The Most Dangerous Moment in History

Another breakthrough!

Ryan Ling didn't hesitate for a second—he threw his whole mind into cultivation, blocking out everything else!

That piece of Mystic Ancestral Jade was working overtime, too—all its power poured straight into Ryan’s body, and his glazed immortal qi shot up like mad. This time, he wasn’t chasing speed; he wanted stability. He did everything he could to keep his aura steady and lay down a rock-solid foundation.

Breaking into the Heavenly Immortal Realm—now that’s the biggest milestone of your life! Way more exciting than when he jumped from Heaven-Tribulation to Earth Immortal.

Once you hit Heavenly Immortal, you’re basically not human anymore.

Your whole life force is pure immortal aura—feels absolutely unreal, like every earthly worry just vanishes. Your mind opens up, and all those mortal problems become tiny, not even worth mentioning. This is real immortal territory: no desires, no baggage, totally free.

Ryan’s run into plenty of Heavenly Immortals before, but most of them only hit that level in power, not in mindset—they’re still stuck with mortal habits. That kind of cultivation is totally off.

Right now, Ryan’s not overthinking it—he’s just building up his foundation, step by step, pushing his strength higher. For a moment, he seems to merge with the earth itself—the ultimate display of Earth Immortal power!

But while Ryan’s busy locking down his Earth Immortal power, things inside Ruins Sect are already blowing up—his whole string of moves has stirred up major trouble!

"What a gutsy new disciple—daring to disrespect his seniors and even wipe out the whole Qin Family! He’s totally insane!" Right now, a bunch of Discipline Hall disciples are huddled together. Discipline Hall is the most powerful division inside Ruins Sect—no one messes with them lightly!

But if you ever cross Discipline Hall, the consequences are seriously brutal.

"Ever since that kid wiped out the Qin Family, he hasn’t shown his face in the sect. Should we head out and hunt him down, drag him back ASAP?" one Discipline Hall deacon suggested.

"No rush—all his women are still in Tender Haven, right? We just grab them and force his hand!" another disciple sneered.

"Exactly, solid plan. I guarantee he’ll show up!" another deacon laughed—a real bunch of cold, ruthless types.

"Alright, let’s do it—mobilize everyone and hit Tender Haven! Those women haven’t been ‘handled’ in ages; I bet they’re itching for it!"

"It’s not just itching—I bet they’re burning up! The other day I saw a few of them dressed extra slutty, like they’re in heat. And now that annoying Jade Xuan is gone, why not take this chance and wipe out Tender Haven? Let our brothers have some fun with those women—sounds way better!"

"Great idea! Our brothers have been working their asses off all year. The Qin Family was supposed to give us a nice reward at year’s end, but now they’re toast, so that’s out the window. Why not just round up those women and treat the guys instead?"

With all that talk, the whole mood in Discipline Hall shifted—like they’d popped pills or something, everyone got hyped, cracking their knuckles and heading straight for Tender Haven!

Discipline Hall has insane authority—they can find a thousand excuses to detain everyone in Tender Haven and torture them, and nobody dares speak up.

As Discipline Hall got all worked up and basically everyone started marching toward Tender Haven, a few people on a distant mountain peak were watching—and their expressions were anything but normal.

"Elder Harold Hong, this situation’s getting out of hand! Tender Haven might be down and out, but it’s still Jade Xuan’s turf. We have to give her some respect—if we let these guys run wild, who knows what’ll happen!"

"Totally! We can’t let them do whatever they want. Even if someone messed up, it’s that kid’s fault alone—Tender Haven shouldn’t get dragged in!"

......

With those tense words, both of them fixed their eyes on Elder Harold Hong.

Elder Harold Hong didn’t look too happy, but he kept his cool and said, "Don’t panic yet. This is actually a good chance to test that kid’s real strength. He’s not like the others—he wiped out the whole Qin Family by himself. The more I see, the more interested I get. Since Discipline Hall’s making a move, it’s the perfect opportunity!"

"Elder Hong, you think that kid would actually rush back for Tender Haven? Is that even possible?"

"Probably not. He’s no idiot—if Discipline Hall was after him, he’d have shown up already. Why would he wait this long?"

......

Clearly, those two didn’t buy it!

"Relax—he’ll definitely show up!" Elder Harold Hong was totally confident.

Right then, over a hundred Discipline Hall disciples swarmed to Tender Haven’s gate. They all looked starved, eyes blazing red. The commotion set off alarms in nearby cave-mansions—especially Scarface Ma, who’d lost to Ryan before. He was hyped up, shouting about helping Discipline Hall and grabbing people himself!

But inside, Linglong—the cave-master—charged right out. She’d been in despair before, but since Ryan joined, she was a whole new person. Now, facing the Discipline Hall mob, she showed zero fear.

"What do you think you’re doing? Surrounding Tender Haven with all these people—planning to tear down our cave-mansion? Not even the sect master has the right to treat us like this!" Linglong shouted sharply.

"Hiding a rebel, you filthy bitch! How dare you act tough—grab her!" a Discipline Hall deacon roared, loud enough for the whole sect to hear.

A bunch of Discipline Hall disciples moved in, closing in on Linglong!

"I dare you!" Linglong knew what Ryan had done, but she didn’t flinch. She whipped out an iron token. "This is Tender Haven’s imperial iron plaque—see it, and it’s as good as seeing the sect master! Let’s see who dares lay a finger on me!"

"Imperial plaque?" The moment she flashed it, all the Discipline Hall disciples hesitated. That plaque carried serious weight—Jade Xuan earned it for Tender Haven with her legendary achievements, and the sect master made it just for them. It held supreme authority—nobody was supposed to cross it!

"Linglong’s got guts—I didn’t expect this!" Elder Harold Hong smiled faintly from the side; clearly, he’d followed along to keep an eye on things.

But just as he finished, a cold-eyed Discipline Hall enforcer stepped out, totally unimpressed by the plaque—pure contempt in his gaze.

"Ha! Jade Xuan’s long gone, and you’re still waving that scrap of metal around? Pathetic!" He swept his gaze over the plaque—BANG!—and it flew right out of Linglong’s hand!

"Shade Thirteen, you bastard! You dare touch Tender Haven’s imperial plaque? That’s straight-up treason—" Linglong screamed, voice raw with fury. Every disciple in Tender Haven poured out, swords drawn, ready to fight to the death!

But Shade Thirteen didn’t hesitate for a second. He shot forward like an arrow, grabbed Linglong by the throat, and lifted her clean off the ground.

"So what if I’m committing treason today? Discipline Hall is Ruins Sect’s number-one cave-mansion—we have the right to execute first and report later! You think a little plaque can stop me? Dream on! I’m laying hands on you right now—let’s see who dares say a word!" Shade Thirteen was clearly a top enforcer, and with his move, all the Discipline Hall forces slowly closed in...
