"We're not done yet, what's the rush?" Alexander Hayes sat calmly, while Princess Jade Hayes pulled out two boxes from her sleeve and placed them on the table.

One box was black, the other was red.

"What's this?" Emperor Leonard eyed the boxes, a sinking feeling telling him nothing good lay inside.

"These are secret medicines I got from my father before leaving home." Princess Jade Hayes fiddled with the boxes, then looked up at Emperor Leonard. "Your Majesty, you played a ruthless trick on us as a couple. I’m a woman who always repays a debt—so if I don’t get even, that’s just not my style."

"Jade, w-what are you planning to do?" Emperor Leonard swallowed nervously. He knew Princess Jade Hayes well—gentle as spring to her own, but merciless to her enemies.

"This one is for you, Your Majesty." Princess Jade Hayes opened the black box, revealing a single black pill that exuded a chilling medicinal scent.

"What kind of medicine is this? What are you making me take!?" Emperor Leonard swallowed again and shook his head. "I'm not eating that!"

"Whether you eat it or not isn't up to you!" Sean Hayes stepped forward, pressing the muzzle of his pistol to Emperor Leonard's head. "Your Majesty, you've seen what this gun can do. As the saying goes, no matter how skilled, you still fear the cleaver; but the sharpest cleaver can't beat a firearm. So, either swallow the pill, or get a hole in your head—your choice."

The icy barrel pressed against his head sent chills down Emperor Leonard’s spine. Seeing Sean Hayes’s cold expression and the tight ring of Shenhuo Battalion soldiers, he realized that if he didn’t take the pill, he wouldn’t be leaving alive.

With no other option, Emperor Leonard shakily swallowed the pill. Instantly, he felt cold all over, clutching his stomach as he sat, sweat pouring from his brow. "Jade, w-what did you just make me eat?"

"It's not poison, don't worry, it won't kill you." Princess Jade Hayes shot Emperor Leonard a cold look, then opened the red box and turned to Lord Huainan. "Old Lord, this pill is for you. I suggest you take it yourself, unless you want us to force it down."

Seeing no point in struggling, Lord Huainan silently swallowed the pill. Soon, he felt a burning heat spreading through his body, his head steaming, a stark contrast to Emperor Leonard beside him, who was shivering with cold.

"What on earth did you make us take?!" Lord Huainan clutched his stomach. Though he felt hot, it wasn't unbearable. Glancing at Emperor Leonard, he realized the Emperor was suffering much more.

Clearly, these two pills had very different effects.

Princess Jade Hayes tapped her fingers lightly on the table and addressed Emperor Leonard: "Your Majesty, the pill you took is a powerful male sterilization medicine! After this, you’ll never father a child again—guaranteed!"

Emperor Leonard's face turned ashen. "You—Jade, how could you be so ruthless!"
