Drakehorn glared at Victor Luo and sneered, "Go die." As soon as he finished, he attacked directly, sending the unprepared Victor Luo flying out of the Six-Sword Formation. Elise Ling was startled and hurried to help him up.
"Damn it, why is it like this?" Victor Luo climbed to his feet, staring at the Intimidation Stone.
"Don’t you get it yet? That stone is fake," Drakehorn said.
After speaking, Drakehorn swept through the sword formation. Seeing Drakehorn break out, Victor Luo said, "We don’t have any real grudge. How about we end it here?"
"You’re really shameless. Just now you kept saying you’d deal with me, but now things aren’t going your way, so you want to back out? Is that what humans are like?" Drakehorn sneered.
Victor Luo and Elise Ling knew they had no choice but to fight. This battle meant everything to them—if they lost, Drakehorn would probably devour them. If they managed to escape, nothing else mattered.
So they prepared for a last stand. Seeing them ready, Drakehorn sneered, "You two think you’re strong enough to control me? Ridiculous. Today I’ll show you how terrifying Drakehorn really is."
As soon as he finished, Drakehorn opened his mouth, unleashing a devouring force so strong it made their souls tremble. Victor Luo and Elise Ling braced themselves, refusing to be pulled forward, and controlled the six swords to attack Drakehorn.
But those attacks were useless against the devouring force; instead, they were absorbed.
"What do we do now?" Elise Ling asked, struggling against the overwhelming devouring force.
