Earth-Mother Origin World

High Heaven Academy in the Western Lands is now running smoothly. Young Master Cyrus Qi has also been invited by Victor Bloom to teach, joined by True Heaven Palace Mistress Raina Bear, Hugh No-Return who enters Dao through martial arts, True Heaven Palace’s little princess Kira Bear, Formation Mistress Ivy He, Poison Mistress Mina Frost, Sword Mistress Renee Locke, House Willow’s Lily Willow and her daughter Lynn Willow, Garrick the son of the Young Ancestor, and many others. Truly, High Heaven Academy is brimming with talent!

Lynn Ling, serving as the imperial commissioner sent by the Everpeace court, also holds an official position at High Heaven Academy.

Most crucially, Warfist Celestial Teacher Warren "Chase" Oxley also taught here for a time. However, rather than instructing the female disciples of the West, he imparted martial arts to Young Master Cyrus Qi, Raina Bear, Renee Locke, and others—even Victor Bloom, the grand sacrificial wine, joined in to listen for a while.

"Bruno the Dragon-Qilin was ridden off by Warfist Celestial Teacher."

Victor Bloom said, "Warfist Celestial Teacher waited for you to return Bruno, but after waiting several months and you still didn't bring him back, he got angry. He said the whole Woodcutter's family are swindlers, so he just rode Bruno off."

Quinn Shepherd strolled around High Heaven Academy, taking in the sights, while Nether-Venerable was pulled away to attend lectures. Hearing this, Quinn exclaimed, "How could Bruno possibly carry him? Well, maybe it's good—Bruno carrying Warfist Celestial Teacher might actually toughen him up a bit."

Victor Bloom accompanied Quinn Shepherd, asking, "Compared to this Lucas Jade, I think both of us are false Overlord Bodies—he's the real deal. Where did you pick up this kid?"

"A million years ago."

Quinn Shepherd sighed, "He's not a child—he's already a million years old."

Victor Bloom nodded. "So that's how it is."

"Victor, you weren't shocked at all?" Quinn Shepherd studied his expression, puzzled.

Victor Bloom replied seriously, "I was already shocked."

Quinn kept studying his face, still unable to see any sign of astonishment. He shook his head, "I have no idea what Selena sees in you. You've never heard of Lucas Jade, so maybe you don't know his achievements. If I told you he was the founder and architect of the Divine Treasury and Heaven Palace cultivation systems, surely you'd show some shock, right?"

Victor Bloom's body trembled, but his expression remained unchanged. "The founder and architect of the Divine Treasury and Heaven Palace systems? Then why does he know nothing and have to start learning from scratch?"

Quinn Shepherd briefly recounted how he and Sam Oxley traveled back to the dawn of the Dragon-Han Era, meeting the Pioneer Emperor, the Seven Heavenly Venerables, the Heavenly Court festivities, and the Jade Pool Grand Assembly—how he and the Pioneer Emperor were both given the titles Shepherd Venerable and Quinn Heavenly Venerable.

Victor Bloom still wore the same expression, leaving Quinn Shepherd feeling rather deflated.

"Actually, ever since I met the Seven Heavenly Venerables, I've been pondering a question."

Quinn Shepherd smiled. "Do you know what question?"

Victor Bloom thought for a moment, then his eyes lit up. "Cult Master Quinn, this is a tremendous innovation! You're trying to reopen the Divine Bridge Treasury and mend the broken Divine Bridges of the Everpeace people. Even the martial artists of War-Ox Realm could now hope to reach the divine realm!"

Quinn Shepherd sighed, "You understand me, Victor. That's right—after meeting the Seven Heavenly Venerables, this question kept nagging at me. The Everpeace people are all Pioneer Emperor’s descendants; their Divine Bridges were severed, and the people of War-Ox Realm never had Divine Bridges at all. Neither Warfist Celestial Teacher's techniques nor the Magpie Bridge or Mysterious Guidance arts are true solutions. Only by reopening the Divine Bridge Treasury can we finally resolve this."

Cloud-Venerable pioneered the Divine Bridge Treasury, so you want to find a way to open the Divine Bridge Treasury and spread it, completely resolving this flaw.

Qin Mu nodded, "Everyone’s Divine Treasury is inherited from their ancestors. Since the Divine Bridge is broken and the treasury is lost, all we need to do is open it up again. Not everyone can succeed, but the number of cultivators who can will far outnumber those who master the Magpie Bridge technique!"

Cloud-Venerable pioneered the Divine Bridge Treasury, so did you ever ask him how to open it?

Qin Mu shook his head, "When I returned to the beginning of the Dragon-Han Era, I couldn’t speak with him. Later, he died in battle during the Dragon-Han years. But if he could open the Divine Bridge Treasury, so can we."

Victor hesitated, then said, "If you can open the Divine Bridge Treasury, you’ll be another Cloud-Venerable! But your Divine Bridge Treasury is intact—how will you open it?"

Qin Mu smiled, "I’m in the Celestial Being Realm now, not far from the Life and Death Realm. Once I reach it, I’ll cripple my own Divine Bridge Treasury and try to open it again myself. But you’re wrong about one thing—I’m not another Cloud-Venerable. A million years ago, I was already Shepherd-Venerable!"

Victor pondered, "Your Divine Bridge Treasury is intact, but mine is broken. Maybe I should be the one to become the next Cloud-Venerable."

Qin Mu raised his eyebrows, grinning, "Then let’s compete. Let’s see who can first open the Life and Death Treasury, cripple the Divine Bridge Treasury, and then reopen the Divine Bridge!"

Victor smiled gently, "Deal. When that day comes, you’ll have to admit you’re the female."

Qin Mu burst out laughing, "Aren’t you busy researching primordial magnetism divine arts and the Taiwei Numerology Classic? Will you even have time to study the Divine Bridge Treasury? You’re bound to lose!"

Victor replied coolly, "You seem even busier than me. Do you have any time?"

The two stared each other down, each letting out a snort.

Victor said, "Granny Sue is researching primordial magnetism divine arts with the Heavenly Saint Academy disciples in High-Emperor Heaven, and she’s made a lot of progress. I often go there to help her establish the foundational runes. So far, Granny Sue has sorted out over 1,300 primordial magnetism runes, but I’ve calculated that there are still more than 600 yet to be discovered. Once Lucas Jade masters my High Heaven Academy techniques, maybe we should visit High-Emperor Heaven."

After more than half a month, Lucas Jade mastered the foundational runes of High Heaven Academy. Victor packed his things and set out with Qin Mu for High-Emperor Heaven.

Qin Mu had always been a hands-off supervisor—after working out a few primordial magnetism equations, he tossed the job to Granny Sue and Victor, and ran off to do his own thing.

This time, when he arrived in High-Emperor Heaven, he saw many strange buildings—columns forged from black copper, hollow inside, some tall and some short, thick or thin. The tallest were hundreds of zhang high, like mountain peaks; the shortest barely a foot.

Hundreds of these columns stood at primordial magnetism anomaly points, and at the border between High-Emperor Heaven and the Great Ruins, anomaly points were most numerous. There were twenty or thirty similar setups, making for a spectacular sight.

At each anomaly point, cultivators circled the copper columns with paper and pen, recording data on the primordial magnetism reactions, then sent the results to the nearby High-Emperor Heaven divine city for processing.

True God Pang Yu, God Sang Ye, and others rebuilt High-Emperor Heaven, constructing several new divine cities where people could thrive. Granny Sue borrowed many of High-Emperor Heaven’s cultivators for her primordial magnetism rune research.

High-Emperor Heaven’s numerology was once poor, but after the two realms connected, its cultivators began learning numerology in Yankang. Now, quite a few are skilled in calculation arts.

When Qin Mu entered the city, he found Granny Sue buried in mountains of paper, with over a hundred disciples sorting data sent from each anomaly point. All kinds of calculation spirit weapons clattered away.

On the walls were more than a thousand intricate runes, flickering in and out, faintly emanating primordial magnetism.

"Only one rune left."

Victor studied the runes on the wall, surprised. "Granny Sue’s speed is impressive!"

As he spoke, Granny Sue’s laughter rang out: "It’s done! I’ve worked it out!"

The beautiful woman leapt up, came to the wall, surged her qi, and imprinted the final rune onto it.

Qin Mu stepped forward, studying the primordial magnetism runes on the wall, moved. He praised, "Granny, sorting out these 1,900-plus runes is an achievement beyond measure!"

Only then did Granny Sue notice them. Delighted, she said, "Mu’er, when did you arrive? You haven’t visited me in ages! You deserve forty percent of the credit for these runes; the other sixty percent is split between me and Victor. Victor worked out over a thousand primordial magnetism equations. I only sorted out a handful myself."

Victor modestly glanced at Qin Mu.

Qin Mu smiled, "I derived the initial equations, and Victor followed my path and did a great job."

Victor grunted.

Qin Mu’s words might sound boastful, but they were true.

Qin Mu discovered the mysteries of primordial magnetism, created the foundational equations, and left the task of deducing the runes to the others.

Qin Mu was the pathfinder; the others refined and perfected it. That’s why he deserved nearly half the credit.

"Granny, now that the primordial magnetism divine arts are sorted, can we comprehend them?" Qin Mu asked.

"We can give it a try!"

Granny Sue, full of enthusiasm, led them outside the city. "While deducing the primordial magnetism runes, I’ve been pondering many divine arts and have organized quite a few. Just now, when the last rune came together, I naturally comprehended a grand technique that perfectly fuses all 1,900-plus runes."

Qin Mu knew she had already reached the realm of 'divine arts into Dao.' With all the primordial magnetism runes sorted, the technique she grasped must be extraordinary, and he couldn’t help but look forward to it.

Qin Mu, Victor, and Lucas Jade followed Granny Sue outside, along with other cultivators from High-Emperor Heaven and disciples from Heavenly Saint Academy who flew over to watch.

True God Pang Yu, God Sang Ye, and others also arrived, and the sky was filled with gods and cultivators, all waiting for Granny Sue to demonstrate.

Granny Sue stood atop High-Emperor Heaven; below was the Great Ruins, perfectly vertical beneath them.

"I haven’t named this technique yet. Let me show you all first!"

She activated her technique, primordial qi surging. Granny Sue was already a goddess, her power immense, her technique exquisite. As she unleashed her newly comprehended primordial magnetism grand divine art, everyone in the sky plummeted like rain, crashing to the ground, unable to move.

Qin Mu was also pinned down, feeling as if countless heavens pressed atop him, his heart pounding with fear.

True God Pang Yu struggled to his feet, legs trembling, nearly unable to stand. Frightened, he shouted, "Elder Youyou, take it easy! You’ll crush us if you’re not careful!"

Granny Sue turned, finally noticing everyone pinned to the ground. She laughed, "My technique is aimed at the Great Ruins, not at you. Once I unleash it, the primordial magnetism won’t press you down anymore."

She clapped forward, and primordial magnetism god-light erupted. Within her technique, countless stars coiled into a river, beams of primordial magnetism linking the stars, weaving together, thundering down onto the Great Ruins!

The Great Ruins below suddenly sank by a hundred zhang, while far away, mountain ranges burst from the earth, rising in chains from underground!

Granny Sue praised, "What a splendid technique. You don’t feel the pressure anymore, do you?"

Qin Mu and the others felt the pressure lift and scrambled to their feet. God Sang Ye laughed, "Elder Youyou’s power is superb, and her technique is extraordinary. But perhaps you could withdraw it now?"

But the Great Ruins kept shaking—mountains kept bursting out, expanding outward.

Granny Sue was puzzled. "But I already withdrew my technique… Wait, something’s wrong!"

Qin Mu and the others looked down at the Great Ruins, only to see mountain ranges racing away, the land expanding so fast that the nearest peak was now thousands of miles distant—far beyond the naked eye.

Meanwhile, Qin Mu saw the Yong River widening, growing broader and more turbulent by the moment!

The great river was once a hundred zhang wide, but now, with every blink, it expanded another hundred zhang!

"What’s happening?"

Everyone stared in confusion, dumbfounded by the sight.

The Great Ruins wasn’t just expanding east and west—it was stretching north and south too. The mountains were growing crazier, bigger, and higher by the second!

"This is beyond what Granny’s technique could cause…"

Qin Mu’s heart skipped a beat. He shot into the air, dashed through the High-Emperor Heaven tunnel to the opposite side, and saw the West Great Ruins also expanding wildly.

At the Great Ruins Fault-Cliff, an even more terrifying scene unfolded: layers of heavens burst out from the cliff, growing larger and drifting skyward.

Soon, the sky was filled with tier upon tier of heavens, floating in the mist.

Granny Sue and the others rushed over, staring in shock.

The cliff thundered, rock walls splitting apart. Rivers inside the cliff raged, torrents pouring out, and from the flood, heavens leapt forth—as if all the heavens suppressed here across four eras were being released at once.

"Did I cause this?" Granny Sue blinked, murmuring.

"Yes."

Qin Mu stared at the cliff, which was rumbling upward, revealing a gigantic stone stele. The ancient script on its face grew clearer. He gazed at the characters, his voice hoarse: "It was you, Granny. You sorted out all the primordial magnetism runes and used the divine art to awaken the terrifying thing buried here…"

The stone stele bore ancient god-script—Qin Mu had seen such writing before, the kind used in the Dragon-Han Heavenly Court, composed of divine speech and brimming with mysterious power.

But the script on the stele was even older, with many variations Qin Mu couldn’t recognize.

"…Mother, and Origin. I can’t read the first and last characters."

Qin Mu studied the script for a while, then shook his head. "It’s too ancient for me to read."

"Earth-Mother Origin World," Lucas Jade suddenly said beside him.
