Tower Assault

1/11/2026

"Want to give it a try?"

Upon hearing this, Venerable Thundercrest was taken aback.

In fact, even within the Venerable Saints, there are finer distinctions—such as newly advanced Venerables, peak Venerables, and so on. Venerable Thundercrest himself is a Grand Venerable, a tier above peak Venerables.

The so-called Grand Venerable—

—is only a single step away from the Supreme Saint realm!

Simply put, all he lacks is one breakthrough, or a sudden flash of Inspiration, and Venerable Thundercrest could ascend to Supreme Saint.

"Yes, Venerable Han," Thundercrest carefully transmitted his words. "I’ve already tried. The interior of this giant tower contains endless repulsive force and blocks all external heaven-and-earth power. Inside, our Law Realm Inner Origin cannot sustain itself indefinitely."

"I gave it my all, but I still couldn’t get past the third floor."

"I estimate that only Supreme Saints can reach beyond the third floor—perhaps even the fifth."

As he explained, he gestured toward the five-tiered giant tower.

It rose like a colossal pillar from the earth, each level of the tower shaped with five facets, casting mysterious beams of light that formed impenetrable curtains, blocking everything—including methods even Law Realm experts couldn’t solve.

In the end—

It was the Netherfiend giants who first found a way in; only after the Law Realm guardians imitated them could they enter.

"It’s like a safe," Venerable Thundercrest said gravely. "The more intricate and secure the safe, the more valuable its contents."

That’s the logic.

If the tower is this indestructible, what precious things could it possibly contain? Most likely, relics from the Creation-Gods Era.

But that’s just human thinking.

So at first, the Law Realm experts didn’t care much—just wanted to give it a try, with no real sense of urgency.

But the problem was, all the Netherfiend giants rushed into the tower as if possessed, even willing to suffer injuries... This kind of madness made the Law Realm guardians wary, guessing that the tower must hide secrets from the Creation-Gods Era, or perhaps extremely valuable treasures.

No matter what—

Whatever it is they desperately want, we have to intercept it.

"How do we intercept it?" Andrew Han shook his head. "That only treats the symptoms, not the root cause."

Even the Supreme Saints cannot destroy the Atlantic seabed relic. As long as the tower stands, they will always have another chance, and any interception is only a temporary fix.

If they ever get their hands on what they want—

—it could mean the end of humanity.

"You're right."

Venerable Thundercrest ran a hand through his thick black hair, transmitting bitterly, "Every floor of the five-tiered tower holds endless oppressive force. Especially on the third floor, confusing mental voices induce drowsiness—there’s no way to get past it."

Even if you clear the third floor, there’s still the fourth.

And if you clear the fourth, there’s still the fifth... Venerable Thundercrest felt disheartened; perhaps all they could do was wait for a Supreme Saint to arrive.

"No."

"It’s not that complicated."

Listening to Thundercrest’s detailed explanation, Andrew Han weighed his options, calmly gazing at the slowly rotating tower before him.

Actually, the solution is simple.

No matter what they want, as long as we get it before they do, that’s enough.

Besides—

Andrew Han was just as curious.

What exactly could such an indestructible tower be hiding?

Meanwhile, as Thundercrest explained the tower’s interior, the other Venerable Saints all looked at Andrew Han, and, almost in unison, smiled.

Andrew Han growing stronger was something all the Law Realm guardians were happy to see.

With the situation growing ever more tense, and a life-or-death battle looming at any moment, there was no room for jealousy—only genuine, wholehearted acceptance.

Suddenly—

On this side of the tower, the glowing portal’s lintel flashed with two brilliant lines, then stopped flashing as a dignified, pale-faced middle-aged woman stepped out.

This portal was the tower’s entrance, allowing only one person to enter at a time.

"Venerable Su has come out."

"Ah, what a pity. The two lines on the lintel mean she reached the second floor... Even the Grand Venerables, Thundercrest and Raine Su, couldn’t get past the third."

Clearly, the number of lines flashing on the lintel matches the number of floors cleared.

So far, there have only been one or two lines flashing—no Venerable Saint has managed to clear the third floor yet.

The next moment—

The faces of many Venerable Saints shifted slightly: "Andrew Han went in—he’s going to challenge the tower too?"

The Law Realm guardians exchanged glances.

Andrew Han smiled at the group, greeted them, then strode into the glowing portal on the five-tiered tower’s side—no extra words, no hesitation, starting his challenge with decisive speed.

"No wonder he’s called the strongest prodigy in human history."

"Not even a hint of hesitation... But even if Andrew Han challenges the tower, I’m afraid it’ll be futile. Not just us Venerables—even the two Grand Venerables closest to Supreme Saint failed. Andrew will likely stop at two floors."

Getting to the second floor is already impressive!

If they hadn’t learned that Andrew Han was already at peak Venerable Saint level, they wouldn’t even expect him to reach two floors. Newly advanced Venerables can only clear the first floor.

"Let’s wait and see."

"Each tower challenge takes about ten minutes," the Venerables transmitted to each other. "Once Andrew Han exits, we’ll act immediately—today, we witness Andrew becoming the Netherfiends’ nightmare."

Kill!

Today, we’ll slaughter every Netherfiend and lay the foundation for victory in the life-or-death war!

A burning, passionate fighting spirit flashed in the eyes of every Venerable Saint. But to keep the Netherfiend giants from catching on and fleeing, they kept their faces expressionless, even pretending to look grim.

"Wait a moment."

One of the Venerable Saints hesitated, transmitting, "Andrew Han is famous for his powerful intuition and unyielding will. He might just have a chance to clear the third floor, right?"

As soon as these words were spoken—

A tremor ran through the hearts of the Law Realm guardians.

Thinking of Andrew Han’s string of miracles, they couldn’t help but waver, but soon all shook their heads.

Even Venerable Thundercrest couldn’t get past the third floor, and Andrew Han hasn’t been at Law Realm for long. Clearing two floors would already be impressive.

"I think," Raine Su, the female Venerable, frowned slightly, "Andrew Han does have a chance, but it’s extremely difficult. Best not to get your hopes up."

She had barely finished speaking—

Thundercrest’s pupils contracted. "Andrew Han has already cleared the first floor!"

The portal’s lintel was now flashing with a single line.

But this was only the beginning.

As the Venerable Saints marveled at Andrew Han’s momentum, they saw the portal’s lintel change again, now flashing with two lines.

In just two minutes, Andrew Han tore through two floors of the tower like a force of nature.

"Two floors cleared."

"Andrew Han reached the second floor in just two minutes." Raine Su, her expression composed, frowned slightly, pursed her lips, and was left speechless. She glanced at Thundercrest, only to find his eyes equally astonished.

Such speed!

It was almost unbelievable!

The Venerable Saints, usually unfazed by disaster, now found their emotions stirred. Tension filled the air as they all held their breath and stared at the glowing portal of the tower.

The second floor was cleared.

So then—

Could Andrew Han really clear the third floor?

......

The exterior of the five-tiered tower was laced with beams and curtains of light, mysterious and magnificent. But inside, the tower was starkly simple.

Each floor had a pitch-black surface.

It resembled a palace’s crystal diamond floor, but was much finer—and the black surface was slanted!

That’s right.

From the base of the black floor, one had to advance all the way to the top to reach the next level.

"Hmm."

Andrew Han stood at the base of the third floor, surveying the area.

It was as if five rectangular black slabs, all slanted and nearly identical, formed the floor. The only difference was the oppressive force—each floor was filled with pressure, pushing outward.

If someone from the Title Sequence were here—

They’d be crushed to pieces after just one step.

"I can’t see what’s ahead."

Andrew Han frowned. Inside the tower, the walls gleamed like diamonds and emitted curtains of light, utterly unmovable... To keep advancing, he had to traverse the black floor—there was no other way.

At that moment—

Standing at the base of the third floor, Andrew’s inner origin began to shine with a green light, no longer concealed. Super-solidified inner force swirled around him, like a chain of towering mountains.

"Let’s begin."

"The third floor won’t stop me." Andrew’s eyes glinted as he stepped forward.

In that instant, an unparalleled oppressive force erupted, containing immeasurable power—like a thousand-foot tsunami—pressing down on Andrew Han.

Boom!!!

His super-solidified inner force exploded in response, clashing against the pressure!
