Counterattack, Ninth Royal Uncle Shows His Might

2/14/2026

At the very moment Rowan Bloom was forced to his knees, Prince Nolan and Serena happened to walk over. Rowan looked up and realized he was kneeling right in front of Serena and Prince Nolan.

This was humiliation—worse than seeing his entire scheme collapse. It made him furious, made him lose all face.

"You should all die!" Rowan exploded with rage, ignoring whether his body could take it. Twisting violently, he knocked Dorian’s Master aside and sprang up from the ground.

"The one who should die is you." Dorian’s Master stabbed from behind. Rowan noticed too late and could only just barely dodge a fatal blow.

The sword pierced Rowan’s shoulder. Rowan grabbed Dorian’s Master’s sword, twisted hard, and knocked it flying.

"Attacking from behind—how despicable." After suffering several setbacks in a row, Rowan was on the verge of losing control.

"Not as despicable as you—scheming behind people’s backs. You’re the shameless one." With his sword gone, Dorian’s Master fought barehanded, clenching his fists. Four razor-sharp steel needles slid out from between his fingers.

Thud—a punch landed, blood splattered. Rowan suffered a heavy blow from Dorian’s Master and grew even more cautious.

Rowan didn’t dare get close to Dorian’s Master, afraid he had more tricks up his sleeve. But even if he wanted to retreat, it depended on whether Dorian’s Master would let him. With Dorian’s Master attacking relentlessly, Rowan had no choice but to keep taking his moves.

Even in a two-against-one fight, Rowan still hadn’t lost. That showed just how skilled he was—otherwise, he never could have held onto the Demon Sect Master’s seat.
