry. A storm was about to break!
