Heaven and Earth Cage

Lynn Ling and the others could only stare in shock as more and more Sun-Herders gathered, each dropping to one knee. The air rang with their voices, wave after wave hailing, "Your Highness! Your Highness!"

By now, nearly every Sun-Herder in the clan had assembled here—close to a hundred thousand giants, all kneeling on one knee, heads bowed low, filling the space with solemn reverence.

There was no emperor among the Sun-Herders, and Quinn Shepherd certainly wasn't one of their clan. So who exactly was this 'Your Highness' they kept invoking?

"Is the cowherd boy the prince of the Great Ruins? Or is he a prince of Carefree Haven? Could he really be the crown prince of the Great Ruins?"

Lynn Ling blinked in confusion. Was the cowherd boy hiding such an extraordinary lineage all along?

And how on earth had he managed to command the Solar Ark—to seize the helm of such a god-forged vessel and wield its unimaginable power?

Fox Lina, meanwhile, looked crestfallen. "So the young master isn't actually a fox spirit come to life?"

Quinn Shepherd loosened his grip on the control pillar, his body shrinking back to normal as the two extra arms melted away. He hurried over to help the old Sun-Herder Clan Chief to his feet. "Clan Chief, please—let your people stand," he urged.

"Thank you, Your Highness."

The old Sun-Herder Clan Chief straightened, his expression solemn. "We did not recognize Your Highness before, and may have shown disrespect. Please forgive us for any offense."
