Unexpected Breakthrough

"Remember how you two were bullied by that Beast Clan prince back in Nine-Shade City? There's no way I'd just let someone bully my women and get away with it. I'm going to make him regret his actions—so I've decided to wipe out the Beast Clan in a few days." Evan Chu grinned, as if exterminating the Beast Clan was child's play.

But both women were utterly shocked, thinking he must be joking. Wiping out the Beast Clan was simply impossible—the Five Netherworld Races had existed for tens of thousands of years, and not a single race had ever managed to destroy another. It was pure fantasy, totally unrealistic.

"Evan, you can't be serious, right? It's been so long, maybe just let it go. The Beast Clan is just as powerful as the Shade Clan, and the Beast King is a top-tier powerhouse. If something happens to you, what are we supposed to do? Have you even thought about the consequences?" Roxy asked worriedly.

"I've already made up my mind, so there's no need to worry. I have my own principles and limits—I'd never do something I wasn't confident about. Besides, the Shade Lord will support me. Once the Beast Clan is wiped out, the Shade Clan's power will become the greatest in the Netherworld, and that's exactly what I should be doing as the Shade Clan's son-in-law.

You really think I'd just let someone bully my women and walk away? You know better than anyone what kind of person I am. All I need is for you two to stay in Nine-Shade City and wait for my news," Evan said.

The two women hadn't expected Evan was actually serious. Instantly, they started to worry—this wasn't some trivial matter, but a question of survival for an entire race. There couldn't be the slightest mistake. They felt helpless facing Evan's crazy idea, because once he made up his mind, nothing could change it.

"Can't you slow down a bit? Did my father really agree to this? Do you always have to be so impulsive?" Princess Ivy said.

"I've already brought it up with your father. I'm sure he'll agree. You two shouldn't worry—anything I set my mind to, I can accomplish," Evan said.

Just then, a maid brought in wine and dishes. "Come on! Let's drink—consider it an early celebration for this operation. Tonight, we don't leave until we're drunk—no, we don't sleep until we're drunk!"

The two women had been in good spirits, but after Evan said that, there was no way they could enjoy drinking. Their faces were full of worry.

Evan understood how the two women felt—this was something he would have to tell them sooner or later, and now he was just saying it ahead of time. After pouring three cups of wine, he said, "As my women, you have to trust me and support me. For future victory, let's raise a toast!"

Princess Ivy and Roxy exchanged a glance, then both raised their cups and drained them. "Since you've said all this, we won't argue anymore. But can't you take us with you? We're not weak—you know we can help you," they said.

"No need for that. In a clash between top experts, your cultivation level would mean instant defeat—you'd just get killed, maybe even become a distraction. Let's drop the subject. Tonight, we're just drinking. Of course, we could talk about romance too, hah!" Evan laughed.

"Scoundrel! Bad man!" Princess Ivy blushed and said. Roxy just shot Evan a glare without saying a word.

They drank for almost two hours, and both women ended up tipsy—maybe because they were so anxious, otherwise with their cultivation level, getting drunk would have been impossible.

Wine emboldens heroes. Looking at the two women, Evan felt his courage swell—normally he wouldn't dare, but tonight he had no reservations at all. Besides, the two women had drunk enough that he didn't need to worry.

Evan then carried Princess Ivy and Roxy to the bed, quickly removing the restraints from their bodies. In moments, both women's figures were fully revealed before him.

Drunken minds are honest—though the two women resisted, deep down they both wanted to have a wild night with Evan. Even with another woman beside them, it felt even more thrilling—maybe that was just the wine talking!

Evan carefully studied both women's bodies, making a comparison. He found that Roxy was a bit bigger, while Princess Ivy's waist was a little slimmer...

Then Evan began to move between the two, and soon enough, the battle was on—moans filled the air, the world seemed to spin, and he didn't forget to absorb their yin qi, nor did he forget to give them benefits in return.

Little did Evan know that this wild act would actually push him to break through to the Fifth-Layer Saint Martial Realm. To have a breakthrough right before the war with the Beast Clan was perfect timing. With this leap, Evan was even more confident—he never expected such a surprise.

After breaking through, Evan quickly got dressed and began consolidating his new realm. The two women, meanwhile, had fallen into deep sleep—he'd completely worn them out. Even though he channeled Pure Yang Qi into them, they didn't have much energy left to absorb it. If they'd been ordinary women, they'd have died from yin depletion by now...

After circulating his energy through several cycles, Evan felt his Chaos Dragon Force had nearly doubled compared to before. He hadn't expected such a huge change from just one realm advancement.

Evan glanced at the still-sleeping women, smiled, and quietly left the room, heading toward where the Shade Lord was resting.

At the door, Evan knocked. "Father-in-law, have you made up your mind yet?" he asked bluntly from outside.

"Come in. I was just about to discuss this with you, and now you show up," came the Shade Lord's voice from inside.

Evan pushed open the door and entered. "What did you want to discuss with me, Father-in-law? Is it about going to war with the Beast Clan?" he asked.

The Shade Lord glanced at Evan and smiled. "Seeing how excited you are, if I didn't agree, would you just head to the Beast Clan on your own?"

"Heh, looks like you've come around. I can guarantee we'll win against the Beast Clan. But how many Shade Clan elites do you plan to send, Father-in-law?" Evan asked.

"Just you, me, and the friend you mentioned. Everyone else will stay in Nine-Shade City to guard against other races," the Shade Lord said.

"Just the three of us? Isn't that too few? The Beast Clan has thousands—are you planning to use martial skills for a massacre?" Evan asked, puzzled. After all, in the Netherworld, there's a rule that top experts can't unleash powerful martial skills on an entire city, or the other races will join forces to retaliate. Kingtu City is a prime example—otherwise, the Ghost King wouldn't have been so furious.
