Advance With Every Step, Kill With Every Step

Hearing those words, Paula Bloom instantly fired back: "Screw your mother! You little bastard who fell out of my pants, shouldn’t you be kneeling when you see your mom?"

"Pfft!" Ryan Ling was a little dizzy—damn, Paula Bloom really was savage, just blurting out stuff like that.

The Shaman Sect bigwig was at least in his fifties or sixties; his face instantly turned green and he started cursing: "Paula Bloom, I’ll destroy you!"

As soon as the Shaman Sect bigwig finished, a powerful force howled out—a burst of energy, not super strong, just Saint Realm. Paula didn’t hesitate at all; she shot forward and the two powers smashed together.

With a massive bang, the Shaman Sect’s Grand Shaman couldn’t hold his ground and actually staggered back two steps.

"Old bastard, you’re still too green to mess with me! Hand over the divine relic right now. If you dare disrespect it, I’ll skin you alive!" Paula Bloom shouted, her voice extra fierce.

Ryan Ling secretly admired this big sister’s guts, but he didn’t hesitate either. With Paula tying down these Shaman Sect people, it was the perfect chance for him to rush in and rescue China’s Divine Dragon.

After failing its tribulation, China’s Divine Dragon was obviously in a super dangerous spot!

But just as he was about to make his move, the Grand Shaman’s weak aura suddenly exploded—his power shot up crazy fast, jumping straight to God Realm with dragon qi boiling all around.

"That old bastard definitely swallowed some of the Divine Dragon’s power!" Guihai One-Blade yelled, eyes wide.

The power of China’s Divine Dragon isn’t ordinary—even just a tiny bit is enough to turn an ant into a powerhouse.

The Grand Shaman had already been at the peak of Saint Realm, but now, soaked in dragon qi, his strength shot up to the max. Even Paula Bloom was stunned for a second.

"Paula Bloom, you said I wasn’t qualified to fight you, right? Well, let me show you what I’ve got—see if I measure up!" The Grand Shaman launched himself at her again. Paula didn’t hesitate, unleashing all her power—she was a total badass, probably first-grade God Realm. But against the Grand Shaman now, she was clearly outmatched.

In an instant, their powers collided again. Paula’s face went totally pale, like all the blood got sucked out of her, and she staggered back, barely hanging on!

"Crap!" Guihai One-Blade gritted his teeth on the side—he was way too weak now to help. Ryan Ling didn’t hesitate for a second, flashing forward like lightning to block for Paula.

Ryan knew a bit about the Bloom family—they were a top clan in Southcape. Local natives, sure, but big-picture thinkers who once sent people to Jinling to connect with Ryan’s crew, hoping he’d wipe out the Shaman Sect scumbags and restore peace to Southcape. Back then, Ryan was too busy fighting World Dominion to care about some remote southern province.

But seeing Paula Bloom risk everything for the greater good—no way Ryan could just stand by!

"Who are you?" Paula Bloom blurted out, totally shocked.

"Relax—I’m here to help!" Ryan had moved so fast that he accidentally grabbed Paula’s chest. No joke, this woman was stacked—those two were huge.

He instantly let go, then sent a surge of energy into Paula’s body, calming her raging qi in a flash.

"Th-thanks!" Paula Bloom’s face flushed a little, but she could already feel the heat from Ryan Ling’s solid frame.

Right then, the Grand Shaman of the Shaman Sect saw everything and sneered, "Paula Bloom, you really are promiscuous. At a critical moment, you’ve got a pretty boy rushing to help. Impressive, impressive!"

"You’re full of crap!" Paula shot back, clenching her fists and ready to go again.

But Ryan Ling stopped her with one arm: "Don’t move. I’ve got this."

"But his strength…" Paula hesitated, a little worried.

Ryan didn’t hesitate—he shoved her behind him and charged straight out.

"Old bastard, you dare mess with the Divine Dragon? You’re dead!" Ryan roared, blasting out his Glazed Golden Core power. The Grand Shaman’s face twisted in terror as he scrambled to muster all his strength, but it was paper-thin against Ryan’s attack.

In a flash, the Grand Shaman’s whole body cracked open, his limbs exploded, and Ryan stomped him into the ground.

Suddenly, the whole Shaman Sect was thrown into chaos. They’d thought they had everything under control, that Paula Bloom was just here to die. But Ryan’s surprise attack wrecked their formation instantly.

Paula Bloom was just as stunned—the whole Bloom family hadn’t expected this random young guy to be so strong. One move and he’d flattened the Grand Shaman!

"Who else wants to die?" Ryan Ling sneered. Even though he’d dropped back from Nascent Soul, just his aura and Glazed Golden Core power were enough to sweep the field!

With that shout, nobody in the Shaman Sect dared make a move.

"You little punk, let go of the Grand Shaman!" A bunch of senior shamans rushed up.

"Looks like I’ve been way too soft today. The Shaman Sect needs to be wiped out." Ryan grinned, yanked up the barely-alive Grand Shaman, and strolled toward the main stockade.

With every step he took, thunder boomed and another senior shaman dropped dead!

After eight steps, all eight senior shamans were shredded to bits, the Shaman Sect’s mountain gate exploded into dust, and even scarier—their witchcraft didn’t affect Ryan at all!

"Retreat! Retreat! That guy’s a total devil!" The rest of the Shaman Sect mob scrambled to flee.

"Bunch of losers." Ryan snorted coldly. To him, these guys were so weak they weren’t even worth his time.

As Ryan pressed deeper, the Bloom family fighters fell in behind him. Paula Bloom watched Ryan with wide-eyed excitement, totally fired up!

"Careful, Ryan! There’s not just the Divine Dragon’s aura inside the Shaman Sect—there’s a top-tier expert too!" Guihai One-Blade frowned, warning Ryan.

"Got it!" Ryan nodded—he could sense it too. The aura was weird, almost like it was right next to the Divine Dragon!

As Ryan strolled into the Shaman Sect, a mass of black fog suddenly billowed overhead—a dragon’s head, flickering in and out of view, appeared inside.

The dragon head glared at Ryan, snarling, "Kid, you’ve got guts, killing so many Shaman Sect members and threatening to wipe us out. Today I’ll show you the might of the Shaman Sect’s Dragon God!"

As soon as it finished, a massive, twisted wave of power swept toward Ryan. It had sucked up tons of dragon qi, but it was all warped—neither quite dragon nor human!

"Bring it on!" Ryan gritted his teeth, not backing down for a second. He blasted forward like a missile; the two forces slammed together, shaking the whole Shaman Sect.

But this time, Ryan’s attack wasn’t as easy as before. He ended up right in front of a huge palace—the Divine Dragon’s aura inside was insanely strong!

"You actually withstood my Dragon God’s power? Who the hell are you?" The weird dragon head looked totally shocked.

"Your ancestor!" Ryan snorted, unleashing his full strength and forcing the dragon head to retreat!

Even weirder, the dragon qi that had been fueling the enemy now started cozying up to Ryan!

"No way, that’s impossible! I already got the Dragon God’s power—how could it be leaving me…" the dragon head screamed in disbelief.

"Divine Dragon, I swear I won’t let anything happen to you. Anyone who dares desecrate your body—I’ll wipe out their whole clan!" Ryan roared, pushing his power to the max. Instantly, the dragon head shattered…
