Family Reunion

"Evan, how are you here? Am I dreaming? Why do I feel like I've slept for so long? What exactly happened?" Lillian Zhang said.

Evan glanced at her, noticing how pale she looked. With a thought, he sent a stream of wood-element energy into her body. "Don't talk yet, just focus on recovering your strength. Any questions can wait until later."

After a while, Evan stopped. Lillian's complexion improved significantly, and she sat up right away. But when she lifted the blanket and saw she was completely naked, her cheeks flushed red and she hurriedly covered herself back up.

She stared at Evan in confusion and said, "Did you do something to me? Meeting like this right away is way too shameless!"

"What are you talking about? You're my woman, so there's nothing to be embarrassed about. Besides, I've seen everything before. This situation was forced by necessity—you were possessed by a powerful soul, and I could only drive it out this way. I really didn't do anything to you," Evan replied immediately.

"What exactly happened? It feels like I've lost a huge chunk of my memory. When did you come back?" Lillian asked.

"I only came back a few days ago. When I saw you, I sensed something was wrong and discovered a soul inside your body. That's why I did all this. How do you feel now?" Evan asked.

Lillian didn't bother hiding anything and put on her clothes right in front of Evan. Watching her, Evan couldn't help feeling a surge of desire, wanting nothing more than to pounce on her and have his way, but he knew now wasn't the time for that.

"I still feel a bit weak and my head's fuzzy, probably from sleeping so long. Evan, what happened to that soul? Did you kill it?" Lillian asked.

"I sealed her away, so don't worry about it. I'm going to stay in the Netherworld for a few days. This time I came back just to see you three sisters, and I'm so proud of all of you for giving me children. It really makes me happy."

"Here's a low-grade Immortal Stone. Try absorbing its energy—if you can, your ascension to the Immortal Realm will be just around the corner. You're about to break through to the Ninth Layer of the Venerable Martial Realm," Evan said.

Lillian took the Immortal Stone from Evan and immediately began absorbing it. After a while, she smiled and said, "Such powerful Immortal Spirit Force! Just like Master said before—I never thought I'd actually be able to absorb Immortal energy."

Hearing Lillian say that, Evan finally relaxed. The cultivation method Ice-Snow Fairy passed to her was for immortal cultivation, so of course she could absorb the energy from the Immortal Stone. His worries faded a bit.

"Take your time absorbing it. I'll check on you later—Faye and Ivy are here too. Once you've recovered, we'll come back together." Evan gently kissed Lillian on the cheek and left the room, relieved to have finally handled this tricky problem.

It was already late at night. Princess Ivy and Faye Knox had been resting for a while, but Evan went straight to the City Lord's Mansion rooftop and sat down, feeling a mix of happiness and loss in his heart.

He'd just sat down when Faye's voice came from behind him. "Evan, how's Lillian? Why are you sitting here?"

Evan turned to see both Faye and Ivy there. "Why aren't you two asleep? You came up to the rooftop too—don't tell me you've been waiting for me to come out!"

"You already know the answer! We're worried about Lillian too—after all, the three of us are close sisters. Hurry up and tell us what happened!"

"Lillian's back to normal now. I drove the soul out of her body, and it turned out to be a top-tier expert's soul—just thinking about it is scary. She's recovering her strength now; we'll check on her soon," Evan said with a smile.

The two women sat down beside Evan, one on each side, both leaning their heads on his shoulders. They gazed quietly at the sky, saying nothing, but the feeling was warm and deeply satisfying.

About an hour later, Evan said, "Let's go check on Lillian. She should be almost fully recovered by now."

When they arrived at Lillian's room, she had finished absorbing the Immortal Stone's energy. Seeing the three of them enter, she smiled and said, "Thank you all for worrying about me. I'm fine now—the only thing I feel is that I've slept for a really, really long time. I didn't even know when all this happened."

"Don't overthink it. Now that Evan's back, you should spend time with him. We won't interrupt your good thing tonight—let's talk tomorrow," Faye said.

"Don't go! There's no way I can satisfy this pervert alone—let's serve him together, sisters. Besides, I'm still a little weak, and I know you're both lonely too," Lillian said, blushing.

Evan was stunned—he hadn't expected Lillian to be so much more open than before. Of course, he was more than happy with this, and Faye and Ivy didn't object.

Earlier, Evan had already been tormented by Lillian's body, so now that he could act openly, he was extremely eager. He immediately pounced, stripping off her clothes—and what followed was a passionate night...

That night, Evan didn't go overboard. After each woman was satisfied once, he stopped. The three women didn't sleep either; instead, they lay in bed talking with Evan about various things.

Early the next morning, all four got up. When they entered the main hall, Cole and the others were already there. Seeing Evan enter as a young man, Cole's face was full of confusion—it was just too strange.

Knowing why Cole looked so puzzled, Lillian said, "Cole, aren't you going to greet your father? This really is your dad!"

"Mom, he looked like this yesterday and you said he wasn't my dad. You even kicked him out of the hall! Then another guy came in and you said he was my dad—what's going on?" Cole asked, totally confused.

"It's a long story, but both people who entered the hall were your dad—they're the same person. I was possessed by a powerful soul, so I didn't know a lot of things. That's why it was so confusing," Lillian explained.

"Dad, you're amazing! Chase and I totally admire you!" Lena said with a grin.

Cole glanced at Lena and Chase. "You guys already knew he was our dad? Were you deliberately keeping it from me?"

"Of course! If we hadn't kept it secret, how could we have helped Aunt Lillian? You're such a dummy. Even if we didn't recognize him, do you think our moms wouldn't?" Lena said.

"Greetings, Dad. This whole thing is so confusing—I'm totally lost. Your disguise technique is incredible," Cole said.

"Your mom's disguise skills are even better! Now that everything's resolved, today is truly our family's reunion day. Let's celebrate properly at noon," Evan said with a smile.

(Today's contract change, not much writing. Some readers will say I'm making excuses again, but three chapters will be made up this afternoon, no matter how late! There will be updates even at midnight!)
