Whoever got hit by "Sauron's Stare" was destined for disaster, roasted in endless hellfire. So, in this world, "Sauron's Stare" is pretty much the nastiest curse you can throw, like saying "May you die a thousand deaths!" or "You'll never get a good end!"
But when Sauron asked, "Who is this person?" up on Sunmoon Peak, the lucky soul being stared at actually started singing with joy.

It’s not that I’m poking fun at Cantonese or just clowning around—the twins really are doing this. You see them, all fired up and cheerful, mixing work and play like pros. If you only listened, you’d think they were just belting out a wild Cantonese song. But open your eyes and look: all those dong dong dong, dang dang dang sounds? That’s the sound of hammering iron.
