Rain Whisper Technique

12/2/2025

Facing the cameras, some of the fighters got stage fright and totally flopped (seriously, do we have to censor even this word?). But most were raring to go, determined to show off their best moves. The organizers saw a golden opportunity for publicity, so they pulled out all the stops to make it a spectacle.

But what was even hotter than the Martial King Tournament itself was a viral video online called 'I Can’t Bluff Anymore' (《我已经忽悠不下去了》). Of course, this leaked version came from some shameless insider—the real TV broadcast was a totally different, polished edit, all fancy and righteous.

As the star of the show, Jack Young naturally had the cameras glued to him. He was pretty considerate to his opponents—letting them strut their stuff first before using basic takedowns to win. Blood-energy attacks and all that supernatural jazz? Way too freaky for this world, so he kept it off-camera.

With every win, Jack’s popularity climbed. Sure, he had the ‘pretty boy’ angle, but he showed up as a real martial artist—looks are great, but you gotta be strong too. If you’re not, you’re yesterday’s news. Luckily, Jack KO’d his opponents cleanly every time, with moves so slick his smile was dazzling—talk about eye candy.

The internet was buzzing—fans hyped him up, haters called him a fake or said it was all scripted. People started digging into his background, and soon enough, info about Jack’s badass dad and rich mom hit the web. Determined to paint Jack as some spoiled rich kid chasing fame.

“Teacher Jack” (Jack Young) really is something else—no matter where he goes, he stands out. Even on a nationwide show, he can be this much of a troll.

“Teacher Jack” sure is bold, but honestly, he looks even cooler on TV. Just look at how dazzling his smile is when he says that line!

And Jack’s attitude? He couldn’t care less.

Training when he should, fighting when he must. The day before the match, Jack’s chakras had reached the fifth—throat chakra. Once it opened, he felt his immune system level up big time, and he was just a hair’s breadth from hitting the third layer of Insight Technique.

Just like when he was about to hit the second layer and suddenly got super-vision, now Jack kept getting bursts of super-hearing. It’s not as obvious in a fight as super-vision, but vision has its limits—if someone sneaks up behind you, you’re outta luck.

Facing the cameras, some of the fighters got stage fright and totally flopped (seriously, does even this word need to be censored these days?). But most were raring to go, itching to show off their skills. The organizers saw a golden opportunity for publicity, so they pulled out all the stops to make it a spectacle.

After all, the martial arts world hasn’t been in the spotlight for ages—this kind of chance is super rare.

As the center of attention, Jack Young’s matches were always the focus of the cameras. He was pretty fair to his opponents—letting them show off first, then using regular grappling and counter moves to take them down. Blood-energy attacks and other mystical tricks? Way too freaky for mainstream TV, so he kept those off-camera.

With every win, Jack Young’s popularity soared. Sure, he had the ‘pretty boy’ gimmick, but he was out there as a real martial artist. It’s not just about looks—it’s about strength. If you’re not strong, you’re out. Luckily, Jack KO’d his opponents clean every time, with moves so dazzling they made the crowd’s eyes pop.

The internet went wild—fans hyped him up, haters called him fake or said it was all staged. Soon, people started digging into his background, and out came all the dirt about Jack Young’s badass dad and loaded mom. They were dead set on painting him as some rich kid chasing clout.

Of course, plenty of people jumped in to argue and roast each other—classic online drama. That’s just how the internet rolls.

Honestly, this whole media storm is just a blip—there’s always some new scandal dropping every second. Compared to the big headlines, Jack Young’s story is just a footnote in the footnotes.

Jack Young’s own attitude? He truly doesn’t give a single damn.

Training when he should, fighting when he must. The day before the match, Jack Young’s chakras had reached the fifth—throat chakra. Once it opened, he felt his immune system level up big time, and he was just a hair’s breadth from hitting the third layer of Insight Technique (般若功).

Just like when he was about to hit the second layer and suddenly got super-vision, now Jack kept getting bursts of super-hearing. It’s not as obvious in a fight as super-vision, but vision has its limits—if someone sneaks up behind you, you’re outta luck. Super-hearing, though? If there’s a vibration or sound, Jack can sense it—360 degrees, no blind spots.

Lately, any mosquito unlucky enough to buzz near Jack Young? Not a single one survived. His super-hearing picked up every tiny flap—360-degree coverage, total mosquito annihilation.

Meanwhile, as Jack Young’s match blazed on, somewhere far away in a fancy city apartment…

The whole arena went wild—spectators, judges, reporters, even the martial artists watching were all staring, jaws dropped, not believing their own eyes.

A camera zoomed in, sticking to Jack’s face the whole time. Sure enough, his eyes stayed shut from start to finish!

No way!

In the middle of all the noise, Jack himself was calm as a pond. Today, he’d just unlocked his sixth chakra—the brow chakra. The moment it opened, Jack knew he’d hit the third level of Insight Technique: Rain Whisper Technique. At this stage, you could sit inside and still hear the tiniest raindrops hitting outside. Every drop, every whisper, perfectly clear.

Jack shut his eyes, cutting off his sight, but his hearing revealed a whole new world. He could hear his blood flowing, his muscles moving. Every breeze flicking his sleeves or brushing his hair—he caught it all.

He picked up the sound of his opponent’s footsteps, pinpointing their exact location. He heard fists slicing through the air, palms whipping by—he could sense every move.

He could even reconstruct his opponent’s blurry shape through sound—and, most mind-blowing of all, he sensed the flash of their blood energy line.

A tiny step to the side—just enough to dodge the incoming attack. Jack grabbed his opponent’s wrist, used a soft technique, and had them moving wherever he wanted.

“Unbelievable! Absolutely unbelievable!” This time, it wasn’t ‘That Guy’ yelling—it was the judges. These old dudes with beards down to their chests were so hyped, you’d think they’d seen a miracle. Faces red, necks bulging: “What insane level of hearing skill is this? It’s practically magic!”

And Jack heard every word, loud and clear.

During the fight, Jack was all smiles. He remembered Grandpa Tang—how Tang could tell when the oil dripped back into the vat without looking, or nail Jack in the forehead with a pebble, eyes closed.

Back then, Tang always had that punchable look on his face and wouldn’t explain a thing. Now Jack finally gets it—the secret’s out, because now he can do it too!

Insight Technique, Level Three—Rain Whisper Technique, complete!

The rest? Nothing much to say. Jack won, of course, and pocketed a cool hundred grand. Well, that’s before taxes—what’s left after the government takes a bite is another story.

A mob of reporters swarmed in.

Someone asked if fighting with his eyes closed was all rehearsed. Jack replied, “Why don’t you try rehearsing that and see how hard it is?”

Someone asked if Jack wanted to break into showbiz. Jack said, “Go play in traffic.”

Someone asked who Jack wanted to thank most right now. Jack answered, “Grandpa Tang.”

Someone asked who Grandpa Tang was. Jack said, “Just an old crook who sells shady cooking oil.”
